I’m only giving a one star rating as there’s no option to give zero.
On picking up my car at the airport, the driver couldn’t get away quickly enough and after inspecting the vehicle we realised why.
We noted the car was splattered in mud inside and out and the footwell and pedals were caked in mud. The driver had used the sponge/chamois to clean mud off his shoes and just thrown it in the back seat and to top it all off, there was a McDonalds bag with rubbish inside stuffed under the passenger seat. Inside the bag was a time and dated receipt from the day before we were due to fly home, from a McDonalds just down the road from the airport.
Spent the next four days trying to speak to someone in charge to complain but got nowhere.
Managed to get a full refund via my bank.
I say again, AVOID AT ALL COSTS

SCAM company, booked it via their website, read the reviews, cancelled it , never got refund!!!! They don’t even let google to add reviews on the company!!! STAY AWAYYYYYY

Absolutely awful company. Got back to my car parked at the airport but no one present. Called them to be informed my key was left under the car, anyone could have seen this being done and stolen my car. The car was also caked in mud inside and out. Including the passenger side and back. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Booked this company for 10 days away, I phoned them an hour before I set off as instructed. I booked the drop off time for 3.30am. I used the address they gave me, not realising that the point takes you to a random street. Luckily there were some random people about at 3am and I asked a few people where the meet and greet was. I was pointed in the direction of the Holiday Inn so I parked there and tried to flag someone down to drop off my car to. Anyway, after numerous pleading voicemails from me and crying in the car park over stress, they phoned me at quarter past 4 to say that someone would be there in half an hour and that they didn't open until 4! Despite letting me book for half 3. I was incredibly stressed I was going to miss my flight. On the way back they were 40 minutes late and they diverted to pick up someone else from another terminal so I was an hour late by the time I got home. Then I got a parking fine from the Holiday Inn for £60! AVOID THIS COMPANY

My car was badly keyed whilst in their care, causing over £2000 of damage. They promised to repair the damage, but then ghosted me. I now discover that the small print of the contract refuses any liability for scratches. This is a company of crooks, who should not be trusted under any circumstances. AVOID!

Avoid this company at all costs. It's a scam and fraudulent business.
They never showed up to the Meet & Greet. Ignored all our calls. Ignored email communications. Nearly cost us our flight.

It was a very bad experience. When I went there, I mistook the time. They charged me an extra 30 pounds. On the way back, they said to call them when they got the luggage. I followed their instructions and said it would arrive in about half an hour. But I had to wait for two hours. I called to urge them, but they kept telling me that the driver was on the way. The website said they were only five minutes away from the airport. I should have taken a taxi and gone home earlier if I had known about this. I suggest that everyone avoid using them.

Absolutely useless. Avoid at all costs. They 'confirmed' my booking and took the money, then failed to answer the phone every time. Except once, when they told us to go to a deserted off-airport parking area. We were left at Heathrow at 4am, and still they refused to answer the phone. We had to rush to the long-term parking and barely got our flight. Very angry with these morons.

I am absolutely appalled by the way this company operates.

I received a parking ticket while on holiday — an already stressful situation — and have since made multiple attempts to contact them to resolve the matter. It has now been over three weeks of complete and utter silence. No response to emails, no acknowledgement, no customer service whatsoever. Being ignored like this is both unprofessional and unacceptable.

If you are going to issue parking charges, the very least you can do is provide a functioning and responsive support system. Instead, this company appears to have no interest in engaging with customers once they have issued a ticket. The lack of communication speaks volumes about their standards and priorities.

It feels as though the entire process is designed to intimidate rather than resolve issues fairly. Ignoring legitimate queries for weeks is not how any reputable company should conduct itself.

I strongly advise anyone dealing with this company to be prepared for frustration, delays, and a complete absence of customer care. Extremely disappointing experience from start to finish.

AVOID!!! FALSE ADVERTISEMENT! The 5 minute shuttle from the parking to the terminal is not their private shuttle service. It took us almost an hour to get to the terminal because we had to use the shuttle that stopped at every hotel on the way and we missed our flight and had to purchase new tickets to get on our holiday.

I booked with Heathrow Meet and Ride, I looked at their reviews on their website and trusted them and wish I hadn’t. When we returned I had to wait for over 1 hour 45 minutes to get my car back, I called as soon as I landed, was told that it would be dropped in 30-40 minutes, after 40 minutes I spoke to them again and was told the driver was on their way and they would be 10-15 minutes, this went on and on for over 1hr 45mins until they finally dropped my car at 10pm, there was no apology from them and if I’d known this was going to be the service I’d have booked with someone else.

Just don't!!! When calling them on my way, they said go to a Holiday Inn hotel instead. Saying there was a lot of trafic (ha ha...) I tried to persist to no avail. Went there but there was no one to meet me. I informed them and went to the terminal and there was no one there too. I was told they will pay for an alternative service and sited problems with staff on the day. They have not paid and I have just issued a request for Judgement in court. They will probably close the company and reopen under another name.

