While it was a long, rough road with Helbing Law, and we didn't get the results planned, Kanesha is a bright light there, and deserves credit. She was able to mediate any semblance of an agreement between myself and Helbing after it was all said and done, so many thanks to her. If I could rate her separately, I'd give her five+ stars. I have been trying for over a year to get my account closed out. Kanesha is the only one that was willing to listen to my reasoning and took my account to upper management. I like the fact that Kanesha S, my assigned worker, has been very supportive with the whole process of this credit journey. I got to know her through emails and mostly phone contacts-my preference-in a world where live communication can be seemingly difficult for people to get personal and fast outcomes. For area of improvement, I would suggest for the calls to be less scrutinized due to having a real hard time when I first started working with Helbing Law. At times the phone calls would not go through, VM would say “Disconnected” very inappropriate for a business.
Overall, Helbing Law Group is lucky to have Kanesha S as part of their team. My accounts have been resolved in good standing in an unexpected time frame.

Five star is a joke , This company is a scam , I have been paying over six hundred dollars every month since 2021 & my worse nightmare happen in December my account with my rent & all my bills money for that month was gone with the wind . My acc was garnished & I had to file bankruptcy & still didn’t get back my account . I cried soooo much . It’s not right what these people r doing , they promise but never deliver . A lot of tears r on them . DONT Do IT !!!!! I didn’t know any better I should have did my research , was too good to be true .

My debt was re negotiated and paid off.
The vendor further ruined my credit for years afterwards by comments and ratings.

Helbring refused my calls as soon as the deal was made.

Helbring refused to contact them or do anything. In hindsight, I would have been better off filing bankruptcy.

Think carefully, just paying the settlement is not enough to restore your credit. Its not even enough to rebuild your credit.

Its scam they never selttle creditors debts and alqays asking you for more money once you realized they wont help u and u ask them the money back they dont answer ur calls

Finally, I received some help on closing my last account with Kanesha Stokes . She was so helpful and communicate with me. She contacted me on Friday Dec. 1st and account was negotiated and paid on Monday 4th. I really appreciate all her help . She was awesome.

Thank you Kanesha for your help on settling the debts would have liked some of them cheaper settled but other than that no more collections. Thanks again

The Helbing Law group, they are good for nothing they stole my money I have been making payment of $500.30 for 3 years and 3 months that's the contract we agreed on for %40 of my credit cards and I finished paying according to the contact and they want me to pay more money which I did, but they didn't pay off my credit cards after all the paying that make my cards have not been paid off, they were using my money to pay thyself, I have $800 in the account that they created I should have all my money back they will tell you anything you want to hear do not trust them they're a bunch of Thieves👎👎👎👎👎😫😩🥱🤬👹💔

THIS IS AN UPDATE TO MY ORIGINAL REVIEW. I'VE BEEN WORKING WITH THIS LAW FIRM SINCE NOVEMBER 2019 AND UNFORTUNATELY MY DEBT SETTLEMENT CASE IS NOT RESOLVED. EVERYTHING STARTED OFF GREAT AND MOST OF MY DEBTS WERE SETTLED BUT FOR WHATEVER REASON THE LAST 2 DEBTS ARE TAKING LITERAL YEARS TO BE SETTLED. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE ISNT AS GOOD AS IN THE START OF THIS PROCESS AND I HAVE HAD DIFFERENT AGENTS TELL ME CONTRADICTING INFORMATION. BECAUSE OF THIS ONGOING SITUATION MY CREDIT HAS BEEN NEGATIVELY AFFECTED AND IM UNABLE TO GET FAVORABLE FINANCING TERMS ON MY CAR PURCHASE. AT THE START OF THIS PROCESS I WOULD GET PLENTY OF CALLS AND TEXTS FROM THE LAW FIRM TO CHECK IN AND UPDATE ME ON MY CASE BUT AS SOON AS THE LAW FIRM GOT ALL THIER MONEY FOR THIER SERVICES, THE CALLS AND TEXTS STOPPED AND I WOULD HEAR NOTHING AT ALL ABOUT MY CASE UNLESS I CALL FOR AN UPDATE. ALSO IM TOLD THAT MY CASE IS BEING WORKED ON BUT I JUST GOT OFF THE PHONE WITH THE 2 DEBTORS I STILL OWE MONEY TO AND THEY WERE NOT EVEN AWARE THAT I HAVE ATTORNEYS WORKING ON MY BEHALF NOR HAVE THEY BEEN CONTACTED. I DONT KNOW WHO IS LYING BUT IT DOES LOOK GOOD EITHER WAY. I WISH I COULD SAY I RECOMMEND THIS LAW FIRM AND I WOULD IF THEY CONTINUED ON THE SAME PATH AS IN THE BEGINNING. THIS LAW FRIM STARTED OFF STRONG AND I WAS HAPPY WITH HOW THINGS WERE MOVING ALONG BUT NOW ITS CLEAR THAT THIS LAW FIRM IS LACKING IN TAKING THIS TO THE HOME STRETCH AND CLOSING. ALSO AT THIS POINT WE ARE WAY PAST THE TIME FRAME (BY A COUPLE YEARS )THAT THEY SAID MY CASE WOULD BE RESOLVED BY. THEY DEFINITELY OVER PROMISED AND UNDER DELIVERED.

Kanesha Stokes has gone above and beyond for me and even answered the phone personally when I needed questions answered. She handled me through my worst and has brought me back to sanity with her professionalism and lack of judgement.

Kanesha Stokes does amazing work. She went above and beyond and did much more than asked. I was able to pay far less than expected and I completely settled my debt.
