From the start the company was uncontainable. Would never recommend using the company. We paid for meet and greet, the person came 45 mins after the given time to collect the car, on our return they said they couldn't bring the car to us and instead sent a driver to pick us up in another shabby vehicle 30 mins after we called them.

This was a very stressful and poorly handled experience from start to finish.
We were told to wait at the Holiday Inn with our car. A driver arrived in a separate car, took our car key, and asked us to pay £12 on the spot, saying this would cover the drop-off fee for taking us to the airport and the drop-off fee for bringing us back when we returned. He then drove us to the airport.
When we returned to Heathrow, we called to get our car back and were told we would need to wait 45 minutes for the driver. We waited the full 45 minutes and called again. A lady answered and said she would call to find out where the driver was and get back to us — she never did.
We called again and were told the same thing, “let me find out,” which clearly was not being done. She then told us the driver was 7 minutes away. Seven minutes passed and there was no sign of the driver.
After this, we called repeatedly (around 20 times). The same lady either lied about the driver’s location or simply stopped answering the phone altogether. Her handling of the situation was the biggest issue — we were given false information, no updates, and were effectively ignored while waiting late at the airport with no idea where our car was.
While waiting, we googled the company and saw multiple reviews stating the owner is a scammer, which made the situation even more worrying given that they had our car and keys.
Eventually, over an hour and a half later, the driver finally called asking for our location. When he arrived, he told us he had only set off about 8 minutes before arriving, confirming that we had been lied to earlier when we were told he was “7 minutes away” more than an hour before.
To make matters worse, when we finally got our car back, we had to pay £7.50 to exit the car park, meaning the £12 we were initially charged for supposed “drop-off fees” was completely pointless.
Overall, this service was disorganised, dishonest, and extremely stressful after a long journey. Proceed with extreme caution or avoid altogether.

Horrible service, the people on the phone as well as the person who dropped as off IN OUR OWN CAR was so dismissive, going on the phone while driving. Upon the arrival, they’ve taken us nearly 2 hours to tell us when they will be coming. We’ve been told we’ll get picked up by our own car however our car is god knows where. 2 hours later someone shows up without saying a word. This service is unacceptable and should be shut down.

The worst service ever!!
This people made us to wait about 3 hours for pickup from airport. They are big liars. After a long wait, the driver came with our own parked car.
Please refrain from using this service

If i could give zero stars i would. As with other reviews on this company, i wish i had read the previous reviews. Similar experience to others that despite paying for meet and greet at airport they directed me to an alternative location which was 15 mins drive from airport. When arriving there was no driver to take me to airport, just extremely rude and dismissive staff.

Upon arrival back in UK followed the instructions and called when I landed, specifically requesting that the ensure my car is at the airport when i leave. they told me it would be 30 minutes.... 3 hours and 51 attempts at calling them later, i received a whatsapp from 'their driver' informing me of a car fire on the slip road that was causing traffic and therefore preventing them from being on time. It only took a quick google search to establish that the car fire they claimed happened 8 hours prior and was rectified within 1 hour.

This company is a complete farse! when calling them my phone told me that they were registered as a cleaning company, with a quick search on companies house its clear that they are not a registered car valet service at all

Their website claims 'professional valet services' but in fact is run by a bunch of crooks. Avoid at all costs!!!!!

Do not be fooled by this professional looking website, it is not backed up in any way shape or form. Shabby, unprofessional drivers and a complete lack of service. I waited an hour to get my car picked up and taken to be parked and would have had serious flight issues if I had been flying that day. When I kept calling the number I was lied to on multiple occasions that the driver was on his way. In the end they suggested I left the car and got a cab to the airport without even thinking about how I was supposed to hand over the keys! On the return, the same. I was told the driver would call me and was on the way and had to call at least 5 times before he finally turned up with the car at the short stay parking in Heathrow having waited an hour and 10 minutes. Yes they are cheap but you will sacrafice any type of service and god help you if you are in a hurry.

Do not let the professional website for Heathrow Meet Ride (heathrowmeetride.uk) fool you. This is a rogue, unregulated operation that I have already reported to Heathrow Airport authorities for a full investigation. My experience from December 16th–18th was nothing short of a scam.

1. DECEPTIVE LOCATION: Their website is a lie. Directions lead to a scrapyard. The actual "parking" is a derelict, dodgy lot (Car Park C) where staff sit around smoking with zero professional oversight. They do not answer their phones upon arrival.

2. GROSS INCOMPETENCE: They are incapable of reading a clock. They confused 4:30 PM for 3:30 PM, resulting in the driver harassing me with 15 calls while I was still mid-air.

3. MASSIVE INSURANCE RISK: Their shuttle was broken, so they forced me to drive their staff member to the terminal in MY car. This is a total breach of service and likely invalidates your personal insurance.

4. FINANCIAL FRAUD: This is the most damning part. To avoid paying airport fees, they left a used parking ticket from a different vehicle in my car. I was hit with a £15 exit fee at the barrier. Despite their "promises" to pay me back, they have gone radio silent. They are happy to take your money, but they will steal from you the moment your back is turned.

VERDICT: These are cowboys running a scam out of a scrapyard. If you value your vehicle’s safety and your own sanity, use a legitimate provider like Purple Parking. I am pursuing this through every legal and airport channel available until they are shut down.

WORST SERVICE EVER! DO NOT USE!!

