From the moment of my first contact, I cannot fault Harley Medical Group. There are several hoops I felt I had to jump through, but I think these were a really good test for how serious I was about having my procedure done. The date I provisionally chose for the surgery was the date my surgery took place which worked exactly as I’d planned and hoped. The care, support, reassurance and professionalism I’ve experienced are truly commendable. I’m 2 weeks post surgery and want to extend my thanks to everyone who have supported me on my journey, particularly Layla - Patient Advisor, Harley Street and Birmingham locations.

Mr Ranjeet Jeevan was recommended by a family friend, who is also a breast surgeon but doesn’t do private work and we can honestly say we are delighted with the breast reduction outcome.
From our initial consultation with Mamuna in February to the aftercare with Holly, we have felt looked after and supported these past three months and got the results we could only have dreamed to get thanks to Mr Jeevan.
We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would recommend Mr Jeevan and Harley Medical Group to anyone wanting a similar procedure.

An overall amazing experience, staff and nurses were so welcoming and made me feel so comfortable. Would highly recommend to anyone thinking of having any cosmetic procedure!!

Dr Leonardo Fasano went above and beyond for my surgery twice- and I cannot praise him enough! He is truly exceptional. From the first consultation to the post-op appointments, he made me feel incredibly comfortable and confident in the process. The procedure went smoothly- and the post-op care was outstanding. I recently had a Vaser liposuction procedure with Dr Leonardo Fasano, and my experience was outstanding. The staff was professional, attentive, and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. The facility was clean and well-equipped, which added to my confidence. The procedure itself was smooth, and the surgeon was highly skilled, providing clear explanations and good care. Post-operative support was fantastic, with detailed instructions and prompt responses to my queries. Overall, I am thrilled with the results and the exceptional service I received. I highly recommend Dr Fasano for anyone considering Vaser liposuction.

I had chosen Harley Medical group for breast augmentation since they are supposed to be a highly reputable business. From my initial consultation with my surgeon, I was completely honest about the fact that I am on 0% nicotine vapes, they said this is fine, they did not ask me any questions or discuss the matter further. Even at my pre-op with the nurse this was mentioned again by myself, and this was NEVER questioned.

I arrived at my procedure just before 12pm as my procedure was supposed to be at 12pm where I soon had all my tests done with the nurse immediately, then saw the anesthetist, saw the surgeon and was drawn up etc. Hours went past waiting with no food or water and whilst I was waiting to go into theatre within minutes, at approx. 3.30pm I was then told that I couldn’t have my procedure done due to nicotine levels in my urine (the results were never shown to me). I was so confused as to how this happened and found it extremely odd that the nurse did not show me my urine test results and told me that all other patients were refused surgery that day also due to nicotine levels.

I had spoken with the surgeon and showed him my 0% vape and he said that ‘if I would have had a cigarette I’d have had to pay’ however I hadn’t and said that he would speak to Harley medical. I honestly hadn’t had any cigarettes even since way before my initial consultation and only strictly 0% nicotine vapes. I advised I was still happy to have my procedure as I hadn’t done anything wrong, but it was refused, and I was left to go home like this with permanent marker still on my chest. This left me in a depressive state for weeks as I had built up my hopes and anxiety of my procedure, to be let down last minute. I was devastated.

The consultant called me afterwards and didn’t seem to care about what I had to say. They are trying to make me pay an additional £2500 or lose my money that I’ve already paid all together. I can’t believe it!
I’ve since read articles that 0% nicotine vapes do contain some nicotine and are wrongly advertised and complained to the vape company directly. I’ve raised a complaint with Harley medical directly and they still haven’t aimed to try and resolve this matter, and in all honesty, I feel their response was already pre-determined.

AVOID THIS BUSINESS and go with a smaller one like I wish I had, as all they seem to care about is your money, and not your experience.

Their response to my complaint has been “I am sorry that you felt ‘shocked, upset and embarrassed’ that your Procedure was cancelled at short Notice. We appreciate and understand your frustration, however Smoking distorts a patient’s immune system and can delay healing, increasing the risk of infection at the wound site. It is important to note that Wound‐related complications can lengthen hospital stays and affect patient recovery, so this is ensuring that the patients safety is at the forefront of any procedure. I understand that you have followed your pre-operative instructions, however as part of this, it is specified that a patient must be nicotine free and the Hospital have advised that you had tested positive.”

They still have no care to aim to resolve my complaint or listen to my case.

