Straight forward at a reasonable price and super friendly
The team have been very helpful from start to finish. Price wise they are very competitive I feel. We used the click and store service which was collected this morning. Bang on time, very mindful and respectful of our property and surrounding area. Super quick and pain free, largely down to a very friendly and knowledgeable Perrie who oversaw the collection. Felt like I played a real life game of Tetris with him and he won. Although him winning meant we managed to comfortably fit our stuff in a smaller than expected space that the team promptly contacted me about to adjust the pricing accordingly.
Really can’t fault anything or provide any improvement suggestions. Well done to the whole team and thank you.

Henfield Storage in Brighton is great
Henfield Storage in Brighton is great! The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The staff member called Mash helped me rent the storage space and went above and beyond to make sure the space was right for me and my budget. The place is secure and the storge spaces are clean, dry and well protected. I'm very pleased with the service and I will continue to use Henfield storage in the future.

Great experience. They very quickly picked up my items when we first moved into the unit. Closing the unit with Mohammed was super quick and easy. Would recommend them.

We have used two Henfield storage units in past. Overall, they are the bust facilities, the best value and the best service . . . and then at Southwark is the finest of gentleman, Iqbal. I've recently moved to Henfield from another provider because i'm getting so much more for my money in central London. Mohammed was a great help in looking at the unit options and quotes and organising my move in. Very happy with the new facilities. Access hours are a bit more restricted than where I was but fine and covers 7 days a week. Like others, the free, efficient collection service is a great USP. it made the process much less painful than I expected.

Tim was a legend
Tim was a legend! Got a leg injury so was worried about today but he literally did everything for me right up to nearly arranging my storage so that my mattress was supported and my slightly damp towels would dry. Also got my price down as I didn’t need the size I’d originally booked. 5 star service 🌟
