Was pushed go pay over £9000 for breast surgery to get a email 26 days later after payment made to day they are no longer trading! I was due to have the surgery in 4 weeks. Found it very odd that even after paying a deposit I was pushed to pay the rest of the full amount u want my money back terrible company

You lot pushed us into making a payment earlier than needed for a procedure booked at your birmingham clinic to be carried out in London in September. Paid nearly £11000 and then you cease trading a few days later. Almost seems you knew what was happening and was racing to get money in the bank. This has caused massive financial and emotional stress. No contact, no email nothing. Just vanished with our £11000. I WANT MY MONEY BACK

Please tell me how to get my money back how is this even possible.
I was all for my surgery when it comes about! What has happened how is this even happening right now

A dear friend paid £9k for a procedure just the other day. This dirty scum company knew what was going to happen. She received an email saying gone bust and you’ve lost your money. What an absolutely disgusting disgraceful thing to do. Her hard earned money up in smoke. I am so so angry for her. They knew and they conned her….. something must be able to be done. How can they scam people like this? This Mel needs to be jailed for life for fraud. I hope they rot in hell

I went for a consultation with a nurse at Harley medical on the 10th July. I was told by the lady that “ the surgeon gets booked up very quickly, I should pay a deposit now for surgery (even before I even met the surgeon” I paid £750 for my surgery. I was told the money was “fully refundable but I’m sure you will want them done”
Then a few days later the company goes into liquidation… very disappointed with the Harley medical group. Feel like they were pushing for my money because they knew what was happening. :(

Mel Braham Avoid this fraud. I hope rots in hell and has a miserable life. He has conned vulnerable people out of money. I pray you get what you deserve. Watch out he will start another company and ruin your life

2 weeks ago I had my pre op appointment. All of my information was completed on paper as they claimed to be “locked out of their office”. They also had no access to their pdq machine so had to call me to take payment over the phone for the full balance of my surgery, at the time I thought nothing of it… & then an email yesterday that they have ceased trading with immediate affect.
No surgery & £7k gone up in smoke.
I feel like they must of known this was on the cards yet they’ve continued taking hefty amounts of peoples money while they are totally clueless.
After 20 years of feeling self conscious I was feeling in top of the world for my surgery.
Not only is that not happening but they’ve had hard savings too meaning it’s impossible to go elsewhere. I’m devastated. Now, after a bit of research it seems the founder has a habit of this, changing company names then going bust.

Closed trading today ... Have appointment in the morning I can't cancel for a refund! Anyone know how I get a refund?

Arranged a consultation for today at 6.30pm. Never received an email or text confirmation. Called them this morning to confirm all still going ahead of which I was told, 'Yes, with a lady called Layla' and she will email with all the details. Received no information regarding the consultation, no phone call with any further information etc but at 7pm, half an hour after my consultation was booked to take place I received an email informing the company is no longer trading.
Very strange, very unprofessional & wasted my time!

Wish I had read the reviews, turned up today for my follow up in Guildford and the have closed with immediate affect today 17th July 2024. Something felf wrong, run down, shabby. However the girls who worked there lovely.

the staff were accommodating and kind to me and helped me with any questions i have and they took into consideration what i wanted

Harley Medical group Northampton is a complete joke of a place.

Mrs had breast implant surgery a few years ago.
Had pain in her left breast for some time which has now led to be unbearable, they say they can not do anything, and the NHS GP saying to go back to them and they can't do anything.
The aftercare is poor.
Should support and help after surgery.
Not even an offer to have a review appointment.

Complete joke of a company

Chose harley medical group for my top surgery - the whole process from start to finish (just had my 6 week check up) was fantastic. So much care and consideration from all staff I've met, felt so looked after throughout it all- in particular Mamuna, Kate and Andrea. Cannot thank the team enough. I'm so so happy with my results. Kate is truly an
artist.

The turn around was also incredible - I first contacted Kate in February and (I think due to a cancellation?) was in for surgery on the 5th of May.

I have been wanting surgery and or liposuction for around 15 years. I contacted Harley medical group around 9 years ago but it was finally this year I decided I was ready. I was scared / embarrassed but I have to sing nothing but the highest praise to Stacey who walked me through my initial consultation and follow ups via email / phone / text / WhatsApp anytime I had questions. She metaphorically held my hand through the whole process. I was also introduced to Georgina their highly qualified nurse who once again phoned me email saw me many times to chat through meds / post op/ mrsa swabs / it was good I had so many touch points with them as they made me feel Harley Medical had it all under control and put the patient right at the centre of their care. The team during the liposuction that i opted for her were brilliant too. I felt I met so many people who were there to keep me safe / happy and leave with the desired result. From the moment I enquired to post surgery, I couldn’t recommend Harley Medical Group highly enough! I was provided the best team of professionals to share my journey with. Shopie was extremely helpful with any questions I had leading up to my surgery. My nurse Adele has been amazing with all my appointments pre and post op. My surgeon Mr George Samouris is a miracle worker and has given me the most amazing result. My confidence is 10/10! First i would like to say a massive thankyou to layla, adele and surgeon sandip, these 3 people made my experience from start to finish so much at ease, i felt welcome and in safe hands from day 1, all the staff at the burcott hall hospital are also amazing and are doing a fantastic job of making patients feel at ease and comfortable. I am nearly 3 weeks post op and all is going well, the after care is outstanding with regular check ups inbetween my post op appointments. I would highly recommend the harley medical group and im so happy i chose them for my surgery.

I’m just over two weeks post op, I have had an amazing experience with everyone I’ve come across at Harley Medical, everyone has been absolutely lovely and nothing is too much trouble. Layla - my patient advisor at the Nottingham branch is amazing! Very welcoming, friendly and supportive from my very first consultation and has been on hand for any questions I’ve had since not to mention regularly checking in on me since surgery. Adele - my nurse also based at the Nottingham branch has also been amazing! Again, checking in on me regularly since my surgery, supportive and making me feel comfortable. I chose to have my surgery done by - Sandip Hindocha, from the moment I met Sandip I knew I had made the right decision! Sandip made me feel at ease, spoke to me about the process/what was going to happen and was honest. I’d absolutely recommend Harley Medical Group to my friends & family, I’m so pleased with my results so far! 10/10.
