A super team of professionals from start to finish. It is a little unnerving going to a country you have not visited for the first time in your life for an intervention you have never experienced. But they look after every detail throughout and make you feel completely at ease. I would give Hair Palace 11/10 if that were possible.

I made the trip with my wife to Budapest this Jan (23) and had over 5000 hair grafts implanted at the HairPalace Clinic. I have been very impressed throughout my experience, at every stage I was completely informed what to expect and all my questions were answered when doubt or anxiety crept in. I have only positive comments with regards to Hair Palace and fully recommend this clinic, time to give them a call and start your journey, you will not be disappointed.

I was initially very happy with the staff and transfers I cannot fault how friendly the staff were the food was good the apartment was lovely.

I had my first transplant with the hair palace. Iv just flown back from dr acars cosmedica clinic in turkey for my second procedure . After seeing a friends results. the difference in the aftercare package is day and night.

I was sent back from turkey with

A head band to stop swelling to you face in the first couple days.

My results from hair palace weren’t as good as expected but still fairly although it definitely wasn’t the 80% they guaranteed and they went abit quiet after this and no mention was made from them that they would fix this for free as stated in there guarantee.

I wasn’t too bothered by this as a fair amount came through and I could easily hide how thin it was. but I do feel if they offered the same level of aftercare as cosmedica do my results would have been far better.

In comparison I was sent home from the hair palace with nothing more than a bottle of saline solution and told to spray my head every hour or two. Rinsing my hair with low pressure water and massage the scabs out after a week. They did recommend sleeping with a neck cushion.

My other grumble was upon consultation with dr acar he noticed the hairline I was given on my first procedure was about 10mm too far forward and was actually on the muscles of my forehead. Iv always thought it’s didn’t look very natural but thankfully Iv had it moved back.

I did ok the hairline that the dr drew on although I am not a medical professional and would have expected the dr to know where it can or cannot be situated.

That being said the staff and dr were very friendly and we all make mistakes I’d like to think that maybe the aftercare procedure is better now than it was. To anybody booking I’d check this before going further. Especially as both the clinics were virtually the same price.

I did actually leave a 5star review although I cannot seem to find it now. I was happy with the experience albeit I didn’t know about the incorrect hair line position at the time. I don’t want to completely bash the clinic as Iv read the reviews and most are positive just thought I’d share my experience. After experiencing a different clinic.

Just a week ago, I underwent a hair transplant at Hair Palace, and this time around I was doing it for the second time.

As a result, after having an excellent experience the previous time, I was expecting that at least everything would work fine this time around. To be honest, I think it was even better than I imagined it would be.

Again everything was well organized, transfers were quick, and all worked according to plan. The apartment in which I stayed for three days was quite new and spacious and also provided me with the privacy that I needed during my stay.

The doctor made an effort to explain everything to me before surgery. She answered all my questions and even agreed to change the distribution of grafts in the recipient area before the procedure took place.

The operation took less time since there were fewer grafts to be extracted than before. Thus, I was able to get to my apartment earlier and relax, which was convenient for me. Again as the first time, the operation had no complications and It was a complete success from beginning to end. The operation was almost painless and proceeded along on a professional level with the skilled hands of Doctor Erika Gucsi and her assistants.

My sincere thanks go out to both Doctor Erika Gucsi and Bibor, my interpreter. They both did a fantastic job.

As a fact that I have personally undergone two hair transplants through the Hair Palace, I can say with confidence that I would recommend Hair Palace to anyone considering getting a hair transplant.

I had an excellent experience with Hair Palace. Everything was very well organised from the first consultation to the train station pickups, accomodation, blood test and throughout the day of the procedure.

The main thing that made this experience outstanding though was the friendliness and kindness of everyone involved. It's naturally a slightly scary step to take and nerves are to be expected, but all staff were great in putting me at ease and explaining everything clearly, and gave great confidence in their abilities and experience.

1 day post procedure and I don't feel any residual pain or discomfort. It will take a long time to see the final results, but at this point I am feeling confident that it was successful - I'll report back with the progress after 6-12 months.