I had a rhinoplasty with Harley Medical Group a year ago and have waited this time to see the final results.

While I am pleased with the correction from my side profile, I would urge you to consider the impact this has on your appearance from the front. I was happy with my front profile before and asked my surgeon if this will stay the same or my nose bridge will look broader with the changes. He reassured me it will look the same from the front so unless I wanted the front changing, there is no point making additional changes other than correcting the hump on the bridge.

I do look different from the front, maybe not so noticeably to others, but my nose appears much broader and there are visible lumps down the side that were maybe not visible before. This was my concern prior and I’d managed to find lots of before and after photos showing the side profile but not front on, which would have been really useful to understand how the whole look changes. I’m pleased to have a straight nose from the side but question whether it’s worth the trade in for the new wider shape. I still haven’t got used to the new look from the front and have resorted to contour to try and make it look slimmer again.

During the process leading up to and following my surgery there were lots of admin errors mainly with not receiving things they said would be sent, a change in my patient advisor and differing information from them on the process I needed to follow. For one appointment in particular I had to wait an hour in the waiting room then was rushed in to see my surgeon and had the appointment without a notetaker as I couldn’t stay much longer. I was keen to get to my surgery so let these things go, but looking back I think it’s so important you’re given time for these things, and there’s no excuse for all the disorganisation with the price you pay.

I think more mention and information on the impact that changing the side profile has on the front in the pre-surgery consultations, and better organisation, would help give people a better experience in future so hope my review is helpful.

From start to finish all I can say is amazing highly recommended layla and Adele was more like friends than staff so friendly and always there for me if needed I would highly recommended this company many thanks amy w

I have recently had abdominal surgery with Harley medical. They have been amazing from start to finish. Mr Javeen, my surgeon has been really informative, and honest so I knew exactly what to expect and how I would actually look afterwards. The staff have all been really amazing, from my nurse Holly at clinic. To all the staff at the pines hospital especially Claire that couldn't do enough for me & the amazing food.. I didn't want to come home! Layla my advisor has answered every question and swapped and changed appointments for my at the drop of a hat! I'm just so happy and grateful. I can't wait till a year down the line to see my full results as I'm 2 weeks post op and already look and feel amazing.. thankyou!!

From the first phone call, to the consultation, to the operation, to the after care, I couldnt fault HMG. Mamuna, Holly and Mr Jeevan have all been fantastic and very caring. I would recommend HMG, to anyone 10/10, if I could give more I would.

Worst experience of my life!! Avoid Ifran Khan and Harley medical.

Barely three weeks into recovery and I'm already happy with the results. My surgeon was amazing and the results match my expectations.

My initial consultation was informative and Layla my patient advisor set me up with the incredible surgeon Sandip Hindocha. He made me feel very confident in my choice to move forward with surgery, in him and with the surgical plan we established together.

My experience with Harley Medical has been a pleasure due to Adele the nurse that has been working with me throughout the pre op and post op process, being so positive, honest and friendly.

The only thing I believe I wasn't fully informed about was how hard the recovery would be, the nausea was killer.

The Harley Medical Group charged me a fee for 2 consultations. They then ignored me. No letter, phone call…
I believe that because I was over 40 they did not want to treat me however I’m actually glad that I did not move forwards with them as I dread to think what their aftercare would be like.
Check their reviews & be very careful. If you do your due diligence you will see that the company has changed hands many times over the years as they attempt to evade lawsuits, responsibilities etc!!! This shower also bought/sold my personal data without consent & I have an ICO complaint pending. They are a front who simply hire mercenaries/surgeons to perform your procedure but then deny any association with the company should/when/if it goes wrong
I actually witnessed my ‘consultant’ Ashley Topps change outfit from a mole clinic specialist to then pretend to be a Harley Medical Group consultant within 10 minutes within the same building!
YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED….

