My visit to Hey Baby Epsom&Ewell was outstanding from start to finish!
Upon arrival I was greeted by a lovely lady with a really bubbly personality. Scans are always a nerve wrecking time for me, but I was instantly put at ease feeling so welcomed in the environment and being able to have a lovely conversation with the lady on the reception whilst I waited, she really was the bright face of the place. After a short wait and cleanup pf the scan room i was welcomed in and introduced to the sonographer herself and the other lady present. The scan itself was so calming, so full or detail, the sonographer went through every small detail and explained everything in plain and simple language (non medical) it was lovely. I will definitely be back soon!

Really great experience, staff members are very warm and kind. I really recommend their services.

We had the best experience at Hey Baby Clapham - our baby wouldnt move its hand from the face so they told us we can come back for free a second time and even then it wouldnt move and they tried so many things for us until we got a good shot! Bkth sonographer and reception are super friendly and helpful - can only recommend!!

Lovely service, sonographer is always friendly and attentive. Girls at reception are really sweet and inviting. I’ve been here once before for my early pregnancy scan now went for my gender reveal and growth scan. Had a great experience- left very happy with lovely memories! Really helpful they’re open on a Sunday too.

We had our first-ever 4D scan here and it was such a wonderful experience. The ladies on reception were incredibly welcoming, and the sonographers were fantastic. They provided great insight throughout the scan, explained everything clearly, and were very friendly and chatty.
They made both me and my partner feel completely comfortable and at ease from start to finish.

Each time I visit this clinic im always met initially with friendly smiling faces at the front desk. Its really warm and inviting which helps relax me, especially if im suffering with some nerves. The whole experience was smooth from start to finish, everything was explained in detail to me, The lady who performed my scan was so friendly and patient with my toddler in the room and we even got a special surprise with coloured lighting to reveal our babies gender. Would deffo recommend. Thanks guys for such a special experience.

Friendly, polite & very informative

What a wonderful and beautiful experience! Everyone is so lovely, welcoming and caring. Highly recommend to see your baby in 4D as it’s so surreal to see.

Do not recommend. I am very disappointed with my experience with this clinic regarding my blood test. I was initially told at the clinic that results would take 2–5 days.
When this timeframe passed, I called on day five (22/05) and was then told I would receive results by Saturday 23/05 or at the latest Monday 25/05. Despite this reassurance, no results were received.
On the 25/05 evening, I contacted them again and only after this did I receive a different explanation stating that results take 5–10 working days after the sample reaches the laboratory. This was never communicated to me at any earlier stage, either during my appointment or during my follow-up call when specific dates were given. This has resulted in repeated incorrect expectations, avoidable stress, and a lack of trust in the information provided.
In addition, the blood draw was not successful on the first attempt. The practitioner was unable to take the sample and I was left with a significant bruise afterwards. I have very visible veins and pale skin and should be an easy patient, which made the failed attempt even more frustrating.
I also received a marketing email while waiting for results encouraging patients to leave a Google review and enter a raffle to win a £50 Amazon voucher. In my view, this raises concerns about how representative some of the Google reviews may be.
Overall my experience has left me with serious concerns about communication, consistency of information, and reliability of the service.

Hey Baby have amazing staff and are friendly and welcome from start to finish. The sonograther is full of knowledge and goes through every thing thourougly and was proffessional and cheerful which made us feel comfortable.
