Ordered from this company nearly 2 months ago spent £30 on different size prints, got an email a couple of days later saying my order was on its way with the expected date and my order number, after a week after my expected arrival date passed i decided to email, they emailed me back giving me a FAKE order number saying it had been dispatched and was with royal mail, this did not match with my original order number.

Look on their Instagram, their comments are full of people asking them to reply about orders

They do not reply to Instagram dms or emails, cant stress enough DO NOT ODER FROM THESE, THEY ARE SCAMMERS

Ordered from here as it was the only place that had the exact prints I loved! I spent over £50 on the 15/8/2021, received a ‘dispatch email’ on the 30/8/2021, but everytime I check the tracking it just says that the seller has let RoyalMail know they have sent the order. It’s now 20/9/2021 and I still haven’t received my order. I’ve sent emails, messages on Instagram and flooded their instagram with comments. No idea what to do next but recommend everyone to stay away from them.

Ordered on 31st July and received a tracking number for Royal Mail on 9/8 looking at reviews it looks like multiple people were given the same fake tracking number that always states Royal Mail are waiting for the item. Only time I got a response was when I left a negative comment on Instagram. They said they were resending my pictures however I’ve heard nothing since and they are ignoring me. All I want at this point is a refund because clearly my prints aren’t coming. Last time I try and help a small business so well done owner of hausofcoco 👏🏻

UPDATE - bombarding their instagram with negative comments and this review has FINALLY meant I received a refund. I suggest anyone else do the same as the only thing they care about is their image rather than customer service. Upgraded my experience from 1 to 2 stars just because I have my money back.

I have been waiting for an order for 3 weeks. appreciate the royal mail system being down but no one responds to emails/ Instagram messages. Wish I could cancel the order! Seems to always be something with this company considering the reviews. Try and help small business with COVID but what's the point if you don't recieve goods???

This company is awful, I placed a number of orders in June I received them a month later. One of the items arrived damaged and ripped. Messaged them and they ensured they would send me out other one. I am yet to receive the replacement and they are ignoring all emails and have not come back to me. I want my money back!

Still waiting on order from 31st July. Advised despatched on 09/08 however Royal Mail have still not received it from seller. Avoid at all costs. £45 down!

So many bad reviews, only fault is lack of contact from seller otherwise would of given 5*. Order arrived after 18days of ordering and cannot fault it. Will use again just be patient with delivery however this is stated on the website

I recently wrote how my prints didn’t arrive after over a month, and how all my messages, emails & comments were ignored & deleted.

I happened to post about them on my story about my disappointment & she then replied saying she sent my order out this week.
It shouldn’t take me going public on my profile a response but I’m glad I got a reply.

My prints arrived this morning, I have 4 missing but the ones arrived are good quality & I’m glad I’ve got something.

I wish I ordered elsewhere & they really need to sort the communication out, they are quick enough to do giveaways 2/3 times a week but can’t respond to customers who have been waiting over a month?
Take 2 seconds to send a message explaining..

Don’t buy from here..
unless you’ve got a large following or you’ve got a blue tick they won’t bother with you..
Customers mean nothing to this lady & only wants a large following & everyone’s money!

Prints look nothing like what the look like on the website

Just awful, quite literally the worst customer service I have ever received from a business. Most small businesses are so efficient and grateful, they would at least provide you with a response, this woman clearly doesn’t care at all as long as her pockets are being filled. It’s been a whole month since I ordered, almost 3 weeks since I had an email stating it’s been dispatched and delivery will be in 2-4 working days. Emailed 3 times since then looking for an update because I haven’t received my goods, no response. Just shocking

I wish I had read these reviews before ordering…it took about 2 weeks for my prints to arrive, which I expected as it stated on the confirmation email I received. My issue is that the prints look NOTHING like they do on the website. They are meant to be grey and gold and the gold has quite clearly been edited on the photos on the website as the gold on the actual prints is more of a murky brown colour. I actually do not want to display them on the wall as they are extremely poor quality. Such a shame as I had high hopes of supporting a small business prior to these issues.

Took 3 weeks for my order to arrive, I DM’d, commented on posts and emailed to ask where it was and never got a response. My order was incorrect and I had to them comment and FM again to try and get a response to get my correct order. When I finally did get a response after leaving another comment, they messaged and said they were sending a replacement and I still haven’t received this. Again I’ve messaged and commented asking for an update and haven’t received any response again.

If I could give 1 star I would beyond disappointed waited such a long long time for 3 prints chased twice and when they did arrive the only positive is card good quality BUT prints themselves dreadful not at all how they look on the website. I had asked to be cut to size to fit frames I already had on instructions to seller they hadn't been. Don't waste your money £25 for 3 bits of card!!! Complete and utter waste of money 😭

Haven’t received my orders they claim it will take 5-10 days and it’s been 3 weeks I’ve message her really slow response and she said it’s been sent out but haven’t received them scam!!! Don’t buy from here

Received half the order, queried and received a long winded DM explaining these things happen, messages and orders get missed but no solution was offered. They also said they weren’t scammers as I received half my order (not the full order) and then I was told to “stay off my site” and was blocked. Appalling levels of customer service and communication BUT (remarkably and to our suprise) the missing half of the order turned up a week later, following the comments we left (and which were then removed) on social channels, various e-mails and DMs sent.
My bank advised that those scams wereby half an order is despatched are becoming more common now as it means the bank cannot recover monies paid (clever!) but thankfully we seem to be in a better position than the poor customers who have left several poor reviews on here - when I pointed out the poor reviews on here they really weren’t bothered which speaks volumes.
Would we use again....100% no. Im all for supporting small businesses but looking after and communicating with customers is central to any business, large or small.

I ordered 6 prints in total and only received 3 of them.
Emailed multiple times & contacted them on Instagram, but no reply.
The 3 prints that I did receive are not very good quality either, you can definitely get better elsewhere.
Terrible business, I DO NOT recommend.

So annoyed by this company. I ordered over 2 weeks ago NO DELIVERY. I contacted her and was told another 2-3 days bu still nothing has arrived.
I’m paying on clearpay so I’m paying for goods that I haven’t even received

Ordered 6 prints 2 weeks ago. Email received saying had been dispatched with a Royal Mail tracking no. When I try to track on the Royal Mail website just says seller has dispatched to Royal Mail. After reading the reviews on her I’m not expecting to get the prints. Have a very disappointed daughter. Email to hausofcoco has been ignored

Made an order a little while ago and I initially reviewed and left not the best review. My prints did finally arrive and they are lovely. I haven’t actually got them up yet due to a house move.
My initial bad review was ordering and then not coming in the time frame I was expecting, now I understand their can be delays but none of this was communicated with me after several attempts at communication. Now I have my prints the site is clearly not a scam as I have revived what I ordered.I just think they need to work on communication and updates, I understand it’s probably a small business but their would be less complaints if people were aware of waiting times etc. Will definitely order again il just be more mindful next time of waiting times
