TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
Was not home upon delivery.. the following day when home, the parcel was nowhere in or around my home, nor with neighbours.
Received one email from the company after expressing what had happened and, after I had filed a dispute with Klarna - they replied with 1 email. All further emails have not been responded too (5 days).
Customer service is terrible.

I purchased 2 bundles of Burmese curly hair.
Pros
The HV website was easy to navigate and the parcel arrived super quick! The hair was packed beautifully in a satin lined box to protect the hair. The length and weight of the hair was as described.
Cons
However, where I was unfortunately let down was the hair itself. Since wearing sew-ins for the last year I have purchased hair from 3 companies including HV. HV being the most expensive.
Unfortunately the hair has shed so much I would be very surprised if I could use it again. I have extensile knowledge about maintaining Burmese curly and applying this to these bundles has not stopped the shedding at all.
I really wanted to love the hair as I have heard amazing feedback about HV but unfortunately the hair just tangled and shedded way too much especially when compared to hair from other brands I purchased from and for half the price.

Natural raw hair
I ordered the Burmese raw hair for my birthday and I was a bit worried about the delivery time but the customer service was great and they were able to deliver earlier than expected. The hair is very thick to the point I thought it was too thick which is a good thing in my book. And the raw hair looks very natural but if you are low maintenance I’d suggest maybe get the normal as it’s a lot of upkeep.

I bought from this store with some skepticism because I've bought several bad hair products online, but I trusted the process and I must say my hair is divine. People always ask me where I bought it. It's been on my head for almost three months and it looks good, has a good texture, and stays straight after washing. Later on, I want to dye it. I hope it holds up, but for now, I'm very happy with my hair. It was worth the purchase. When I bleach it, I'll update the information.

Third Time purchase and still obsessed !
HAIRVIRGINITY is my favorite hair brand!
I’m already on my third purchase: I started with a straight frontal and 3 bundles of Burmese hair (my all-time fave), and now I’ve ordered a HD frontal and 4 bundles of 28” Cambodian wavy. Got it installed yesterday and I’m obsessed!
The hair is thick, shiny, holds curls beautifully, and doesn’t burn under heat. No smell, no shedding. The HD lace is strong, durable and transparent.
Delivery is always fast and safe with UPS.
I’m definitely coming back for more!

Quality, get what you pay for.
Quite expensive but the joy from receiving good quality hair is unmatched. Its actually worth spending the money with hairvirginity than risking other companies that send rubbish. I just bought a bundle of vietnamese wavy DD 30 inches and its amazing. Ive ordered many times and the only time I was unhappy was when I ordered some clip ins but never contacted customer service so may have just been a bad bundle or something. I really love this company the hair always lasts and feels amazing so thank you.

Would avoid the 613 hair but raw bundles are great.
I’ve had a few orders with hair virginity over the years and some hair I’ve had is excellent and lasted through a lot but the 613 is terrible. I decided to change it up and go blonde and hair has lasted 2-3 months and now has lost most the original length. It is so brittle and sheds like crazy I sent pictures asking for help over a month ago, 2 months by the 28th and no response. I used a wide tooth comb, heat protection and all it had on it is a semi permanent conditioning gloss. Not the best experience. Now going back to natural curly hair for holiday but have ordered bundles elsewhere even though they may take longer for delivery because I don’t really have trust in HV anymore.
UPDATE: I had to order another bundle of hair with HV due to 3 bundles from the other supplier not being enough. They had closed their website for maintenance so I couldn’t place another order. HV also had the fastest shipping from other suppliers. Unfortunately I was originally sent what looked like body wave bundles when I originally ordered Burmese curly. I emailed them about this and they replied so quickly. I sent back the bundles and as soon they received them they resent the correct bundles with a next day courier. I have used bleach on them to put highlights into the bundle and it lifted so well whilst still maintaining the curl pattern. If these perform the same way previous raw hair I’ve gave from HV does I’ll be super happy. As I’ve mentioned they’ve been brilliant in the past. Much happier with the customer service and product this time around.

I am beyond impressed with the Vietnamese straight bundles I purchased! The quality of the hair is absolutely top-notch — so soft, silky, and natural-looking right out of the package. Exceptionally brilliant hair
The hair was delivered on time (next day) and the quality was exceptional. Even the white box it arrived in was lovely. I ordered 1b 18inch and it was a lot browner than 1b however because it is raw hair it can be coloured. I was really impressed and had prepared to be disappointed because of some of the reviews - but honestly it was exceptionally brilliant. I can’t wait to order again! This will definitely be my go to hair supplier.

Very very bad
Very very bad! £177 to have rat tail hair!! I got there tape that 150g DD I could have got better hair from Amazon that’s how bad it is ! Had to buy more tapes for another £200 because of how rubbish the hair is I’ve emailed them this morning I’m still waiting for a reply no contact number absolutely shocking if I don’t get a refund I’ll be going to my bank to be getting back that way ! I WANT A FULL REFUND! 🤬so there reply is the same response I got via email not sure why they felt the need to check cctv I never said it wasn’t correct my order yes it was 150g but the quality is crap therefore it’s not double drawn as stated on there website!!! Not rocket science 🙄 as I’ve also said to them via email as well but will put on here as well I’ve now raised a dispute with my bank and will hopefully get my money back that way as they are refusing to fully refund me!! Beware everyone this company a complete joke !! Hair rubbish 100% avoid also I ordered tapes not clip ins 😂😂 like you have stated !! At least get the facts rights !! Oh of course they have updated there mistake and also felt the need to leave my full name on view ?? Without my permission I’ve screenshot this for my evidence and will be seeking legal advice !

