Hi-5 Casino does not care about their customers that spend literally thousands of dollars a month on their website. It’s harder than hell to win lately on any of their games and not only that I logged in today and got a bounce and win game. My options for winnings on this game were mostly gold coins, one diamond category, and two Cash SC categories that were for $2.15. What a slap in the face hi-5 casino for how much money I have given you over the last three years that those were my winning options.!!!!! shame on you. I am done now for good and I honestly mean that you were my go to for three years. I can’t even imagine the amount of money that I’ve spent on there and what a slap in the face that that is what my offerings were for winnings. I’ll take my money elsewhere. At least I can get cash back and other perks for being a loyal customer. Oh, and not only that, but their player rankings fluctuate so much or don’t even go up at all and at the point I’m at in the ranking system I would literally have to be playing every second of the day to even maintain my placing, which is crazy because I deposit daily and play daily. You know people do have to work to be able to afford these habits, what an absolute disgrace.

Went to submit a redemption did not get to finish putting the information in where to be sent to it took my redemption and submitted it without that information so my redemption is being sent somewhere that I don't know I didn't get to fill out the information I went to cancel the redemption it won't let me cancel the redemption it says contact customer service I contact customer service they don't contact me back but with an AI response stating that my redemption will take 24 to 72 hours to receive but it won't let me cancel it like it said to do through their support no human response and then their chat AI says that I should file a dispute and look into legal arbitration doesn't that seem a little suspicious how can they submit my redemption without me being able to tell it where to go then they won't let me cancel it and they're telling me I have to go file a dispute and arbitration to take care of this are they doing this on purpose to not pay customers and hoping that they don't go through all that hassle and they just keep the money for themselves because how can they send a redemption somewhere without knowing where to go think about that one....lol