Phoned & texted many times as required on arrival, no answer, post code takes you to a residential address, left wondering if Id been scammed, ended up booking additional parking at extra cost.
Requested refund.

Absolute joke of a company, paid for the car to be parked up and when we got there I was told that we had to leave the car with them because of needing to change car spaces regularly?! Not to mention 30 miles or so of milage on the car, dodgy company don't use. Absolute pathetic people who run it

From the start this "operation" was a complete joke. I find my way to the 'parking' only to find it was a crammed corner of a holiday Inn hotel. There was a guy there who tried taking £20 from me for the airport drop off and pick up charge when actually the charge was just £12 return. Scam attempt number 1. I paid the £12 fee in cash. The guy was rude and there was no one to collect us and several other poor unsuspecting customers for ages and when they did arrive it was in a small scabby and smelly car. Some customers were driven away by the ride guy in their own car!!! Trying to get hold of these clowns is a joke... Your emails and messages will go unanswered and they use multiple phone numbers. On my return the instructions for collection were completely false. Instead of collecting me as stated, they drove my car (not what I agreed to and probably invalidated my insurance) to the terminal car parking, parked my car in the airport carpark, leaving my car in a space, the key on my wheel (again an insurance/theft risk). I received a photo of where they'd dumped it!!!! My car was dirty, had additional miles on it and someone had left a multi charging lead in it. There was an exit ticket left on the passenger seat costing me another £8 on top of the entry/exit fee already paid (scam number 2). This is the last thing I needed after a 30 hour flight. PLEASE DON'T USE THESE CROOKS. AVOID THESE SCAMMERS LIKE THE PLAGUE.

SCAM COMPANY. NOT EVEN WORTH 1 star! Advised to contact company for key retention. I asked for refund within an hour of booking, as it just didn’t sit comfortably. They act like they are the long stay car park at T 5. They are not! Advised would get full refund in 3 -5 days of an android phone, not a company email. Hence to say no refund and garbage company. We booked at the Hilton Hotel, left car there, kept keys and took the Hopa shuttle bus from outside hotel for £12 return. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS SCAM COMPANY. Recommend Hilton T5 Hotel.

We ended up getting TWO parking fines while we were on holiday because these absolute assholes left our car in the Holiday Inn carpark on two separate occasions while it was in their care. This company is an absolute scam!! Don’t think it’s a cheap alternative it will end up costing way more!!

Outward trip when they eventually answered the phone they told us to meet them at car park C at a closed holiday Inn. (That in itself was stressful & we nearly gave up & were just going to park at the airport). We were taken to Heathrow in a battered old car with another couple & had to pay an extra £14 per couple for the privilege. On return we waited over an hour on level 4 of the car park as instructed by them to bring the car (they kept making excuses as to why it was taking so long). At the last minute they phoned & said to meet them on level 5 instead so he turned up with the car facing the wrong way of the one way system. He then went into the car park saying something about a ticket & didn’t come back! He had however left the entry ticket in the car so we paid it & left the car park. When we got home we had a parking fine where the car had been left for 2 days 14 hours & 6 minutes where we had dropped it off before they moved it to god knows where!! Pure incompetence or worse?!! I can’t say what I really think of them without using naughty words!!!😡

No one answers the phone. Trying to scam extra money for the 'ride' portion of the booking. I told them where to stick it as it wasn't advertised at any point so got an Uber instead. Ended up cheaper. When i got back, no one answered yet again, so i made my own way there only to have to wait for over two hours until my car arrived. With mud all over the car mats.
Companies and people like this are disgusting, and one can only hope the worst befalls them before too long. Which, given the manner in which they operate, shouldn't be too long.

I wish I had read the reviews of this joke of a company before I booked. Apart from making the booking and paying the required fee, everything else was disappointingly disastrous. This so called "Meet And Greet Parking" company is a joke and a rip off. All of the comments on previous reviews, which are highlighted over and over, happened to me:

1. Arrived 45 minutes late to pick up the car meaning I had to rush to and through the airport terminal -
2. On my return called the company while at baggage collection and waited over an hour for my car to arrive -
3. The car was covered in mud, inside and out and, was driven to me on a flat tyre -
4. Highlighted the above (3) to the driver whose response was "I'm only the driver"! And, quickly disappeared without me knowing when I started to take pictures -
5. Rang Customer Services and had a rude lady telling me not to complain and actually said "I don't want to hear your complaint"!!

This company clearly has no secure allocated clean parking facility as mentioned on their bogus website. Put the address into Google Maps and see what you find. The company is apparently 'YS ELITE LTD' a cleaning organisation whose directors are highlighted on UK Government website.

Check their reviews on Google and Trust Pilot, both show an extremely low satisfaction rating of just over 1. Bearing in mind 5 is the excellent rate.

Don't risk your car by booking with this company and, save yourself the stress. This company should be investigated for misleading advertising. It's a cash-cow for vulnerable people and both directors are laughing at us.
