Item didn’t exist
There was a long wait for delivery for the rucksack I wanted (about 10 days) but I didn’t mind so I placed the order. Also purchased a hat too. On the day the item was supposed to arrive I got an email saying the item wasn’t in stock. I got a new date that the item would be in stock and it was about another week of delay so I didn’t mind too much. The item didn’t arrive at the warehouse and so another delay. Then had around 1-2 weeks of not knowing when the item would be in stock. I cancelled the main item (rucksack) from my order because almost a month after ordering there was no indication of whether the item would arrive at the warehouse, never mind my house.
After this I thought about the remaining item on my order and remembers the delivery was around £10. Hardoop usually responded to messages within a day. That was until I tried to cancel the remaining item on the order, this time they took 2 days to reply, meaning the order was already shipped, how convenient. Now feeling ripped off being charged almost £10 for delivery of a new hat.

Disappointing
Ordered a couple of items (total under £165), came to delivery and before the items were to be delivered DPD wanted over £50 in customs duty to be paid despite the Hardloop website stating that orders under £165 would be duty free. Emailed the company via their contact us page (twice) and so far I have had no response.
EDIT - someone has finally emailed. Their response did not address the issue of having to pay duties despite the order being under the threshold and me still wanting the item that I had ordered - poor.
