My recent visit to the Hair Clinic Budapest was nothing short of spectacular, far exceeding my expectations. From start to finish, the entire process was seamless. Scheduling an appointment was straightforward, and upon my arrival, I was warmly greeted. The clinic itself exudes a calming ambiance, which was particularly important to me as someone new to hair treatments.

The true gem of this establishment is undoubtedly the doctor. Not only is she highly professional and exceptionally skilled in her field, but she is also incredibly kind and compassionate. She took the time to discuss my concerns, offered tailored solutions, and ensured I felt comfortable and informed throughout the entire process.

The rest of the staff deserve the highest praise as well. Everyone I interacted with was incredibly friendly and supportive. It’s clear that the clinic’s staff are committed to creating a positive and caring environment, which greatly contributed to my feeling relaxed and secure.

In conclusion, my visit to the Hair Clinic Budapest was an extraordinarily positive experience. I would highly recommend the clinic to anyone seeking professional and yet warm treatment. Five stars across the board

Es war alles perfekt: Die Vorab-Infos waren sehr ausführlich und haben sich vor Ort bestätigt! Bereits die Abholung hat gut geklappt, die Unterbringung war gut und auch der Tag der OP war sehr gut! Die ersten Spritzen waren etwas unangenehm, aber das gab sich mit den weiteren Spritzen. Nach dem Mittagessen (große Auswahl und sehr lecker!) Ging es dann weiter mit dem Einsetzen der Haare. Auch hier war die vorherige Beratung sehr gut. Der Haaransatz ist jetzt etwas höher als der damals ursprüngliche, aber dafür ist die Dichte optimal! Heute geht es zurück nach Deutschland. Ich halte mich natürlich streng an die Vorgaben, um das beste Ergebnis erzielen zu können. Ich bedanke mich noch einmal ausdrücklich beim ganzen HairPalace-Team, die sich ausgesprochen freundlich und fürsorglich um mich gekümmert haben!

Sehr professionell, sehr schöne neue Klinik und sehr nettes Personal

Ich war vor 10 Tagen für 3 Tage in Budapest. Der Abholservice vom Airport zur Wohnung von Hairpalace hat super geklappt. Der Fahrer konnte gut Englisch. Einen Tag später ging es dann morgens los. Aufgeregt war ich nicht, da ich mich vom ersten Moment an in der Klinik wohl gefühlt hatte und Alice, meine Übersetzerin, eine ganz liebe Seele war. Die ersten 4 Spritzen zur Betäubung waren etwas unangenehm, aber ab dann war es absolut schmerzfrei. Ich bin sogar immer wieder eingeschlafen. Die Ärztin, das kann ich heut nach 10 Tagen, machte einen super Job. Chapeau. Sie war ehrlich, und hat meinem Spenderbereich, das entnommen was möglich war. Natürlich hätte ich mir eine noch dichtere Haarstruktur gewünscht, aber wie schon erwähnt, wer sich etwas informiert hat, weiss, das der Spenderbereich bei zuviel Entnahme, zerstört werden kann, und du damit eine weitere Haartransplantation knicken kannst. Es kann ja gut sein, dass an anderen Stellen die nächsten Jahre noch Haare ausfallen, und ich nochmal nach Budapest fahren würde. Also alles in allem, denke ich, habe ich die richtige Wahl mit Hairpalace getroffen. Ich möchte mich auf diesem Wege nochmal bei Alice, Frau Dadanyi und dem ganzen OP-Team bedanken.

Ich habe mich super aufgehoben gefühlt. Personal sehr freundlich und die Ärztin sehr kompetent.
Preis/ Leistung 1A!
Behandlung quasi schmerzfrei.
Muss zwar das Ergebnis noch abwarten aber ich werde bei positivem Ergebnis sicher noch eine weiter Verpflanzung hier machen lassen. Bei mir wurden in 1 Sitzung 5492 Haare verpflanzt, somit Zone 1 und ein schönes Stück in die 2. Zone aufgefüllt.
Klare Weiterempfehlung!

Also ich habe es heute hinter mich gebracht und nach langen Jahren der Überlegung meine erste Haartransplantation hinter mich gebracht. Insgesamt 4031 Haare bzw. knapp etwas über 1500 grafts.

Ich habe mich für Hairpalace entschieden, weil ich von dem einzigen türkischen Anbieter (Elithair) der preislich mithalten konnte nicht so viel gutes gehört hatte. Und auch die Massenabfertigung in der Türkei ist nicht so mein Ding.

Hairpalace ist eine kleine Klinik die täglich maximal 4 bis 5 Patienten hat und wo jeder Patient individuell und persönlich betreut und behandelt wird. Die Organisation von der Unterbringung in einem sehr schönen, sauberen und gut ausgestatten Appartement über den Transfer von und zum Bahnhof und zur Blutentnahme bis hin zur Bezahlung und Nachsorge ist vorbildlich. Selbst das Essen in der Klinik war sehr gut. Und es wird exzellentes deutsch gesprochen (auch die Ärztinnen verstehen es). Die Entnahme und Transplantation wird nicht wie in der Türkei von angelernten Kräften, sondern von Ärzten (hauptsächlich Ärztinnen) vorgenommen.

Die Entnahme und die Transplantation war völlig schmerzlos und auch die lokale Betäubung kaum zu spüren. Weder mein Spenderbereich noch mein Empfängerbereich haben besonders stark geblutet.

Ich habe mich außerdem von der ersten bis zu letzten Minute gut aufgehoben gefühlt.

