We were looking for a multi country…
We were looking for a multi country trip that was difficult to arrange through standard websites. We came across Al Muqadas Travel and were a little skeptical at first. However we were handled by an agent named Waqas who took care of all our needs. He was patient and diligent and produced an itinerary that was just what we were looking for. He took the time to ensure that our needs were met. He searched for the right flights, hotels, transfers and was receptive all our changes and nuances. We feel he provided great value to our upcoming trip and looking forward to arranging our next trip with him.

Booked an Umrah package with Al Muqadas Travel (affiliate of Times Travel Ltd, ATOL 74904) and paid £599 into their corporate NatWest account. On 25 June, they claimed my flight was cancelled. It has been nearly a month and they refuse to refund me. The agent (Ayeesha) stopped replying properly and deleted their bank details from our chat.I have launched a formal police case with Action Fraud and a fraud claim with my bank. They only refunded me after I dropped a negative review here, after which they kept begging me to remove the review. Do your due diligence before travelling with them.

We are sorry that you were disappointed with your experience.
We would like to clarify that your refund has already been processed. Although we had not yet received the refund from the airline, we chose to issue your full refund from our own company funds to ensure you received your money as quickly as possible, rather than asking you to wait for the airline's processing time.
Your refund was completed within one day, demonstrating our commitment to resolving the matter promptly and providing the best possible customer service.
For complete transparency, we will also attach the refund receipt, which was already sent to you previously, as confirmation that the refund has been successfully processed.
We understand that flight cancellations can be frustrating, and we appreciate your patience throughout the process. We respectfully ask that you update your review to reflect that your refund has now been successfully processed.

A lovely experience, thank you
I planned to travel for Umrah at a short notice prior to Umrah visits being paused prior to Hajj. Almuqadastravel was excellent for curating a 5 day package ( air travel , hotels and visa in Makkah and Madina) for me within a couple of days at a competitive price. I must commend Ayesha, their representative, as a person to go to, updating and reassuring me about the visa and hotel arrangements. She also sent me intermittent messages during my visit, checking how things were going. This made it a very personalised service. I gave her some feedback on more information to be available on different ways to travel when in Saudia, different terminals in Jeddah, travel arrangements between both terminals as different flights arrive at different terminals distance apart and to offer exact info regarding walking distance from hotel to women praying areas. She took it on board. I have found working with this agency and particularly Ayesha a pleasant experience and shall try them again. I highly recommend their service.