I was completely satisfied. Staff was great, doctor and assisters were nice. Surgery went flawlessly and I did not feel anything. Food was also ok.

Everything was well organized from the beginning. Starting by the first contact by email, through the first telephone consultation via Whatsapp to accommodation and catering on site. If anything was unclear, the customer service responded very quickly and competently.
Also on the day of the surgery everything. Thanks to the interpreters, there had were no communication problems and the very friendly and competent team took care of you on any site.
The trip to Budapest was definitely worth it and I would happily recommend the clinic to others

Die Haartransplantation liegt jetzt knapp 2 Monate zurück. Bis jetzt hat sich alles so wie erwünscht entwickelt. Die Liste für die ersten Wochen war sehr nützlich. Die Haartransplantation in Budapest war den Umständen entsprechend ein angenehmer Tag. Die Beteiligten waren sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Es war immer eine Dolmetscherin in der Nähe und die Ärztin hat mich auf Deutsch auch gut verstanden. Wegen der Schuppenflechte hat Hairpalace keine Garantie für die Transplantation übernommen. Das war mir aber vor der Anreise klar und die Ärztin hat mich bei der Entscheidung sehr gut beraten.
Das Hotel war auch gut und es ist sehr praktisch, dass es nah an der Klinik liegt. Für die Fahrt zum Bahnhof oder Flugplatz ist es ratsam, reichlich Zeit einzuplanen. Bei mir ist der Fahrer zur vereinbarten Zeit nicht gekommen und ich musste auf ein anderes Taxi ausweichen. Ein Tag Vorlauf scheint knapp zu sein. Ich war mir zunächst nicht sicher, ob eine 10-stündige Zugfahrt am Tag nach der Transplantation eine gute Idee ist. Es ging aber aber problemlos, so wie es die Klinik angekündigt hat. Ich hatte in den ersten Tagen nach der Transplantation keine Schmerzen und mein Kopf war kaum angeschwollen. Aber die Haut war in den ersten 3-4 Wochen sehr druck- und stoßempfindlich. Und Einschränkungen beim Schlafen gab es natürlich auch. Das U-förmige Reisekissen fand ich dabei hilfreich. Ich konnte mir zum Glück die Arbeit so einteilen, dass ich in den ersten Wochen viel zuhause war.
Wie gut das Endergebnis wird, lässt sich jetzt noch nicht sagen. Ich werde in einem Jahr noch einmal schreiben.

Osszegezve az elmenyeimet a Hairpalace klinikan, nyugodt szivvel elmondhatom, hogy kifogastalan ellatasban reszesultem. Csak ajanlani tudom mindenkinek, aki elkotelezte magat egy ilyen mutetre!

Everything worked out fine. I was picked up at the airport and taken to the flat. The Clinic is 15 minutes walk away from it. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The staff were all extremely accommodating and welcoming. The procedure is extremely straight forward and they provide you with all the tools you need to understand the post-operative recovery procedure and how to treat the affected area. Highly recommend Hairpalace they provide great quality service

Nagy Ferenc vagyok 27 éves. 2022.12 10 én voltam a HairPalace hajkliniká. A kiszolgálás, hozzá állás remek volt. Színvonal tökéletes. A beavatkozás kellemetlen volt lévén hogy nem vagyok hozzá szokva a több száz tűszúráshoz, ennek ellenére elégedett vagyok a személyzettel.

Vorab: Meine OP war erst gestern, sodass ich zum eigentlichen Ergebnis hier noch nichts sagen kann. Zur OP selbst kann ich negativ lediglich anmerken, dass die Lokalanästhesie etwas schlechter und der Eingriff damit schmerzhafter als eine frühere Haartransplantation in Deutschland an derselben Kopfregion war.

Die Organisation vom ersten Kontakt über die An- und Abreise bis hin zum OP-Tag war nahezu perfekt, jede Frage wurde geduldig beantwortet, die Atmosphäre war immer angenehm freundlich.
