These guys are terrible. Rude person answers the phone. They say they’ll give you your car at the airport then they’ll make an excuse and bring you to where they park your car which is far. When they took me there, the car wasn’t ready. Terrible. Please never use

To be fair, I was worried about reviews but actually quite the opposite happened. If you follow their process plus they have new management, everything happens as expected. I will use again. Thank you Mark

Cheap but would t use again. Taxi driver on the pick uk was friendly but other staff rude and unprofessional. Did not want tonleave ojr van there but was too late to change. On collection, someone had been trampling with muddy feet all over the carpet and curtains were pulled so maybe also slept in it. Would not recommend.

if i could give less than one star i would,
paid for meet and greet only on insistence on drop off did they come and get the car eventually.
on returning i phoned as instructed when plane landed after 45 minutes later got a phone call to say they where coming to collect me and he was just leaving terminal 5 (thinking he was in my car i was not happy at this time) we got to the car park in terminal 4 at the right level to find two other car drivers as it turned out waiting for the same people swoon to be met by a fourth person.
we then waited for 90 minutes and after many phone calls one person( not me ) got there car and the others of us where taken to our cars.
i Drove away 2 and half hours after phoning them.

Drop off and pick up was 4th floor of T3 short-stay. Both time the driver came after c30 minutes of me waiting (and incurring parking costs). Drivers could not locate me in both instances. On the return I was driven to Holiday Inn parking where my car was and they asked me to pay additional £10 (later reduced to £7) for 'pick up costs' when I questioned this they said they would waive it. Drivers speak poor English and drive poorly. Very bad experience and would have been quicker and better to book Long Stay.

Called at the luggage carousel on arrival in the UK - told to call back once we had our bags which we did. Waited for a further 50 minutes, being told repeatedly they were on their way.
This is a not legitimate company - using an old hotel car park -10 minutes drive away from Heathrow.
As all other reviews - don’t use this company.

I searched for park and ride and this company came up. Their email seemed very amateurish and was a little confusing but clearly states park and ride (as well as meet and greet) so I thought nothing of it. On the day when I rang them they didn't answer so I enetered the Heathrow T5 park and ride thinking that's where I should have been anyway. The barrier didn't raise so I pressed the intercom and changed lanes as directed. It happened again but a Helpful Heathrow employee told me that this had happened earlier in the day to soneone else and that I should take a ticket. When I was in the airport somoene finally rang me back to tell me I ws in the wrong car park and that I should have parked near Holiday Inn (something that wasn't mentioned in the email). Upon my return I was faced with a bill for 10 days in a Heathrow car park. I explained this to this company and asked at the very least they return my money as they never parked my car. They argued but someone finally agreed to return my money. I still don't have it, they rarely answer the phone and the last person who did argued the point with me even though it had already been agreed. None of this would have happened if they didn;t advertise themselves as a park and ride service but more importantly if they'd answer their phones. Appalling

Our booking was cancelled ,by them, the night before we were due to fly. They said they had 'a fire in the car park'.
3 weeks later I am still waiting for the refund. I have chased it but that was useless. I am now pursuing a refund through my bank.
They look cheap. Don't be fooled. Don't use them!!

DO NOT USE!!!!!!! Wish I had trusted my gut. Broken wing mirror and covered in mud when I collected my car. Called to complain and was promptly told it wasn’t their fault. Bunch of arse holes and now have to find the money to fix my car. YOU SHOULDNT BE ALLOWED TO TRADE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If I could give this outfit zero stars I would. They cancelled late at night the night before the parking was needed the next morning. Leaving me to desperately try and find an alternative at the last minute. With everything else sold out I had to book the Heathrow Meet & Greet at vast expense.

I am now having to go through the bank to get a refund because they cut off my calls when I chase it.

Do not use this service. It might seem cheap but there is a reason for that - the service is shocking at best, very dishonest at worst - and you'll end up paying a lot more when they let you down

Whatever you do never ever use this company. It's a shame you can't give zero stars.They dropped our car back to us at Heathrow, the driver told us the keys were in it along with the parking tickets, and hurried into the airport before we could inspect the car. We had paid £15 for airport fees when we dropped the car off but I wasn't going to argue about £7.50. So we get to the car to load our luggage and find it is full of rubbish and the glove box emptied with the contents all over the front passenger seat. We were tired after a 14 hour flight and them making us wait for an hour in the cold car park with them advising us 3 times saying they would be 15 minutes. When we got home we discovered they had stolen a pair of binoculars from the car and we had a parking ticket from the Holiday Inn where we had dropped the car off. They make it sound as if your car will be securely parked in the Holiday Inn and not the grubby bit of wasteland next to it, which they operate from. They have answered none of my emails and blocked me from their website. This is a scam operation run by verminous scumbags. I will now get the police involved but I very much doubt they'll do anything.Avoid like the plague.

ONE STAR IS TOO MUCH. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE . I can not warn you enough, total scam. It will ruin your holiday. I can guarantee . Can't go into detail as the Police, insurance are involved, and a possible court case .

