Once upon a time, all companies had this kind of customer service. It’s nice to know that a few still hold on to old school values and standards. You won’t find any cheap tat here, because John does... Se mere

Excellent customer service
It was a genuine pleasure doing business with Healys (I dealt with Mr Healy himself). For various reasons not to do with the business, there was a problem obtaining the goods via the online service but Mr H came up with a way around it, so that the goods (of excellent quality, I may add) were delivered quickly and efficiently. Can you imagine a business like HSBC, Virgin Media or Thames Water providing customer service remotely like that? No, neither can I.