We’ve reviewed your order and would like to clarify a few key points as mentioned via email despite the abuse received from you due to a refused refund. The weight of the hair was correct at the time of shipping. Our internal CCTV footage confirms that the correct item was packed and shipped, and the courier’s weight measurement also matches our records — including the weight of the box and packaging.
The set you received is 150g, which is equivalent to approximately 1.5 bundles. From the photos you sent, this looks accurate. Our tape-ins are single drawn, not double drawn — meaning the ends are naturally tapered and not thick from top to bottom. This is completely normal and expected for raw, single-donor hair of this quality.
150g is typically suitable for someone who already has similar-length hair and wants to add density. The fullness of the set would have been visible before you chose to install it. Once installed, our items are no longer returnable as it would have been clear it was not enough for a full head. As the product has now been used and is no longer defective, we’re unable to authorise a return or refund in line with our policy.
We can’t speak for the quality of other sellers (such as those on Amazon), but our hair is made from raw, single donor strands — completely free of synthetic fibres or fillers, which are often used to create a thicker appearance in lower-quality products.
If you do decide to take this further, we’ll be happy to cooperate and will be reiterating the same points above.

Low-density hair warning!
I’ve had my hair closure for almost two months now. The closure I received arrived in a timely fashion and in good packaging (which is why I’m giving two stars), but the closure was not good at all!!! It’s low-density hair and you can see the net in plain sight whichever way you part it. Plus, the curly hair turned frizzy after only one wash. For the price I paid (over £130 for one closure only), I DON’T recommend Hairvirginity’s closures at all! I wish companies understood that a good quality product beats fancy packaging and websites, and celebrity endorsements every time and is what keeps customers coming back. I will not be buying from them again.

Best curly tapes !!!!
I’m mixed with hair patterns between 3a-3c. I ordered curly tapes from here over a year or so ago as I seen some one on insta with hair from here.
I’ve repeatedly ordered from here ever since. I get loads of compliments and the tapes blend perfectly with my own hair. The curls don’t drop and take heat, product and hair dye really well.
I’ve also ordered wavy which was lush and straight weft bundles. Hair was beautiful long and silky.
I’m fixed to the curly tapes now and wouldn’t go no where else!

Save your money, it’s not raw hair
I purchased hair from this company for the first time 11 months ago. Unfortunately I don’t recommend the hair and would not repurchase.
Initially my order was wrong, which wasted time having to send the wrong hair back and money to cancel my hair appointment.
After having the hair for almost one year I truly do not believe it is raw hair. The hair appears straw like, the ends easily break off and there is a persistent scent. I am CONSTANTLY trimming split ends despite only doing heatless styles.
Their social media should have been a red flag as I noticed their negative comments always seem to disappear from the comments section. As for the influencers promoting their hair it’s likely it just looks good on that day and they don’t use the hair regularly and on a long term basis.
Additionally any company that advertises raw hair but have “raw hair” in artificial textures such as “body wave” etc should be a red flag that the hair is obviously processed and therefore not raw. Honestly save your money and research trusted vendors, perhaps even take a trip to donor countries to source your own hair if you can as it seems most of these companies do don’t sell true raw hair so you may as well save your money.

You haven't left your name for us to look into this specifically for you but we do appreciate your feedback. Whilst you mentioned your order was placed almost a year ago, we do advocate for customers to raise any concerns as soon as possible because quality concern issues will always be apparent within days/ weeks of wearing. If these issues have occurred months later, this would be a direct result of your maintenance.
In regards to our social media, we can confidently say its rare we receive negative comments and if we do, we do not remove any and they'll always be responded to and followed up via dm/ email. In regards to influencers wearing our hair, many actually purchase our hair and you'll see repeat looks with the same people because they genuinely love the high quality which they can trust and recommend openly.
Lastly, in regards to raw hair, you are partially correct. Whilst the hair industry has many different terminologies for raw hair, we've always openly stated that our raw hair is defined as hairs that are entirely raw and unprocessed meaning our 1b hair extensions are made from 100% unprocessed, natural human hair. They have not undergone any chemical treatments, such as colouring, perming, or relaxing. The textures you see are achieved naturally or through a gentle steaming process, which does not involve harsh chemicals and still qualifies as raw hair as the origin hairs are raw only, with no blends or synthetic mixtures. Only our 613 hairs are virgin has they have been chemically processed (with bleach) to attain their blonde colour. Some may question if steam processing disqualifies hair from being raw but we disagree.. If this is the case, then using heat to straighten/ curl hair should also disqualify hair from being raw on the same basis. Again we can confirm all our 1b hairs are raw single donor hair and our 613 hairs are virgin single donor hair.
We hope this provides more clarification.
