Staff were rude and waited an hour to get my car - were charged for getting dropped at the terminal in our car to get them out and also for us to get out on arrival day - overall not a good system - big mistake of our booking them - for the add ons I could have paid for meet and greet with no hassle in the airport car park - they won’t get our custom again !

I wish i had checked this website before using this company. A joke of a company. Disgusting service. No answer when we called as instructed. Driver was a mess, smoking and scruffy. Car they took is to airport in looked like an insurance write off. Paid £15 for drop off and pick up charges and still ended up paying £8 in car park. They picked us up in our own car so now just waiting to see if we now get a charge from Heathrow. Car was moved without our consent/knowledge and done 50 miles in the 3 days we was away. Unprofessional and complete jokes. DO NOT USE.

Booked this place in a rush when heading to Paris before Christmas, I read it as Heathrow Park and Ride, booked it, paid £70 for 7 days parking and then they made me pay an additional £15 for pick up and drop off and the guy took me in this rusty broken down citroen. When I returned, I called when we landed and it took them 2 hours to come pick us up... Picked up the car, checked our dash cam footage and can see them driving our car running errands, then parking car illegally on a residential street for days on end. I also got 2 parking fines totalling £200!

I called and spoke to the person about this but he didn't care at all, he said send it to me and I will pay it now, and he hasn't paid them, nor has he responded to my messages.

I will report this to the Police for being scammed and showing them this long list of reviews, along with requesting refunds! Doubt i'll get it...

DO NOT PARK WITH THESE GUYS! Total crooks. I parked my car at some Holiday Inn hotel now used as an immigration hotel. Whilst I was away, the guys used my car and parked illegally so I have had at least 2 fines for £140 each. It is completely dodgy as it is a hire car and they sent the fine to my home address. Everything about this place screams illegal.

On drop off, we were hanging around for nearly an hour after arrival having phoned an hour before we reached Heathrow. And we had to pay for our parking - including extra for the delay. If we had been running slightly late, we would have missed our plane. On return we had a similar experience having to stand around in the cold for well over an hour. When we phoned to find out what was happening they lied consistently about where the driver was and timing.

This was a last minute booking so didn't have time to look at the reviews. Please avoid this company at all costs!! They don't seem to have an affiliation with Holiday Inn. After paying online, they charged me an additional drop off fee of £15, first red flag. On arrival in the UK we were left standing in a freezing car park for 45 mins despite numerous phone calls going to voicemail, rude responses & down right lies. When we got to our car, it was obvious that it had been left in a field somewhere. It was caked in mud both inside and out. To top it off, I received a parking charge for an overnight stay in the Holiday Inn car park, received late because of the Xmas postal delays so it had passed it's early payment time limit. All in all this 5 day parking has cost me £234.90 (parking, drop off fees, car wash)

Booked a collection at T5 Heathrow. Made calls as instructed to have car collected. Initail call was answered but subsequent calls were ignored. The phone number then reported as "unavailable". I eventually got back in touch with them some 50 minutes later but by that the time the time was against us so I had to book another company to do the collection. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST.

UPDATE! TODAY I RECEIVED A PARKING TICKET FOR £100 FOR LEAVING MY CAR WITH THESE ROGUES! I HAVE APPEALED THE CHARGES. I just wish I had checked Trustpilot before I booked. We usually get an Uber to the airport but as it was very early on New Years Day, we thought this system might work better for us. We were at first concerned there was NO signage to indicate where we should go once we reached the target address and it involved calling the chap who directed us to the car park of the Holiday Inn - please note that this is no longer a hotel but a private enterprise. We arrived - no one there ( taking into account it was about 4am on NYD and it was very cold). I called again - and the chap said someone would come and collect us in 20 minutes - we waited and waited and as we were due at the airport for a flight, we were getting very stressed. Eventually the chap turned up and drove us to Terminal 5 but insisted that we pay the drop off charges for the way there and the way back in cash as he said he didn't have a cash machine. So as we only had £20 we left him that and he assured us that the fiver would be left in the glove box on our return. Throughout our city break, I was concerned about where the car had been left and was it safe and would they come and collect us from the airport as promised... Well we returned today and as instructed called them as soon as we landed ( to avoid delay). In the end we waited an HOUR in the freezing cold and the chap who brought the car of course knew nothing about a) the fiver owed to us b) that we had already paid for the drop off on the way out. To cut a long story short, we called Surrey police ( in case anyone wants to make a similar complaint), although there is little that they can do unless more people complain, I took some photos of the chap and in the end, he said he would go and sort the ticket out but he never returned and we had to pay AGAIN to be able to leave the car park. Total and utter scammers - NEVER AGAIN! AVOID!

