Delivery was excellent (approx.1 week).
I found the instructions very comprehensive with no parts missing and well packed.
I first put down a base of 3 (60 x 60 cm) slabs and erected it myself over a period of 3 days. I'm a keen DIY enthusiast but in my 70's therefore I paced myself (constantly referring to the instructions and checking for squareness of the assembly). The 2 spatulas included in the kit were excellent for inserting the panels and fitting the roof.
I only needed a second person (my daughter) to help, when fitting the roof.
I think you would have to put a rack inside for storage of small items, as I don't think it would be feasible to fit shelves to this structure, but it is more than sturdy enough for my requirement
The shed is a great looking addition to the garden.

I ordered a Grey Linen / Faux Fur Upholstered Storage Entryway Bench on 13/03/2025 which I desperately needed for my housewarming on 22/03/2025. Given their standard delivery times advertised, I should have received the item on time. Instead, I was charged, I never received any confirmation of my order through e-mail or text, and the product has still not been delivered nearly 3 weeks later. I ended up having to put up deck-chairs in my living room for the housewarming after waiting a year for that day due to building my home. The company has no contact number or live chat, only an e-mail enquiry built into their website which is usually a good indicator of a scam. I used their e-mail tool before writing this review, if they get in touch and deliver my order soon, I will consider amending this review, otherwise I will get my money back through my bank and spread awareness.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Ordered an 8 foot trampoline from this company through the Debenhams website. Upon trying to assemble the trampoline realised there were several parts missing. Firstly the green sleeves to cover the foam on the trampolines arms and secondly the fibre glass rod to hold the trampoline safety net in place on the trampoline arms.
Reported to Debenhams who ensure me they reported the issue to H & O Direct and to give them 2 days to get in touch, after 2 days nothing was told by Debenhams to give another 2 days - still nothing after the further 2 days - now another 2 days. 7 days ago I initially reported it and still nothing from either Debenhams or H & O Direct.
I have even messaged H & O Direct several times but no response directly from them either. I have asked on numerous occasions to Debenhams what the returns policy on large bulky items is but they are reluctant to send me the details (I’m still waiting).
People may say I’m being inpatient but I have 2 kids (3 year old) waiting to use this half built trampoline and can’t cos the safety net can’t be attached.
Disgraceful customer service from H & O Direct and Debenhams.

I ordered a fire which I didn’t receive in the time frame given. I have sent 3 emails with no replies. There is no telephone number and when I have checked the building they say they are registered at and company names are not registered with companies house. After I posted this the fire arrived that afternoon still no answers to any emails i just hope their are no problems with it.

Bought a large pouffe (for the dogs to sit on) friday evening direct from company, delivered following Tuesday lunchtime and it's great all for less than £50 delivered. Sturdy thing also, will easily take the weight of adults if needed. Very easy to put feet on and both dogs have already tried it out and are happy! No complaints whatsoever and would order again from here.

Ordered a treadmill of Debenhams and returned it with this company.
After sending them proof that the item was returned got a email saying that the refund will be 1-5 working days, after 7 days I emailed again but now they are telling me my refund will take 15 days!!

The table I ordered was delivered on time could not fault the delivery also driver carried it in for me and made sure the package was safe and not going to fall . Will use this company again.

Do not order from this company if you think you may want to return an item. It states on Debebhams web site 28 day Returns.
I ordered 2 jackets which did not fit. The Debenhams portal would not accept the order number. I contacted Debenhams on 23 January. H&O then asked for reason for returns. I emailed reasons and requested returns label on 24th January. I then e mailed repeatedly requesting returns label when a collection was eventually arranged on 12th February. I have never experienced this problem when returning an item to a Debenhams concession. A Royal Mail or Evri returns label is normally supplied. Extremely unsatisfactory customer service.

ordered through Debenhams. item came damaged customer services is incompetent and do not understand simple communication. purchased desk for my daughters birthday and came smashed. a week later I have no progress, all I want is an exchange. today a delivery driver came to pick up an item (assuming it was the desk) no communication from Debenhams or this company.

Ordered from here through Debenhams still trying after a week to get correct email for returns seems to be some kind of scam I have been sent five different t emails addresses over a few days all emails are scams really annoyed

Bought a shoe rack from them, it arrived faulty with scratches all over it. Falsely advertised as the pictures shows you can put high heels on it, yet you can barely fit trainers on it. Emailed them ages ago to get a refund and return and haven’t heard anything. Cannot get in touch with them at all. Absolute scam of a company.

Very bad. I purchased a footstool and its not upto the quality and defective. requested to process a return but cant get any response from them.

Was nervous about ordering from here given the trust pilot reviews but I’m glad I decided to order.

The bookcase I ordered is nice and sturdy. Delivery took around 1 week and the item was delivered on a Sunday. I didn’t receive any tracking information or confirmation my item had shipped but once I emailed for an update this was provided to me.

The rocking chair looks amazing, and is great for a rest after long day. My 5YO son also love it.

I can't believe how affordable the electric fire was, I purchased for £110 and it's lovely. Postage and order process went smoothly, would recommend ordering from them

Was apprehensive due to the negative reviews here. But placed my first order a couple days ago for a couple bar stools and everything went smooth as butter. Items ordered on the 15th Decemeber and arrived today (18th). Items were very, very well packed with adequate protection. No complaints at all.

I ordered an item, after a week I hadn’t heard anything regarding my order so have cancelled and asked for a refund.

I bought a self assembly 6' x 6' greenhouse. 2x packages arrived promptly. First and most significant problem was the assembly instructions were not coherent. My two experienced garden contractors, joined with myself, and after several hours, proceded using manual logic and ingenuity. The instructions were only useful in identifying numbered components.
Support was requested by email, but the reply was an answer was to a question that I had NOT asked. I was convinced I was dealing with an AI Bot!
A further request for an instruction video was emailed. It took nearly 3 days to assemble the greenhouse. The video that had no sound arrived, but after the assembly was completed. Other problems:- the rainwater gutterings defied all efforts to being fitted : after several attempts, it appeared the guttering was not correct for this green house. Also, one of the poly-glass panels was oversize and had to be resized on-site. I will never again trade with H&O. Final comment, the price appeared good value for money at £250,
But I may yet be invoiced for my contractors' overtime!

I was sent a faulty/wrong item and have been completely ignored.
I bought a trampoline online and what arrived was different to the image online, with no safe way to attach the trampoline cords. This trampoline differs from the item shown in the website photos in the instructions.
This is a safety concern, as someone assembling this incorrectly could risk serious injury.
