The most disappointing online purchase…
The most disappointing online purchase I’ve made. The boots have just had a cheap print thrown on them with terrible colour. What appear to be black boots on the website, are actually a green blue colour - which means they won’t be worn as frequently as hoped. Very deceiving, I would not have purchase at all if the colour had been accurate online. No labeling at all on the shoes, not even sizing. So no idea where they were made. Deceiving about location, as these shoes were shipped from China, not AUS. Feels like an unethical and cheap company. Quality does not match the expensive price attached.

More than 2 months have passed since I ordered. Also they says they cannot redeliver even if the percel has already returened to their ware house. They said that ask Singpost to redeliver, but how Singpost can deliver because the percel in their Germany branch. I cannot belive they have no reply more than a week and not receive my percel. But they don't refund or arrange to redeliver. Almost fraud. I will never purchase this brand even if they redeliver my percel. I cannot belive their low level customer service. I don't reccoend all you guys to purchase any products from them.

Terrible terrible terrible quality. I should have googled the reviews. What people are saying about the shoe and print looking cheap is 100% true. Just pulling them out of the box, i could see the print was blurry and cheap. They took a cheaply made, blank boot and threw a cheap print on it. There are no labels anywhere on the boots either so who knows where it was made. I wanted to return them as soon as i got them because i was so angry that i spent so much money on these, almost as much as Dr Martins! But now I'm stuck with them because, guess what? Shipping them back is at the cost of the customer... And from the US to Australia, the cheapest was going to be almost half the cost of the boots themselves. So now I'm stuck with these joke of a pair of cheap boots.
Fuchsia & Orange Warp Men's Lightweight Track Pants: Did not fit as shown in photo
I ordered the Fuchsia & Orange Warp Men's Lightweight Track Pants and they arrived exactly one week from the date I ordered them, to México from China. The color of the pants matched the photo, but they were really tight and not loose as they looked in the photo, and I could barely fit the cuffs over my ankles. I followed the sizing guide correctly, but it appears the model is maybe wearing a size larger than what was stated (a size medium). To return the product from México to Australia would be roughly 115 USD (!), which isn't worth it for 70 USD pants. Not sure why I can't send them back to China. I will just donate them to a friend or an organization, but please beware the sizing is off or order up a size. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering.

My phone case did not come with a camera window, I assumed it would as all the example pictures of phone cases on the website have a camera window. Harlow and Lloyd’s response was disappointing , no refund, no apology.

Where is my order???
I ordered th3 graffiti shoes a while ago. Last week there was an attempted delivery (on a public holiday) but the delivery address was closed as it is a business.
The last update that I received was that there was a delivery failure. Since then I have not received any more information. I hsve emailed harlow and Lloyd about my concern and they have not gotten back to me. There Is no way I can contact the delivery company either. I'm concerned about my package and disappointed at this whole process. When will I receive my parcel???

Total garbage
Total garbage. I paid $70 for a hoodie that arrived with a chunk of major stitching missing along the waist. It's a critical piece, too, so if I don't get it fixed the whole thing is going to fall apart. Might just be spitting in the wind, though, because overall this is costume-quality clothing. I give this thing a couple months, max. The design is great, but it's printed on actual trash. Don't get suckered in by how cool something looks...doesn't matter if you can't actually wear it. I emailed them about it, but haven't heard back yet. I'm honestly not expecting to, and since it took a month to arrive, I have no interest in spending more money to ship it back to them just so they can send me more garbage as a replacement in a couple months. Avoid.
Editing to update - I was a little premature in assuming they wouldn’t get back to me. They did respond and offered a replacement or a refund (minus shipping), so I took the refund. The $10 I paid in shipping is what this thing is probably worth in the first place, so I’m calling it a wash. I’d still recommend avoiding.

I ordered a customized cell phone case. I actually purchased two cases from them. I ordered the second one after we fell in love with the first case they sent us (both cases have different photos). The second case we ordered was defective. I sent them an email with a video of the case and how it doesn't open. The latch on the case doesn't open! It's broken! They sent me back a reply stating that "they do not accept this as a valid reason!!! Really??? You sent me a defective product. It doesn't work so what good is it? I offered to ship this case back to them in order to receive one that works but their response was "we do not accept returns on personalized items!!! REALLY??? DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!! THEY'RE CROOKS!!!
Human and compassionate business!
I was uncertain about my proper boot size, having experience with different types of shoes having different fits. Harlow & Lloyd responded and refunded my money without hesitation. The email was also quite cordial and human as opposed to the automated and robotic responses from most online retailers. I wrote to them hoping to get advice on how to measure my foot in order to gauge what size will best suit me. I believe sincerely that they will respond in due time.
Expected to pay high shipping for return
Ordered same EUR/US size that fits in Dr Martens and Converse but they were too big. To get exchange, I was told I would have to pay for shipping to Australia, which cheapest option is $80+! Needless to say, I won't be doing that for $100 boots - or ordering from this company again.

The shoes I ordered came super quick and areof f excellent quality! I was worried they'd look and feel cheap but they're super sturdy and very comfortable! The only issue I had was that the boots on the website were dark green/blue in colour, but when I got mine, they were very vivid. I don't mind this too much as they still look gorgeous but definitely not the same colours as the website shows.
All in all, a very good purchase!!

Bought some shirts for my husband for his birthday because the designs looked really good on the site. This brand markets itself well as high quality, but when they arrived they felt cheap and all the sizes were different (when all were the same size allegedly). They're all polyester garbage shirts and they took 6 weeks to arrive in Australia. Don't buy from here, the price is way too high for something that feels like it's from Wish.

I ordered swim shorts on July 22nd to hopefully wear them at pride (august 6) and paid for speed shipping but as of today I still haven’t received any confirmation on shipping. Not only is it over two weeks now, also when I kindly asked to cancel my order before shipping they rejected it because it’s “customized”. Which I can somewhat understand but if you sell the item on your website you can sell it again right? This works for most clothing. I don’t know, I’m a first time customer here and I order a lot of stuff online but this has by far been one of my least favorite experiences. Won’t recommend.
Edit: What’s even more unsatisfying is that they’re trying to save face by replying to my review here.
So I e-mailed them (as they ask here) and they only replied with: ‘your order has been delivered’ And then when I replied to that explaining I was unsatisfied they simply never replied again. Really bad customer service.

Incredible quality !
Came super quick! So impressed with the quality of the pants and shoes I got. Been really helpful during winter as the pants are super warm and I have also been receiving lots of compliments on them. 10/10 will be buying again from here :)

Shoes took a month to arrive, which was OK, but their sizing is not an accurate conversion, plus their returns are to Australia with no guarantees of refund.
