1st: Nowhere on the website does it state that funds are in American currency.
2nd: They advertise that their Sport shoes are 'orthopedic with arch support'. This is COMPLETELY false. It's an outright lie.

I was lured in by the false advertising saying the company was closing and up to 80%off. please do not do business with this company, they are very deceptive. The bras were all over the map with sizing, no consistency. Absolutely shameful customer service, it is a joke. I am keeping them because returning them would be a worse nightmare, I certainly learned my lesson and will check trust pilot before putting an order in . Hope this helps someone avoid disappointment and frustration .

I should have read the reviews first! I got sucked in by the advertising. I am hoping to get a refund but probably won’t! Quality poor, sizing a joke, customer support seems nonexistent! Like I said, I should have read the reviews first. Buyer Be Warned!!!

The bras were the wrong size as they did not fit my bust. The cups kept rising which was frustrating. I tried to alter the straps and that only made the straps fall down all day. I then tried adjusting the band and that didn't help either. The band though is perfect, just not for the cup sizes it comes with.
I am also disappointed on the price since I was charged in US dollars which the site did not display this, so the two bras cost me $55 Australian.
When I made a complaint to customer support, they asked for me to send them a picture of the size and I also included a picture of a bra I use showing the cup compared to the bra I received. They apologised and said that the size is what they give for the size I wanted. They offered a $5 refund, I said not worth it. Then she went to offer me $20 refund, I said I am still not happy as I have two bras that are useless to me. I suggested they give the $20 to a charity in their country (Singapore I think) and I would donate the bras to a charity in Australia. I won't be buying again.

SCAM. I saw the ad on YouTube, realized it was stolen. In case you did too, the woman in the videos real account is @ anniedanner on TT. The real bra is called the VRCOMFY jelly bra on TT shop. And it has great reviews and 775k sold. I’ll be ordering it from there!

Purchased 2 pairs of their bras. when arrived I tried one of them and was very angry of the lies this company says and false adverise of a shit product. Had absolutely no support the poor poor quality and is not what they show on the advertisment. I paid over$60
I returned it stright away and asked for a full refund. Also took a full video of what I said above to the support team . Its been 23 days and have not got my money yet. They are not to be trusted.

I am very disappointed with both the product sizing and the customer service.

The bra I received was labeled only as “L,” which I found misleading because the label provided no information about the cup size or bust measurement. The actual fit and cup size did not correspond to the measurements I ordered, making the product unusable for me.

When I contacted customer service, I was told that because the item was not damaged, they would not provide a refund. Instead, they offered to send a replacement but asked me to pay an additional $4.99. I did not feel comfortable paying more money when I had no confidence that the replacement would fit correctly.

Based on my personal experience, I would not purchase from this company again. I recommend that customers carefully check the sizing and return/refund policy before ordering.

I just learned that Henacharm.com is not a trustworthy site. I placed orders with them (5 Bras) on 7/18/2026. First order of 3, then 2 more that were 70% off. I am now afraid that there is a chance I may not receive my order and that they have a reputation of hiding subscription charges, Poorly made foundations and poor sizing. I have very low hopes in receiving my purchases, and low expectations of the quality of my purchases should I receive them.

I purchased 6 bras on 7/16/26 that were advertised as inviting. Afterwards, reading the reviews, I found that all 1-star ratings reviews warned that the bras are not as advertised and are considered a scam from China. I immediately notified my bank of this to cancel the payment that they had already charged to my account within minutes. My account was credited, and a reported investigation is to follow. I thank all of you who wrote reviews.

On gave 1 star because no stars isn't an option!!! These are the poorest quality of bras I have ever seen. As per their YouTube ad they say you are guaranteed to love them or your money back. This is a complete and total lie. Instead they offer you 10% and let you keep their pathetic usless bras. I want everyone to know these are a bunch of charlatans before any more unsuspecting woman can be cheated out of their money!!!

THERE'S A REASON YOU CANNOT REACH THESE SITES. IT'S DISGUSTING. NEVER BUY A BRA YOU CAN'T PHYSICALLY SE E OR TRY ON LADIES. GOOD LUCK WITH REIMBURSEMENT FROM CHINA!!!

The Bras did not fit and when I tried to return them, it took ages to get a response then I was told I could only get $10 or miss out on a refund altogether. I am still waiting for the $10. I would advise not to deal with Henacharm

Wish I could give no starts. Bras not as advertised. Customer service sucks too!!!!

I ordered a 38 / A and got a 2XL which is huge, the straps are short and to add fuel to the fire replied, after carefully checking your order, we confirmed that the correct style, color, and size were shipped. However, we understand that comfort and fit can vary depending on each person’s body shape.

To help resolve this matter, we would like to offer you two options:

Option 1 – Replacement: We can resend the item in your preferred size/color (no return needed). Please note that this one-time exchange requires a $8.99 fee, and we’ll cover the remaining cost.

Option 2 – Partial Refund: If you prefer, we can issue a 10% refund of the product value right away, and you may keep the items.

First problem.. no where is it indicated on site what currency the prices are in.. I assumed it was in aud. The order confirmation or the order also does not indicate currency. It's not until 2 or 3rd email does it become apparent.
When the product came...it was flimsy and did not sit very well on the body. The straps are detachable and actually detached all by themselves while I was wearing it at work causing so much embarrassment.
When contacted for a refund..they offered 10% of the purchase price or pay for the return shipping to an Asian country which is prohibitive and a joke.
Stay away from this company... Their products are terrible and their return policy a scam

At no time was it made clear the prices for these products was in USD. In fact, there is no mention anywhere on this website this is a US company! No address, no phone number, no transparency!

The Henacharm Bras are nothing like the photo nasty and cheap ugly what a waste of money Chinese rip off they should not be allowed to get away with this crap.

It is a joke. Terrible customer service, trying unsuccessfully for two weeks to return for refund. Stay away !
