I was skeptical about ordering after reading the reviews on here but decided to do it anyway. My order took 2 weeks to be dispatched but it arrived shortly after. Very happy with my prints - fab quality and definitely worth the money. Haus of Coco is NOT a scam - just be prepared to wait for your order. Would buy again.

Either a scam or picks & chooses who she sends orders to. Ignores all emails & direct messages. I wish people would come here before ordering so they know to go to somewhere more reliable. REPORT to your bank if you don’t receive your order

Very disappointed. £8 each for an A5 size piece of card! Very expensive for the quality received as images only printed of craft card

Ordered over a month ago money has been taken and nothing has arrived. Ive email twice, DM’d a few times and put comments on insta and all ignored. I wish i read the reviews before ordering as it looks like I’m one of many. I’ll be contacting my bank to make a fraud claim.

Don’t bother ordering, waited 3 weeks to receive my order, there is no warning of lead times on orders so wouldn’t expect to take this long without being pre warned, sent two emails with query about order but no one ever responded, then when received order one of the prints is not the one I ordered, honestly don’t bother, go use a decent company like desenio

I ordered a few prints and they came on time and just like what I ordered, highly recommend.

No communication at all, prints didn’t arrive within 7-10 working days, left bad comments on Instagram which prompted a reply saying my order is out for delivery, 2 out of the 3 items I ordered arrived and now messages going unanswered again, there’s lots of similar print places out there now so I’d use one with better reviews.

Wish I could give it no stars, terrible customer service been waiting nearly a month for some prints and still no sign. Please do avoid !!!

Ordered a print. Never received. Tried to contact however no contact details on the website. Tried DM on Instagram again no reply. Taking the matter further as a matter of urgency, Please do NOT order from this site.

This company sent me my items around 3 days late but that’s ok! Even got a free A3 print from them high quality and thick prints not thing wrong paid £6 per print and can’t complain

WARNING. Be very careful ordering from this website. I ordered items on 19 Dec, received a message to say:

Hey Deborah, your order is currently being processed. Please allow 5-9 working days to receive your order (I'm a one-mum-team here working alone!). You will receive an email with your Royal Mail Tracking number once your order has been dispatched. Please bare in mind there may be some delays due to Covid but I am working as hards as I can to get your order posted out to you safely :) Thank you so much for your support; it really does mean the world! Lauren has not answered any of my emails. Customer Service is appalling.

Please avoid! Will take your money and not respond to your emails. Not sure how I am going to get my money back. Not the only person this has happened to looking at their social media page.

Never received my order. Owner will not respond to several emails nor DMs on Instagram, however, updates their story on Instagram. Terrible service! I believe this is a scam. Lots of other customers have had the same experience on her Instagram page. AVOID and do not waste your money.

Ordered here after spotting their 40% off sale and still haven't received my order after 2 weeks.
Looking at her Insta account, many more people are in the same situation.
The owner (Lauren) blames her child for slowing down her orders, but still continues to run the sale and advertise through stories, so I'm wondering if I've been scammed :(
