No one has responded to my many many messages and still no delivery has arrived.

I haven’t received my order l! I’m not happy with this reseller at all and I’ll be claiming a refund from my bank!! As the reseller hasn’t been in touch after several messages!

AVOID!!!!! I placed an order on the 17th of December and I still haven’t received this. ZERO communication from the company.

I received the wrong prints. Contacted the lady on 24th December and still not heard anything from her, I ordered these in November, it took a long time to come as the lady was not well which I totally understand, but when they did arrive and they was wrong and was a Christmas present I was not happy at all. And still no response 11days later? Even tho they was a Christmas present and they came on the 24th being the wrong prints there no good to me at all. There should of been 6 prints altogether only 4 came the 2 that’s missing go with the print that we ordered so we framed 1 print and still waiting for response to when and if I’m going to get the other 2 prints I payed for and ordered

Received 5 of the 6 prints I ordered. DM’d on Instagram to say 1 was missing and was told it would be sent out ASAP. That was over a month ago and now my messages and emails are being ignored. So disappointed because the prints are amazing quality.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Prints finally arrived after multiple emails, DM’s, comments. Received the wrong order after all that time, so had to comment,, DM, email AGAIN. She would delete my comments from her pictures and ignore all my messages. I got a refund through my bank.

Never received my order. So I don’t know why they’ll send me an email confirming they have.

Very disappointed as paid for the service and never received the goods. Several emails sent no response back. Still waiting!!!

Placed an order on 8th November, still haven’t received and have sent numerous emails and Instagram messages which have been ignored! Then they have the cheek to send me a link to leave a review! Such poor customer service

Long wait on delivery, customer service poor, hard to contact. Quality of prints not what I expected, never had free prints I was offered for compensation.

Despite an email advising my items had been dispatched they never arrived. Tried to contact the seller via email and Instagram on numerous occasions but never got a reply regarding the missing order so I am now out of pocket! Not even sure this is a legitimate business and most likely a scam of some sort! Would recommend people do NOT to purchase from this site.

I order a set of 3 prints only 2 arrived I have tried 4 times to contact the company 3 by email and one by Instagram. All I was looking for was the additional print to be sent out. I have had no reply to any correspondence. These prints were specifically asked for by my daughter as a gift. How can I give her an incomplete set? I had to purchase 3 frames that are not cheap now I have redundant frames and incomplete print set. To say I’m angry at this is an understatement. I’m so annoyed I didn’t read these reviews before purchasing. Ordered on 17th November, here we are on 13th December and still haven’t arrived. Emails been ignored too! Gutted I paid with clearpay as I can’t dispute with my bank. £40 down the drain. Awful company!!!! Owner should be ashamed

Wouldn’t even give this company 1 star if I had the choice, like everyone else I paid for an item that I never received,
Company ignoring every single email, have not sent the order and I am totally infuriated with myself that I wasted my time with this company. Have reported them to my bank for fraud and will keep hassling them till they refund me. Absolutely disgusting!!!!!

In regards to your reply this is completely untrue. Your original email states 5-10 working days and we are on day 19 and this is the first response I have had from you. Still no item, nor do I want it.
My bank have refunded me and I would advise anyone who comes across your company to steer clear!!!! What a hassle this has been. Disgusting company.

Do not use this 'company' absolute scammers. Take your money and then 'pretend' to send your order, conveniently dont offer any tracking numbers but claim items have it's sent. They don't reply to emails. Off to my credit card company i go for a chargeback.

Shocking company, haven’t received prints I purchased in AUGUST. They do not response to any DMS and they delete Instagram comments and also do not reply to emails either.