I am extremely unhappy with this service. First of all, we called 45 minutes before, but their phone was switched off. We called about 8 times and had no answer. Then, we arrived at 4am in the morning, couldn’t find the car park at all as it is NOT clear they operate in the Holiday Inn car park. We then had to wait another 30 minutes for the driver, considering we arrived with plenty of time but were beginning to panic as our flight was getting closer. Their driver then arrived, however that was chaos as he could hardly speak English so the conversation did not flow and neither one could understand each other. He then crashed the car into a fence as we were driving out which completely shook us up and we felt very unsafe.
Once we arrived At Heathrow we paid £12 - £6 for drop off, £6 for pick up.

Arrival seemed to be better, we waited in level 3 car park at terminal 4 as instructed, however the driver turned up in MY car which I gave NO permission for them to use. I am extremely unhappy and angry at this, considering the fact he crashed the car on the way to the airport. He then gave us a £10 ticket we had to pay to get out of the car park, even though we paid £6 for pick up, which now makes no sense.

I would like a refund for at least the car park and pick up fee please, as I am very unhappy with the service.

I wish we had read the reviews before booking. We had book meet and greet service but was directed to Holiday inn and had to wait for someone to take us back to the airport - that caused a significant delay. On return we called them as instructed on arrival but had to wait over an hour before the car was returned to us. Never again!

Booked in a hurry and didn’t check the reviews. Please do not use this company. They were an hour late in collecting the car and when we returned they said there would be a delay of 40 minutes due to them ‘being busy’. 50 miles added to the clock so no idea where the car was taken.

No information regarding drop off...no reception as the drop off is a carpark belonging to the Hilton hotel
Had to wait in carpark, 15 minutes, for someone to arrive to take key...then transfered in a car...unknown owner of said car as we had conflicting information, one employee said it was a customers car!!...another employee said it was his bosses car!!... While I was out of uk car was moved to a field, Swayers Green Farm, approximately 7 miles from original drop off.[Cupra app]..
On return to collect car we again had to wait approx 15/20 minutes.Picked up with another customer, and taken back to The Hilton. My car was parked on the curb..on goo of a black bag full of rubbish.. also the inside was covered in mud in the footwell...obviously from the field!!
Approached staff to complain but they were not interested....no apology, very rude.
Do not use this company, there is no customer service and they clearly do not respect tge vehicles they are in charge of!!

Everything went wrong.

On arrival in what was the Holiday Inn car park, i was driven to the airport and had to pay an additional drop off fee.

I was angry but i was told there would be no more fees. How wrong that was.

I did not authorise them to drive my car.

On collection they took 1 hour 45 minutes to arrive and half a dozen calls.

They said the delay was not their fault and due to the rain. You could get from Birmingham in less time.

Then they turned up in my car. I had already paid the pick up and told no more fees.

On exiting rhe car park i had to pay £7.50 more.

Terrible service, told me every time i called driver was on his way.

Never to be done again.

Do not use. No meeting and definitely no greeting on the way out. I was told I hadn’t rung (I took a screenshot of the call and sent it) no one came to meet me. I waited. In the end I had to leave the key and exit ticket on the front wheel. I had to ring to see if they had collected it (no photos as promised) On my return the notes say to ring when you touch down. I did. They said to ring back later. I did. Then they sent me a picture of my key/keyring asking it this was the right one 🥴. They turned up 20 mins later.

We booked with Heathrowmeetride and were extremely disappointed with the service provided. The designated drop-off point was located in a car park at the Heathrow Holiday Inn, with no signage or indication that it was associated with an official company. Additionally, the staff were not wearing any identifiable uniforms, which made us feel uneasy from the outset.

We were then asked to pay the £6 drop-off fee into a personal bank account, which raised further concerns. The vehicle used to transport us to the airport was extremely dirty and did not meet the standard we expected.

Upon our return, our car was brought promptly to the car park within the terminal; however, the driver failed to provide the entry/exit ticket, resulting in a significant delay when trying to leave. After arriving home, we discovered a £100 parking fine. When we contacted Heathrowmeetride, we were given another mobile number to call. The individual who answered was reluctant to provide his name but stated that he would arrange for the fine to be cancelled, which does appear to have been done.

In hindsight, I attempted to check the reviews on their website, but there is no apparent way to verify the authenticity of these testimonials.

PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Whatever you do please do not use this company, echoing every other one star review.

Either take your car to the long stay car park or return it home and get a taxi, do not drop it to these people.

So rude over the phone (if they answer) and will overcharge and not give any money back for not providing the service they offer.

How they are still able to function as a company is beyond me.

Worst ever service had to wait three hours to get the car back they park the car in a different terminal then send another car to pick you up say total scam do not use

If i could give them a zero star I would. Made me drive to a Holiday inn car park to hand off our car even though online it says to meet in Heathrow T5 level 4 and a £15 additional charge on top of what we already paid online to drop us from Holiday inn to Heathrow Airport and Heathrow Airport to Holiday inn when we arrived back from holiday. On our return we got into on one of their cars and got dropped off back to holiday inn to find our car not only absolutely filthy full of mud everywhere but also filthy in the Inside with food and sweet wrappers everywhere and dirty mud trails all over the carpet front and back. I have a personal feeling they were using our car while we was away unless they did a cross country race across every muddy field they could find on their way back to park it!... It was so bad our car had a warning sign on the dash to say the exhaust pipe was clogged up with mud.

Do not use this company!! Warning ⚠️. They are so unprofessional it’s ridiculous. There instructions to where to meet at T4 Heathrow airport are incorrect they have no signage you have to call and wait and we waited 40mins for them to collect my car. On returning to collect my car several calls later and another long wait I was eventually picked up and driven 15mins to collect my car and only to find out it was partied at a holiday inn parking lot. Not safe at all . I will never use this company again and it’s worth paying the extra to park at Heathrow’s meet and greet company.
