> "An absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. Our Makkah hotel, situated on Jabal Umer, offered breathtaking side views of the Haram and the Kaaba directly from our room. A standout feature was the highest-floor prayer room (Musalla) on the 36th floor—a truly serene place for worship. The room service was excellent.

> Our stay in Madinah was equally exceptional. The second hotel was just a 2-minute walk from the Prophet's Mosque (Haram al-Nabawi), offering incredible convenience.
>
> Logistically, everything was seamless. The visa arrangements were processed quickly and efficiently, and the pre-arranged taxi services throughout our entire journey were punctual and reliable. Highly recommended for a spiritually uplifting and comfortable pilgrimage.

Haram Travel made my families umrah experience very comfortable, from accommodating to my disabled mothers needs to making sure our requests were satisfied. The communication between us and the company gave us peace of mind for our first Umrah experience, the flights, hotels, transportation and Ziyarat was organised very well and was accommodated to our needs. Would 100% book with Haram Travels in the future.

The agent Usman was amazing! He was extremely well informed and catered to our needs. Not to mention the communication skills and the way that we had accessibility help, help with arranging tours and finding the hotel and flights within our means while still being close to the haram and the prophets mosque. In fact- were placed right outside the mosque and it made our journey and time worshipping amazing! We were scammed by another company before and the way everything with haram travels was arranged in such a short time with honesty and 24/7 response back to any messages I had was truly worth every penny. I feel like the other situation happened with the other agency so that we could find haram travels. May Allah bless them.

Great experience it was my first time and Usman who helped us really listened to what we wanted. Great service received and hotels and flights booked by Usman from Haram travel thank you a lot for your expertise and professionalism.
