Branded outerwear at heavily discounted prices. Delivery with no fuss and kept informed from placing the order,right through to delivery.
Was initially dubious of using Hardloop, due to the massive cost saving advertised on the item. Seemed a little too good to be true. Read other reviews and decided to give them a try. So glad I did! One very happy customer here!

The transaction was smooth
The transaction was smooth, unfortunately the boots that I ordered was too small so I have returned the boots which was a little complicated to understand but the Post Office were very helpful. I am in the process of waiting for you to say you have received them.
I have worn this type of hiking boots before and was extremely pleased with them so as soon as i have my refund i will order another pair.

Not very responsive. I ordered the wrong size, my fault, but I sent a request to them on Tuesday to see if I could exchange and it’s now Saturday night with no follow which I find rather disappointing.

Stylish, warm and comfy
Tried these boots on in a store but they didn’t have my size. I knew they were going to be comfy and warm. They arrived and I am gradually breaking them in ( I have a dodgy back very sensitive to change in footwear) and they look great, perhaps a little wide at the front and I do have a problem with the laces being tricky to keep tight. They keep my feet warm and will be coming on my ski trip . I love how they look and although not tested the ‘waterproof’ element yet, a good all round boot.

Hardloop not taking accountability for the mistake
The carrier Hardloop use (and pay for) is DPD, whilst Hardloop clearly gave them the correct address, DPD left the house number and street name off the delivery label and the package was wrongly routed twice and refused, I contacted DPD and they advised that only the sender(Hardloop) can amend the address. I contacted Hardloop and they took days to respond, in the meantime I diverted the parcel to a neighbour. Have chased Hardloop for a delivery charge refund and they refused and offered me a £5.00 voucher against a future purchase instead. Despite the fact that they contract and pay for DPD’s services they are blaming DPD instead - unacceptable !!
