After sales communication is very disappointing
I bought a Craft Collar and Tyler jewel, collar is very good quality, unfortunately the Tyler jewel broke. I made contact via the sales email address, chased it up a week later then had to phone.
A replacement jewel was sent out, but when I opened the packaging it had already broken in the same place.
Made contact via the sales email and again had to chase.
Company arranged a prepaid return envelope, but again are not responding to any emails about what is happening now.
I think I've just had some bad luck, but really disappointed with the lack of communication.

Poor qulity item. Poor customer service
Ordered an apron that was advertised as adjustable between 32 - 46 inch waist. Apron i received the waist size could only be adjustable to a minimum of 38inches, therefore would not fit me.
As a faulty item I asked for a replacement, but to no avail. The business is currently not responding to my request to refund me my initial postage cost; which is their legal obligation as the item was faulty.

One simple phone call upon my return and the goods were sent out the same day. Excellent quality Regalia and great customer service.

Brought a KT tunic in July 2024 and had it dry cleaned for the first time this week. The colour ran out of the cross into the surrounding material. I phoned to complain and was told that I would be phoned back, No body phoned me back so I phoned again and was told there were not prepared to replace it as it was 2 years old. The man I spoke to was rude and offered to sell me another one with a 25% discout and free second class delivery. To be fair all the other items I brought at the same time were of good quality.

We are sorry to hear about the issue with your KT tunic following dry cleaning. However, we feel it is important to provide some context for other customers reading this review.
The tunic was purchased in July 2024, over two years ago, and this is the first time any concern has been raised with us. As with all garments, we strongly recommend that dry cleaning is carried out by a specialist experienced in handling regalia and ceremonial wear, as standard dry cleaning processes can sometimes affect dyes and delicate fabrics in ways that are beyond our control as a retailer.
We are sorry if you felt the initial callback was not handled as promptly as it should have been — that is something we take on board. However, we do feel it is worth noting that our team did make every effort to assist you despite the item being well outside any reasonable returns period, including offering a 25% discount which would bring the replacement close to cost price for us, along with free delivery. We feel this was a genuine and fair gesture in the circumstances.

I recently ordered a Council of Knight Mason full set of Grand Council Regalia, which is not a generally readily available item from regalia suppliers. While communication during the process could have been better, and the delivery took longer than initially expected, I fully appreciate that this was a specialist order. Now that the regalia has arrived, I can say without hesitation that the quality is first class. The workmanship and finish are excellent, and I am genuinely delighted with what I have received. Overall, despite the delays, the end product has exceeded my expectations.

Dont expect any refunds
I wish I'd read the other reviews from ordering from them. The products are good but the service is bad and if you return anything they will find a reason not to refund. For me, I ordered a tunic and mantle. I found the tunic was too small so returned both, the mantle not having been opened.
First they said it was marked, then claimed it was the mantle, which had never been opened, was marked, and then claimed I only returned the mantle when the return label and weight of the package proved both were returned. Since then I've been ignored and am now taking legal action.
Deal with them at your peril and don't take all their 5/5's as gospel.
