I had an exceptional experience working with Uwais from Hills Estate while selling my property from abroad. Navigating a real estate transaction remotely can feel overwhelming, but Hills made the entire process effortless and stress-free. Their communication was always timely, clear, and proactive—I never had to worry about being out of the loop despite the distance and time difference.

From coordinating showings to handling inspections and paperwork, they took care of every detail with professionalism and genuine care. Their market knowledge, negotiation skills, and dedication ensured I received the best possible outcome. I truly felt like my property was in the best hands.

I’m incredibly grateful for their support and highly recommend Uwais from Hills to anyone looking for a reliable, trustworthy, and top-notch realtor—especially if you’re managing a sale from afar. An absolute 5-star experience.

I had an excellent experience with Hills Estates from the very beginning of my tenancy all the way to the end.
Uwais has been outstanding throughout the entire process — from the initial viewing, credit checks, and check-in, to explaining every step in a professional, clear, and reassuring manner. His communication has always been responsive and helpful, and he made my whole tenancy completely stress-free.

I met Raj during the check-out inspection, and he was extremely friendly, polite, and easy to talk to. The process was smooth, and both he and Uwais were very supportive.

Whenever maintenance work or safety inspections were needed, the team handled everything promptly and responsibly. They were always quick to respond and made sure any issues were resolved efficiently.

Every member of staff I dealt with at Hills Estates was friendly, reliable, and professional.
Overall, I’m genuinely happy with their service and would highly recommend them.

Uwais has been an absolute star in the process of me finding a new one bedroom flat in London. Hills/Uwais had been easy to work with, agile and great communication through out the renting process

Uwais from Hills Estate was brilliant in helping me to the right tenants. I've appreciated the guidance, determination and the swift support. The customer service has been excellent and appreciated. Highly recommend.

I felt valued and included. When staff picked my call. I was never asked how much I earn on spot or my nationality like my experiences with other agencies. This made me feel assured that team' s aim is to ensure that a customer gets what they want and the rest to come later.. Good approach, and communication till the end!!!

Company asks for many things to complete the process yet most of them give the same information however, once you have the right property, you forget about the paperwork!!!!

Thanks to staff_Owais,and thank you Hills estate. I highly recommend !!!
