Vat taxes and clear taxes
After waiting for 4 days, the customer service did not respond. Please be careful. The total amount of Ski goggles I bought is £161.4（VAT included）
They clearly wrote £162 before they would collect taxes and clear tariffs. But in the end, the DPD still had me pay £37. Finally, we retreated along the way. I told their customer service again. But there was no reply. Very disappointed

Poor customer service.
Ordered mtb gear (£150 worth), With very little updates other then ur order is on the way only for then to turn round 22 days later and tell me it will be getting returned to them. Tried emailing them a few times but no reply currently waiting on a update for plan ahead. Very poor customer service in my opinion.
