Almost right away THEY SENT ME AN EMAIL TELLING ME MY IDENTITY WAS FULLY VERIFIED AND ALL WAS GOOD GO I COULD MOVE FORWSRD WITH PURCHASES AND REDEMPTIONS. So I made my purchase. The purchase of $2 for $7 was accepted and it went thru, my account showed $7. HOWEVER, any game I tried to enter wouldn’t let me in and kept saying “MY ACCOUNT HAD BEEN LOCKED TEMPORARILY”. I emailed support right away, and told enquirer what the issue was. I had run into similar situations like this with other casinos where both my SON BRIAN and I have accounts and I live with him so I mentioned that in the email I sent to support. What they don't tell you, is that at any point for any reason, they can take those rewards away. They also don't tell you that even if your invited friend has a "qualifying purchase" they do NOT have to give you any SC. And when they screw you over, well good luck getting ahold of anyone. I've complained about numerous thing including game glitches that have stolen my SC and have only been met with at the most AI bots that lead to empty emails. Never have I ever received and email from an actual person any of the times I've tried reaching out to them.... I'm also fairly positive that there games are rigged, punishing the player when the bet is raised and rewarding the player when the bet is dropped... They waited until I won then confiscated my funds and said I had multiple accounts which is false! Why would I have multiple accounts I’m not blocked or banned then.
