Amazing
Amazing! Warning on the shoes description of a scuff on the side of the shoe, once delivered I was shocked at how amazing the state of the shoes were, I would have never noticed the mark myself but appreciate how detailed HHH are about their products. Delivery was so quick as well, couldn't be happier with the overall service.

Advertised price lower on the website
Saw the item advertised on the website, clearly displayed with the price sticker. The advertised price on the website was significantly more than the price shown on the sticker, when I enquired about the lower price sticker showing I was given a story that it was a staff promotion price and not available to me! The sticker with the lower price showing then mysteriously vanished off the box shown on the website!

Hi,
Thank you for your comments.
You saw a pair of designer sliders on our website with the original price sticker on the side of the box that had been issued by the designer and it was showing a promotion price that had been offered to members of their staff. This is very common.
We were selling this item on consignment, which means that we were selling for a client. Clients can freely determine how much they want to charge for an item, and can indeed ask for more than what they had originally paid for.
Those sliders were advertised and were promptly sold to a very happy buyer for £100 less than the current retails price. The price sticker in question was indeed showing the price that the seller originally paid for, but that does not mean you are entitled to the same discount.
You asked us for a discount and we explained that we will not be able to offer you a lower price.
We removed the offending sticker because it was clearly causing you great upset.
It is just a shame, DR NEIL, that purely because we did not offer you the discount you had asked for, you felt the need to leave us a 1 star review.
Apologies about any distress this incident (that happened appx. a month ago) may have caused to you and wish you all the best for the future.
Outstanding service, as always
It is always a pleasure to buy from you. The quality is always outstanding, delivery is very quick and the love shows in the wrapping of goods.
It is not my first purchase and it won’t be the last either. Thank you!

I’m couldn’t rate this company higher!
I’m couldn’t rate this company higher!
From first contact to last it’s been a pleasure. I wasn’t looking to make a purchase but in fact I was enquiring about selling items I have. I just happened to mentioned I liked a bag I’d seen on the website.
Through messages I was given honest advice on items I wanted to sell as well as the bag of seen. I never felt pressured at any time nor was there any hard sales pitch.
I eventually decided to buy the bag, this was down to the service I received, no questions to silly and no length of time too long I felt at total ease with the purchase.
And all I can say is wow! The bag was even better in real life and exactly as described!
I have no doubt I’ll purchase from here again and wouldn’t hesitate in recommending others to.

Amazing bags, store and service
I had a Louis Vuitton bag sitting unused in my wardrobe. I got in touch with Roberta and part exchanged my bag for two amazing bags that I had my eye on for some time. I am absolutely thrilled with my purchases. The process was so easy. The store is absolutely beautiful and it was lovely to touch and feel the bags rather than just view them online. I highly recommend HHH and will be keeping my eye on their new arrivals.

Trusted, dependable and swift service!
Such a great selling experience, from the first conversation I felt total trust. I appreciated all the updates and the swift payment process! Thoroughly recommend and will definitely be back in touch with more items soon! With so many online businesses selling pre-loved designer items, I found High Heel Hierarchy to be the most dependable and trustworthy. I have had some negative experiences as seller & buyer so I thank you again!

Definitely visit this shop
Definitely visit this shop! It is amazing. We are lucky enough to be local, but I’d travel to visit here. It’s like having the west end or Bicester Village in Cheam Village. Fabulous selection of shoes to choose from, Gucci, Fendi, Jimmy Choo, and so many Loubs you’ll be spoilt for choice. Many of the shoes are store perfect but even the pre loved ones are in excellent condition. Handbags and clothes too but the choice of shoes is what will keep me returning. Roberta was lovely, very warm and welcoming.