And got home to a £100 fine for the car being left at a Holiday Inn for 3 hours.

DO NOT USE. These are criminals. Their shuttle service was not working from the meet point, we paid an extra £14 airport drop-off and pick up charge; the shuttle service was our own car not a meet and ride... We paid an another charge to exit the airport, this was previously been paid to them at drop off. Then I get a airport penalty charge notice because they didn't pay for the drop off that I paid for twice!!! Theft, scammers and criminals.

They did not pay the Heathrow drop off charge as they had agreed to (we had prepaid them), resulting in us getting a parking charge notice from Heathrow. Ignored us when we told them about this. Extremely unprofessional. They ought to be utterly ashamed of themselves, and should totally go out of business immediately!!! Stay away at all costs!

Called the number as instructed on the way to the airport and it went to answer machine. When we finally got through, communication was poor. I still don't know what the additional £30 cash payment was for...
On arrival back from my first call to getting in my car took 2hrs 30 minutes this was despite numerous calls, ignored calls and rude hang ups. I was beginning to think they had lost my car. I will never use this company again.

Avoid this company, these guys are proper rogue traders scamming other people. They take your car and just leave it on a random street.

Landing with 3 children, tired and jet lagged, instructed to call when landed which I did. Call was hung up on me with no clear instructions, told 30-40 mins.
When through airport expected car to be waiting, no sign of car, called again, car had not even been collected, called again , then told I had the wrong day and I was due in the next day. Then got told I was lieing.
Total joke. Told them my number plate about 20 times. Still no sign of my car.
Worst service ever, terrible experience after a long hail flight.

Unprofessional, bad communication, shady service and hidden costs. I waited 45 minutes for the car to be picked up at the level 4 short stay car park (T2) and over 2 hours to be delivered the car after a 24h trip and with 4 young children waiting outside. I called them repeatedly and got zero answers or updates. I was told the driver would pay for the parking costs at Heathrow T2 short stay because they were late but the person who brought the car completely blanked me and even suggested I had been tricked. Avoid at all costs. Their website makes it look like you are booking an official Heathrow Airport supported service, but it is not.

Wish I had read the reviews before booking. Irresponsible and rude staff over phone had to call 10-15 times for them to answer once. And if you are planning to drop the car before 4am, well they only open at 4 and they will ask you to drop the car to a parking near Holiday inn and will have to share there drop car to airport which we were not told. And on the pick up day we had to wait for more than an hour after we got out of the airport, we called them when we were waiting at baggage claim

This one star is given only because I can't give less for the review. I don't even think it is malice, it is just sheer incompetence, ignoring the logistics needed to run such an operation. We waited 2hours and 20 minutes for our car to be delivered after our return from Canada. Multiple phone calls, contradicting informations, blatant lies... I even got several phone calls and messages 6hours later, after finally having returned home, with staff members arguing on my answerphone. Avoid this provider like the plaque, if you want to keep fond memories of your holidays!

I don’t recommend anyone using this website for parking. You can not trust them for anything after I parked there 13:15 they have used my car at 21:36 same day near Luton area all night and don’t know yet if they have used to move illegal stuff with my car also their very disrespectful people when I asked the I have received too many penalty charges they keep ignoring me. And I called police but they did no thing for us. So be aware of such scam people.

PLEASE AVOID this car parking service. The "company" has no affiliation with the Holiday Inn (where the car park is), the drive to the airport, via an old banger and a lunatic driver, was frightening. Upon return we had to pay further parking charges with the Airport despite already paying this company for the same. And, to top off this awful service we have recently received a £60 fine for parking at the Holiday Inn where the service is allegedly based! AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!!
