Beautiful packaging, stunning bag.
Beautiful packaging makes such a big difference to the experience of receiving something you've bought and coveted, doesn't it? High Heel Hierarchy do not disappoint. Received my Mulberry today and I love it, exactly as described, carefully wrapped and packaged in a lovely box with a tie ribbon . First time I've purchased from this shop, but I'm going to make it my first place to go when I'm looking for another treat. Fast shipping too
Thank you so much. I'll back soon!

I have used HHH 3 times now and have received exceptional customer service every time. The items come beautifully packaged, both pairs of Louboutins I bought were brand new, in immaculate condition and in original packaging with shoe bags. The last item I bought was not going to be here in the time I needed them due to Royal Mail strikes. HHH messaged me to inform me of this and when they found out I needed them asap they went above and beyond by sending next day delivery by DHL at their own expense. Will absolutely use again, and again, and again! Thank you HHH!

Scam liar and fraud
Scam liar and fraud. The b*** refused to send the required paperwork resulting in the shipment being held by fedex customs. She did it on purpose so that the shipment gets sent back to her and she can re sell it. F her. I’ve reported her business for fraud

Your malicious review does not come as a surprise at all.
You purchased 4 items from us, all of which were expeditiously shipped to your address in Georgia. Correct (identical) documentations for customs had been included with all of them. One of the parcels was delivered to you within days (confirmed by yourself) while the other 3 items are being held by the the Georgian customs. We supplied ALL paperwork requested by them. Unfortunately, there is nothing more we can do.
It had also been explained to you that we will issue a full refund once we receive the items back. We will not be able to issue the refund prior to the items being returned as the items might still be released to you. Obviously, this will only happen if you pay any outstanding custom fees if requested by the Georgian customs.
Throughout these transactions we have been keeping you informed on a daily basis and replied to all of your concerns.
I understand you are frustrated, however we do not tolerate profanity and verbal abuse directed at myself or at any member of my staff.
Due to the barrage of abuse and cursing we received from you via our social media account, we had to remove you, however you can contact us via email at admin@highheelhierarchy.com if you require any further assistance in this case.
Excellent - couldn't recommend more...
Another professional & seamless experience from Roberta & her team @ HHH.
I recently sold a pre-loved item via HHH, the dress went within days; a very efficient transaction - couldn't recommend more. Thank you HHH.
