The hair came in quick and I only wanted to give a review after I have gone through the bleaching process. The hair bleached to a level 9 and I have a beautiful unit through the help of K18 and redken that doesn’t tangle, holds a curls for days and just so gorg. I will be back!!!

Their “raw bundles” is NOT raw hair
Their “raw bundles” is NOT raw hair. It has clearly been processed even the smell is awful. . I sent the hair off to a colourist to get highlights in it. The colourist has said to me It’s not lifting to the greatest level which if this was “real raw hair” this wouldn’t be the case. The ends of the hair feels/ looks synthetic and brass. When being washed clumped of hair comes out. Don’t waste your money with this company !!!

Avoid “raw” straw like bundles
Bundles are not raw hair so be careful. Hair smells and is visibly processed (I.e: bleached strands, spilt ends etc). Shipping was good but that’s about it. Rejected my refund when I raised these concerns and will not advise on the shipping address, so very disappointed. Looking at other reviews, they will also take an additional 15% if you (eventually) get a refund.
Such a shame so many influencers stand behind such a dishonest brand.

Lush, Quality Bundles and top notch customer service
I’ve ordered hair from hair virginity on 3 occasions over the last 7 years and each time I have been impressed with their customer service. The team have always gone above and beyond to ensure I received my hair in good time. In the past, they hand delivered my bundles to ensure I could make my hair appointment.
More importantly, the quality of their hair is amazing! I always receive compliments

Absolutely in love with hairvirginity hair!!! I purchased this hair for my wedding and each installation blows my mind. The HD lace is truly giving SKINNN!! The texture of the raw bundles is absolutely phenomenal and after dying the hair, it’s still flowing gracefully. Poor customer service
I’m disappointed that I’ve not received a reply regarding my loyalty points since I raised the issue in April. As mentioned in my email I had hoped to have the points added in time to make another purchase, but the matter remains unresolved. It feels like this company does not value returning clients.

5 Star Customer Service
First off, I e been ordering from here for years and have never had anything. It 5 star service and high quality products.
I recently made an error selecting standard deliver instead of next day and need the items soon in preparation for my wedding.
I emailed their customer service and straight away they supported to update my order to next day and sent it out within hours.
I’m so grateful for their quick response and helping my (especially at such a stressful time)

Great Customer Service
I recently ordered from HairVirginity , and although my initial package was lost by the courier, the team at went above and beyond to resolve the issue. It had too many flyaways
For raw hair and for the price , it had too much flyaways, it didn’t even look new but I don’t like trouble or confrontation so I’m not even trying to get a refund

Thank you for your review and we're sorry that you're not entirely happy with your order. We always encourage our customers to get in touch straight away if there are any issues and we'l be sure to look into it. Although raw hair does not guarantee zero flyaways, we do recommend our DD origin as they have longer strands of hairs from top to bottom instead of the SD hair you purchased.
Nonetheless, it should never be excessive regardless of SD or DD and we hope you will give us a fair chance to look into this for you as we have not received any contact prior to you leaving a review.

Really really impressed with the quality of the 13x6 lace frontal that I purchased from this company. This is the second one I've purchased from Hair Virginity and I'm blown away with the quality. This is the only company I've found where the yaki hair that's advertised is actually genuine high quality yaki hair. The last one I brought was so good I decided to purchase another one. The customer service was too notch and when I asked for an update on my previous order I received an update promptly. I'm not an influencer or someone who gets paid to write reviews, nor do I have any affiliation with this company; however I am someone who believes it's important to shout good companies out when they get it right as I'm extremely fussy and usually highly critical! Will definitely be ordering more 13x6 frontals in the future so please don't ever stop making them!!:)