I am currently only one week post surgery and whilst I realise most people wait until they are further down the process to share their experience, I simply couldn’t wait to tell people about mine!
I have been considering surgery for a number of years now, I have seen a total of 5 different surgeons for a consultation and 3 of those have been with HMG.
Despite wanting to proceed with my surgery with the first surgeon I saw at HMG, I took so long to decide on exactly the right surgery for me, that unfortunately he was no longer offering what I wanted at the time, so I needed to see another surgeon. When meeting with the second surgeon, I really didn’t gel with him, I didn’t get the right feel and I knew he wasn’t the one for me. Having dealt with Sophie for quite a long time at this point, I felt comfortable enough to share my view with her and she offer me lots of understanding, reassurance and offered me a third consultation with a third surgeon, Prof Sandip Hindocha. He was the one for me!
From the first meeting with Sandip, he listening to what I was looking to achieve, offered me realistic expectations and made me feel right at ease. His bedside manner continued throughout and right up to discharge from Burcott Hall, I knew I had made the right decision with him.
I could go on forever about the amazement I feel in the service, the surgery, the care and the recovery…. Sophie you are amazing, I wouldn’t be here today without you, Sandip is increadible and I would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone! His PA is also a lovely lady who checked in with me every day for 3 days after my op. And finally, Karen who was the Ward sister at Burcott Hall, she made me feel so comfortable, looked after me so well and made sure I was comfortable at all times!

I had Breast Augmentation at the start of this year and the whole process was super easy and I would recommend to ANYONE considering it, especially through Harley Medical.

Initially I spoken to Layla for my first consultation where we covered everything, health, risks and the process as a whole. Speaking to her made me realise how much I wanted it doing and booked the next step straight away!

My nurse Adele was so so lovely too she put everything at ease as things became more real!

My surgeon Sandip was amazing! Such a nice guy as initially I was more nervous to meet him as I know how serious surgery is, but he put everything at ease and I picked the perfect size which was completely my decision. And as for the surgery everything went so smoothly, not one bit of pain, definitely worked his magic!

After my initial rhino I was so happy. My nose looked “perfect”. But believe them when they say your nose will remain changing during the duration of the healing process. Coming onto the 2nd year and it was a different nose! It had dropped so low with a hanging and deviated columella, a beak like deformity when smiling, I had a protruding bone and a Z deviation on my dorsum, alar base disproportion, as well as a lower lateral cartilage asymmetry and nasal asymmetry, and after it all some sort of keloid bump scarring on my nostril formed, more breathing problems to top it all. When they say they will give you a revision it comes with a lot of standing your ground and not easily even then they will do the bare minimum to fix the problem. After standing my ground I was given a revision rhino where only the protruding bone was shaved down on the bridge. No columella work was done but I was gaslit to believe they did till I requested my nurse to go over my notes and she confirmed no columella work was done. I was majorly gas lit and lied to by both surgeons to say all is fine and it is in my head. I then paid a fair bob to get second third and fourth opinions here in the uk, to which another surgeon advised me to sue. Both hmg surgeons completely gas lit me. I would honestly say if you are in the uk just stay clear of hmg. I didn’t even read reviews on the company or read patients reviews here either. Have been quoted 15-20,000 for full revision in the uk. At a time where all my friends were travelling abroad for their rhino I opted to stay in the uk biggest mistake as I am the only one facing issues with my rhinoplasty in the UK.

The care and attention I received since the first phone call has been truely amazing I can’t thank Jazzmeen Quizon enough she really has been truely amazing, with all the information she has shared with me but also she went above and beyond I had issues with my doctors and my medical records and Jazzmeen really did do everything she could to make sure everything went as smoothly as possible she is a very kind and caring nurse and filled me with confidence with the knowledge of the procedure, the after care and even when I had my little worries she was there to answer any questions I had, I really can’t rave about Jazzmeen she is a huge credit to Harley street medical

Dr Fasano changed my life - how do I summarise that? I've worked in the industry and met many surgeons in my time. I've even been told the results I'd wanted were not achievable. However, Dr Fasano is known for REALLY giving the patient the result they want. He listens, he advises and he does precisely what you asked for. My expectations were exceeded. If you want the results boasted about in other countries done safely here in your home country then Dr Fasano is a rare diamond. I have never in my life loved my body this much and for that, I thank him and highly recommend him to everyone!! Big shout out to Jazzmeen and the rest of his team - PLATINUM class from beginning to end. xxxxx

If I could rate zero stars believe me I would!! Left me with botched surgery, myself and dr slieter signed for this to be corrected then all went down hill from there and it never went ahead, dr slieter suffered ‘health problems’ I got passed from pillow to post to then be told they had gone into administration! New exactly what they where doing as it past the 3 year mark I couldn’t do a thing about it! Still left with the same botched surgery to this date not only do I have to try save again iv suffered years because of this and il also I have to pay for removal of what this company gave me! This new company that have taken over didn’t care about my situation at all and seemed frustrated with me calling for contact with dr sleiter Treat me absolutely Disgusting and have no idea the impact they have had on my whole life!!!!!!!! definitely AVOID
