First class service with very good prices. Ordered a UV replacement lamp always concerned about receiving this kind of product damaged. This isn't likely to happen with Hatton Koi, by far the best packaging l've ever come across. Will definitely be using Hatton Koi again.

Arrived on time
Arrived on time, the stat arrived with only foreign instructions, we requested English from supplier but they only sent the quick set up guide with no operating instructions but managed to find them on the makers web site

A very unpleasant experience
I ordered a 1"BSP valve from the Hatton Koi website after first confirming with them that the valve definitely had 1"BSP screw threads. What came was a valve with solvent weld fittings and no threads. This was hugely disappointing as I had taken the trouble to confirm the description with them. What followed was worse - they refused to refund postage costs so I ended up paying for their failure to properly describe the item, a contravention of the legal requirements concerning mis-described goods. So I advise to avoid this company unless you are sure you will receive the goods as described.

In our phone call and emails, we tried to best understand the product that you required, and clearly there was a misunderstanding and the product you ordered was not in line with our understanding.
We offered to pay for your return postage, Due to anti money laundering laws, we were unable to refund the postage to your card as it exceeded the original amount paid, as we had already refunded the full amount paid.
We emailed you on the 6th of March and requested details from you so we could refund your postage. Unfortunately, we didn't receive any response from you.
We have just resent you the email, If you would like to reply and provide your payment details, I will arrange for the refund to be made.
