My last review for this place was Oct 9, 2025 can you believe to this day I've still haven't had a redemption ??? I've literally haven't won on this site in years and I've only ever had 1 redemption back when I started. All spins are ALWAYS DEAD 100 PERCENT. When you use your diamonds for free spins their always dead spins. They always wanting you to refer a friend. Umm i think NOT!! This is my top worst site I've ever played on and i play lots of sweepstakes casino sites. I want even put another penny here.

I wouldnt play here. Most of their games are in house games which are developed by them with absolutely no regulating authority over them due to the "sweeps" loophole. I literally just watched my balance go from 200SC to 0 doing 1 dollar spins and I am being dead serious here..did not hit a single line pay or bonus, just 200 dead spins. You can literally play anywhere else for the most part and won't have games that terrible. Hope this helps at least one person

I've been playing at High 5 for several years now, it used to be a good site! You could win some and also loose some. The payout time was a few days which wasn't so bad, but here lately, they have hired a new processor for redemptions. The verification process must be done with each redemption. Send in front & back of id.Front picture and right & left profile! I have no idea what that's all about. You can't submit a saved picture it has to be on their camera, but the catch is there's a big bar code that prevents you from getting a good picture. I've spoken with several representatives via email and all I get is a scripted response. Very sad situation and I've been waiting 4 days to request my redemption because of the run around. I might add when you speak with a rep, it's NEVER the one who responded to you,smdh. I used to enjoy this site but, all good things come to an end! It's time for me to move on, but only after I redeem my winnings! High 5 you definitely need to do better!

⁸They have a great assortment of games and when its time for a payout you receive it normally within hrs. Also there customer service is just as good. If you have a problem which is rare, they try to handle it as quickly and efficiently as possible.

After over a year of loyalty and daily log ins I got under thca and it was 3 am accidentally hit google instead of my apple and suddenly stuck in gold coins I messaged customer support and they told me I was banned and my sc was confiscated I had money in my intended account and the one I messed up on logging in I hate this style of casino that looks for any reason to ban high rank or high winning players I am so disappointed and have lost lots of money be warned the will find a reason oh and the funny part one was a non sc app on a phone called same thing the website is the one that’s a fake casino app hurting peoples pockets and making them homeless

Whenever I reach out for assistance, I receive the same generic response, with no clear information about the status of my AMOE entries.

Well, I was enjoying myself playing slots and I started winning. Soon after I started winning, they kicked me off the slot I was playing and told me I needed to submit photo front and back of my ID card and a selfie. Well I attempted to do that several times but their automated system kept rejecting my government issued tribal ID card. Keep in mind that the system they use goes through the KYC verification. My tribal ID is listed as accepted forms of identification on the KYC website. Well after their system refusing my ID, I submitted a support ticket to their verification department requesting a manual review by an authorized supervisor or manager and received a generic response each time telling me to go through the automated system. High 5 casino is discriminating against native Americans and tribal identification cards by refusing to comply with the KYC guidelines that it claims to go by. This is unacceptable behavior from high 5 casino!

Okay, so I've done pretty good on this site. However, lately something has changed. First, I gotta say, it's IMPOSSIBLE to get hold of customer service. I did two cashouts and both were paid but then my account was placed on an "internal review" and I have no idea why. I have tried to contact them via email and social media over 10 times and NOT ONE RESPONSE. I'm not sure what is going on but it's not a good look. I've won the site, so that's not an issue, but the communication and the locking of my account is crazy.
