Being in Makkah and Madinah was truly special and something I’ll never forget. Overall, a smooth and memorable experience—would definitely recommend.

A remarkable, outstanding and very personal service, making us feel at ease as we planned our first family Umrah, Alhamdulliah. A very special thank you to Usmaan brother for the perfect Umrah package, his guidance, reassurance and availability at all times is very much appreciated. Highly recommend Haram Travels!

Right from the start the service was very good.
I dealt with Muhammad Usman who was quite personable and worked diligently to create me an Umrah package.
He was good in his communication and replied on any queries pretty much straight away.
There was no rush or pressure to purchase anything and once the itenerary was planned according to my needs it was quite straightforward to proceed and make bookings.

While on the trip, Usman was available for communication at all times.
Dec 25 was one of the busiest in the Haram and it was crowded but it was a good journey and overall planned well - everything was booked and on time.
Usman kept good communication before, during and after the journey and I would recommend using Haram Travel.

On a side note - they also do general holiday bookings round the world.

Great experience with Haram Travel. Muhammad Usman booked us excellent Qatar Airways flights with baggage included, and the hotels in both Makkah and Madinah were amazing with great locations near the Haram. Everything was smooth and well organised. Highly recommend!

They even stayed late on shift to wait for us and finalise our deal.

Used this company for our first umrah trip, they were easy to contact at any time with all queries and responded with extensive knowledge. They sorted us out with great packages and made everything run smooth for us! Definitely recommend 10/10
