Really good products and was helped by Jayden who was knowledgeable and very helpful who went the extra mile to help me with my purchase.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff who pointed me in the direction of good value alternatives vs what i had originally come in for in terms of both TV and large appliances. Also were willing to do a deal when buying several items.

Had an issue with the tv bracket as I bought the wrong one. They exchanged it for me with no issue.

Would highly recommend both Faris and Danayl as very good members of staff who were both knowledgeable , pleasant and provided us with good advice and a good deal.

Jayden was helpful, knowledgeable and showed genuine interest in our discussion.

I was looking for a radio for my bedroom. We could only find the more expensive ones. So found a lad called Jaden working in the shop and he really went out of his way to find what i wanted. He was pleasant and polite and even took us and the item to pay righ5 on the far side of the massive shop in merry hill.
Really very greatful for his helpfullness.

We were looking for settees and there was a good selection without being overwhelmed by the choices. The sales assistant asked if we needed any help, and suggested some ideas to narrow down our choices. Once we decided on what we wanted, he helped us to make colour choices by bringing over lots of cushions so we could match our suite colour to our room colour at home. This helped greatly. He also suggested a portable power station for a reclining chair as we have no power sockets on one side of the room. We hadn’t even thought of this as a solution. He was extremely helpful and made the experience a good one.

Extremely disappointing experience with Harvey Norman. I placed an order online, only to be told when I called the shop that the appliance was out of stock and unavailable for delivery — yet it was still listed for sale on their website.

To make matters worse, I had to call multiple times throughout the day and nobody picked up. The customer service was non-existent.

Selling out-of-stock items online and failing to answer customer calls is simply not good enough. I would not recommend ordering from Harvey Norman and will not be shopping with them again.

Harvey Norman Merry Hill store, we purchased a few items from Garry in the electrical department he was most helpful and had great product knowledge. When we came to install we realised that one of the items was the wrong product, we rang the store and they kept us informed of when the replacement would be delivered. Garry personally came to deliver very impressed. Big thumbs up, keep up the great work up 👍🏾

I called the store in the Merry Hill shopping centre and spoke to Mario who was amazing and very helpful. I had been on the search for a satellite dish all over and was nearly giving up. But he couldn’t have made it any easier for me. Thankyou so much literally turned up the next day after ordering. Great customer service.

I placed an order with Harvey Norman Merry Hill for a sofa and related items totalling just under £1,900, with delivery scheduled in advance to align with an international house move.

Due to an internal error, the delivery did not take place as agreed. I was informed at short notice, after already travelling to the property specifically for the delivery. This left me without any seating in a newly occupied home, and I had no option but to spend an additional £179 on temporary furniture just to make the space usable over the weekend.

What followed was a very frustrating experience. I had to repeatedly chase for updates, calls went unanswered, and promised callbacks did not happen. There was a clear lack of urgency in addressing an issue that was entirely caused by the company.

In particular, my interactions with Caleb, the store manager, were difficult. I found him to be defensive and not especially proactive in resolving the situation, and I was ultimately left feeling that I had to drive the process forward myself.

That said, I do want to recognise Emily in the Merry Hill store, who was consistently helpful and responsive when I was able to reach her.

The situation was eventually escalated to head office, where Kirsty, the Furniture Case Manager, handled the matter with empathy and professionalism. She took the time to understand the full situation and worked towards a fair resolution, which I appreciated.

Mistakes can happen, but the difference lies in how they are handled. Unfortunately, the initial handling at store level fell well below expectations. While the final resolution was fair, the overall experience means I would be hesitant to purchase from Harvey Norman again.

I had a great experience at Harvey Norman. The staff veronica and mathew were extremely helpful in guiding me through choosing the right PC for my needs. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I understood the best options before making a decision. They also helped set everything up, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Really appreciate the excellent customer service

absolute shambles ordered a dyson v11 which never got delivered this was back in february. i’ve sent proof that delivery wasn’t sent as apparently it was delivered to my back porch ( which i don’t have)! i even sent proof that id instructed dpd to leave with my neighbour which they confirmed and then didnt do!
emails back and fourth for months and still no replacement or refund , these people are theives avoid at all costs

Been to the Merry Hill branch today to order our sofa, precious and Emily were amazing, explained all the options to us, made us feel comfortable in what can be a bit of an uncomfortable scenario!

Thanks to Precious & Emily, we’ll definitely be back if we need a footstool!