If you value your vehicle don’t use this company.
We were left in a situation when the hotel we were staying at had no room left for our car whilst we were away.
Having quickly read some reviews on their web site we booked the meet and greet service and left our vehicle which had been fully clean inside and out, in their care. Things went well on collection. Unfortunately on taking back possession of the car I noticed the parcel shelf had been detached from its anchor points. The rear footwells of the car were covered in dirt and leaves. The door sills had mud on them where shoes had kicked them when people had been getting in and out, as had the front passenger footwell. The boot also had dirt and foliage in it, as did the parcel shelf.
When we handed the car to the collection driver at the hotel I took a photograph of the mileage. When we took possession of the car from the driver at the airport I took another photo.
There was a difference of 71 miles. Taking into account the mileage from the hotel to the compound, the compound to the airport car park and been generous with the car having to be moved around the compound to get other vehicles in and out as required. This still left more than 64 miles unaccounted for. It clear shows that our vehicle had been used for either private means or as a taxi.
The delivery driver put me in touch with someone who I presumed was a manager and explain everything. He asked me to WhatsApp the photographs I’d taken of the mileage and interior to him which I did. These have still not been opened.
When we arrived home we noticed that an iPhone 16 charger had been stolen from the centre console.
I phoned the company the next day and was told their complaints dept would be in touch in 2/3 days, I’ve heard nothing from them.
I’ve also emailed the ‘Support’ email address and again heard nothing back. I even put an ‘Opened’ alert on the email and it’s not been activated.
I’ve realised now that the reviews on their web site are all fake.
Thankfully the car hasn’t been damaged in their ‘Care’ but this is probably by sheer luck.
Please don’t use them.

Following the disturbing experience already reviewed I have now received a parking fine for a period of 2 days when the car was parked at the Holiday Inn after collection at Terminal 3 Short Stay car park. The car was then moved elsewhere and other fines are now awaited. Further reviews demonstrate that this company is fraudulent and if used there is a great risk to you car/ fuel/ and getting onto your flight/ return of car when arriving back in the UK. DO NOT USE!

NEVER USE THE COMPANY

You drop your car off at a small carpark next to the Holiday Inn, instructions on the website do not tell you this! Then we got into a car and were driven by a person, who was falling asleep behind the wheel, swerving all over the road, harsh braking, and seat belts didn’t function properly.

Upon return we gave now waited 2 hours, we have called them 5 times to be told ‘we are 5 minutes away’ every time

We gave up and got a taxi back to the carpark instead, then they had lost our Car keys so we waited another hour for those to appear!

Cars were clearly just dumped in a field during our trip away, they do not keep them in this car park!
Car was returned to us full of mud with crisps covering the chairs and footwell

Please never use this company or trust them with your vehicles

If I had a choice of less than a star, that would be it. They do not provide the service as explained in their website. Absolutely unprofessional and makes your life difficult before and after the trip! There is no one to meet or greet on time; keeps repeating that they are on their way, had to wait more than an hour , still no sign! Please do not use them.

As others have commented don’t use these cowboys, these are not professionals. Keep us waiting for 1 hour in the freezing cold tried to pick us and someone else in an Audi estate but the boot would not open, pleased we didn’t get in not sure the guy could drive. Eventually my Mercedes was delivered to me at the airport car park, when I got in part drunk Costa coffee cups, phone charging cable etc and very little fuel left only just made it to the garage 20miles away. Must of rang these people 10 times while waiting answer was always he’s 5mins away in traffic. You drop you car off at a tiny car park adjacent to the holiday in which looks like it’s full off illegal migrants.
USE THESE PEOPLE AT YOUR COST

If I could give no stars I would give that. It is a total scam. Their website says high customer satisfaction but the reality is very different. Sold as meet and greet at the airport but as others have said you are directed to the Holiday Inn because ‘there are no drivers’. At that point we looked into the company and decided to
park in the main Heathrow Car Park. It made us very late. Please be very wary

They advertise their service as meet and greet but in reality it is an off site parking with transfer service.
Their parking is within Holiday Inn grounds where they ask you to meet them when you call them. Then they ask you to leave the car there and they drive you to the airport in one of their vehicles. They ask you to pay an additional £12 cash for Heathrow drop off/pick up charges even though they allow more than one customers in their transfer vehicle (and they charge everybody). Upon return it took me one hour from the time I called them to the time I got to my vehicle. Worst of all, I found a big dent and color, possibly from another vehicle, in my front bumper.

This is the worst the valet parking service ever.. DO NOT USE THESE COWBOYS. I was told my car would be delivered to me 40 mins from the time I calledTHEY LEFT ME WAITING FOR MY FOR 2 HOURS.. When they pick me up, they kept driving me around to go picking someone else! And guess what... those people had also been waiting for 2 HOURS!!! These people are an absolute joke! DO NOT USE THEM
