DO NOT ORDER THERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES! My order of OVER 600€ has not arrived and I only got 40 euros back in delivery costs. They don't want to refund my money because UPS doesn't send their goods back to them (which is not my problem)!! I can't control what UPS does or doesn't do. Now they ignore my emails.

If I really could leave 0 starts, I would. I ordered the hair in June and paid for express delivery but it didn’t arrive until almost 2 weeks later. At this point it was already past the date that I needed it for due to the extremely slow channel of communication.

They don’t have a phone number and emails take up to 48hrs to receive response, I needed a commercial invoice from them to free up the order which was being held by DPD and ended up paying a total of €191 in import duty due to some errors in the value of the hair. Upon arrival from my trip, I found the hair to be extremely underwhelming and sub par.

I decided to process a return and to my surprise they denied my request and I had to explain that my reason for buying the hair had passed due to the delay and I no longer needed it before they could send me a return address.

The worst part of it all was that they charged me an additional 15% for the refund which was deducted from my total and I ended up receiving €542 after spending a total of €942 (hair was €756, import €191)

The hair isn't the best quality considering the price

If I could leave 0 stars, I would! I received a set of faulty hair extensions in May, but Hair Virginity has not responded, and it's July. They didn't give me a return address, nor did they respond within 48 hours. As someone who loved the brand before its dissapointing they refused to resolve the matter.

I bought the 3 bundles of their 1b yaki straight in October and have used it 4 times in a row and my hair is still amazing! My favourite weave hair brand thus far because even though it is expensive, I’m defo getting my monies worth when I invested in the hair. The hair has good and even density from the weft to the ends. The hair is able to withstand high heat, manipulation and washes whilst still maintaining the yaki texture. The yaki texture actually looks like straightened natural hair, sometimes yaki texture can look fake and way too full in density that it doesn’t match/blend well with natural straightened hair. From the time my professional hairdresser of 15 years thinks this is good quality hair I’m willing to keep buying from hairviriginity as long as the quality remains the same. This is not a sponsored review haha I’m just a mum who has enjoyed being able to have a weave with a leave out and look cute.

Bundles are amazing, such good quality. Great investment for longevity, super thick from top to bottom. I will only buy hair from Hair Virginity and recommend this hair seller to all my clients.

Just following up from my previous review as I’m unable to respond to their response given.
Despite this company saying they would never leave a customer unanswered for 2 months, I still have no evidence of a response in my emails, (including my junk and spam folders), the response in their reply said to email or dm & that the wait time is usually 24hrs. Seeing as they clearly don’t respond to emails, I took their advice and sent a dm on 12/07/24. Surprise surprise, it’s been left unanswered/no response.

Honestly just save your money, the communication is laughable. Clearly the only thing being prioritised is the company’s reputation because what’s the excuse this time around? You respond in 48hrs max according to company policy, but I now currently have a 2 month old email unanswered & now a dm almost 2 weeks old, also unanswered.

Before you try to respond with more rubbish saying “we would never leave a customer for 2 months” literally why would I come on here and tell lies? 💀 what do I gain from that, actually tell me. Like yes, I really just woke up and decided to leave a bad review for a black-owned business for no reason 💀 just take some accountability and apologise instead of trying to do the blame game and make excuses.

But I bet this review will get seen/responded to way before my complaint which literally just tells you everything you need to know. There’s literally zero point even trying to respond cos I no longer care to listen to lies, I won’t be shopping here again & hopefully anybody who reads my review will think twice about this too. ♥️

Amazing service the hair arrived 2days after ordering 😍 amazing packaging and the bundles were amazing I ordered the double drawn Vietnamese straight in 20inch,18inch and 16inch in colour 1b hair smelt amazing I am very happy with the hair I have Brought and will definitely be a returning customer.

Fast shipping, best hair I’ve ever purchased. I have had my bundles for a year, installed 3/4 times now and the hair still looks and feels brand new. Still silly soft after each wash and style, bundles have remained thick top to bottom! Only bundles I’ll ever buy!! :)

I’ve been buying my hair extensions from Hair virginity for some time now and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. Navigating their website is always a smooth experience and descriptions made it simple to pick up exactly what I want.

The extensions themselves are fantastic but what stood out to me was their customer service. I had a couple of questions, and they got back to me promptly with helpful advice. It's clear they care about their customers.

Overall, Hair Virginity has become my go-to for hair extensions. The quality and service have really exceeded my expectations. I Highly recommend! I’ll definitely be coming back for more!

Their Double Drawn range is the best I've come across in London so far..! Really good quality and thickness for double drawn. Seeing some of the other reviews makes me wonder if people actually have a fair expectation with their purchases especially when all the info is online? You must care for your extensions ladies lol. Anyways, keep up the good work! My stylist was amazed at the quality and said she will be adding you to her vendor list!!

I was sooo disappointed in the quality of hair provided. The hair that I received was most certainly not raw hair. The bundles were actually good and good quality but they were definitely processed and definitely virgin hair as opposed to what it was sold as… Raw hair. The closure completely broke my heart. My stylist went in as normal to bleach the knots (which took several attempts) and wash and the closure began to fall apart. It became super corse in texture and needed so much product and work for it to be nearly presentable. This hair was purchased for my 30th birthday and I had a flight to catch same day so replacing wasn’t even an option. To make matters worst, they said they deliver next day and it wasn’t delivered next day…. Safe to say and it breaks my heart because I had really high hopes but I will not be repurchasing nor recommending.

Bought three different types of bundles all three had a foul smell that did not come out no matter how much washing, conditioning, baking soda, vinegar, vodka, fabric softener etc I used to clean it. Terrible customer service and refused to give me a refund so I have wasted over a thousand pounds on this terrible hair that I cannot wear because it smells so bad.

I have been buying my hair for more then 2 years now I have never experience a such a frizzy hair from hair virginity. I have always ordered Malaysian hair and I have never had this problem. When I contacted virgin hair to find out why they have stop doing the Malaysian hair they told me that Peruvian hair is similar which is a lie nothing compare to the Malaysian good quality. This time I got 5 packs of the Peruvian hair and I feel like I’ve wasted my money. I don’t recommend this hair is very frizzy they need to bring the Malaysian quality, otherwise they going to lose a lot of customers.

Hair not as advertised...its way to brown and when it was refunded to me the process was so long-winded unprofessional and made you feel fraudulent for buying their products when they were the one that duped me with an inaccurate representation of their hair. Refunded me at 70% of money I paid too

Happy with my purchase. Quality hair, secure. Fast delivery on customised wigs.The natural colour 1b was a little too Auburn for me, I had to bleach the knots and die the hair darker, But overall, a good purchase and would definitely recommend and purchase from again.