Natürlich muss ich noch das Ergebnis abwarten, aber bis jetzt ist hairpalace unumschränkt zu empfehlen. Und preislich wirklich gut (Tip: Bei Barzahlung erhält man 10% Rabatt, was ein paar hundert Eur ausmacht).

Und Budapest ist nicht so weit wie Istanbul und in der EU... Was gewisse Standards garantiert.

Die Haartransplantation ist gut verlaufen, die Ärztin und die Belegschaft waren sehr nett, die Atmosphäre in der Klinik war sehr angenehm, alles war zu meiner vollsten Zufiedenheit, die Behandlung war professionell & vertrauensvoll und ohne Komplikationen nahezu Schmerzlos, ich kann HairPalace mit gutem Gewissen jedem weiterempfehlen.

War dieses mal das zweite mal dort und über das endgültige Ergebnis kann ich noch nicht viel sagen.
Was ich aber schon sagen möchte ist das vom Preisangebot bis zur Organisation vom Bluttest, Transfer, Unterkunft (Appartement im 9.Stock mit toller Aussicht) alles
bestens gepasst und funktioniert hat.
Während der Behandlung herrschte ein überaus gutes Klima alle waren sehr freundlich und nett, Dolmetscherinen sprechen perfekt Deutsch,und ich hatte während der OP nie ein unangenehmes Gefühl.(ein wenig schmerzhaft sind lediglich am Anfang die Betäubungsspritzen)
Ich möchte mich bei allen Beteiligten nochmals herzlich bedanken und kann diese Klinik zu 100% weiterempfehlen.

Genau 1 Jahr nun ist es her, dass ich eine Haartransplantation in Budapest bei HairPalace habe machen lassen.
Ich bin mit dem Ergebnis sehr zufrieden (ca. 1200 Grafts) und möchte daher meine Erfahrung schildern:

Der erste Kontakt mit Ditta Dadanyi war äußerst angenehm und es wurden einem alle Fragen beantwortet. Auch aufgrund der Nähe zu Österreich (ca. 4h Autofahrt) und der guten Bewertungen insgesamt hatte ich mich recht bald für HairPalace entschieden. Meine Behandlung war am 01.Nov.2022 und die Anreise fand einen Tag zuvor statt. Man bekam zuvor genaue Anweisungen, welche Voraussetzungen erfüllt werden müssen (Bluttests etc.) und wie die Anreise und der Check-In im Appartement funktioniert. Hier muss man sagen, dass das Appartement ausreichend groß und sauber war.
Am Tag der Haartransplantation gab es zuerst das Vorgespräch über den Ablauf der Transplantation mit der zu behandelnden Ärztin Kitti Kovacs, die sehr bemüht und freundlich war, alle eventuell noch offenen Fragen zu beantworten. Anschließend ging es dann auch bereits los mit dem Erstellen von Fotos, Rasieren der Haare etc., bis man schlussendlich im Operationszimmer landete. Dort wurde dann die Haarlinie händisch eingezeichnet und ggf. noch optimiert bzw. mit mir abgestimmt, sodass eine äußerst natürliche Haarlinie entsteht.
Danach ging es auch schon los mit der Behandlung.
Die Kopfhaut wird hier örtlich mit Spritzen betäubt, die etwas Schmerzen bereiten, aber sehr auszuhalten sind. Das Entnehmen der Grafts war dann ohne Schmerzen bzw. wurde auch immer wieder nachgefragt, ob man etwas spüre. Während der Behandlung konnte man sich z.B. bei Netflix eine Serie oder einen Film ansehen, wodurch die Behandlung recht schnell vorbei war. Nach der Entnahme wurde dann auch mit dem Einsetzen der Grafts begonnen, welches ebenso nahezu schmerzfrei war (manchmal spürte man ein leichtes "Zupfen"). Aufgrund der geringen Anzahl von Grafts war ich bereits nach ca. 4h mit der Behandlung fertig. Es gab noch ein Nachgespräch, wo die weitere Vorgehensweise (vor allem in den nächsten 2 Wochen) besprochen wurde. Man bekam eine Anleitung, ein Spray zur stündlichen Auftragung auf die Kopfhaut und ein paar Tabletten im Falle von Schmerzen mit (die Schmerztabletten wurden nicht benötigt).
Alles in Allem sind die Haare sehr gut angewachsen. Man muss hier aber auch erwähnen, dass die Haardichte nicht der Haardichte des noch bestehenden Haares entspricht (was technisch auch nicht möglich ist), jedoch ausreichend dicht, um ein schönes Gesamtbild zu erzeugen.
Da ich zwar keine sonderlich schlimmen Geheimratsecken hatte, diese jedoch schon seit meiner Kindheit habe und mich immer schon gestört haben, bin ich ohnehin sehr glücklich darüber, eine Haartransplantation gemacht zu haben.

This is my second surgery at HairPalace. The first was a real success with around 95% of the implanted hairs growing through and out. My first one was in 2019 which was for the front of my head, this was for the crown. As I was quite far gone it couldn’t all be done in one session. I was due to return in 2020 but covid put a stop to that. I had the same Dr for both procedures, Dr Erika Gucsi. She was so friendly, calm, understanding and patient. The service and building itself is BUPA quality for those of you from the UK. I have recommended this place to so many people and numerous have been and have been delighted with their results. Hatte einen guten Aufenthalt. Die Betreuung durch die deutschsprachige Dolmetscherin Maya war sehr professionell. Es wurde auf die machbar Möglichkeiten eingegangen, um das Maximum heraus zu holen. Behandlung war soweit Möglich schmerzfrei und die behandelte Ärztin hat einen sehr guten Job gemacht.
Rundum ein professioneller, gut betreuter Aufenthalt.

I had my hair transplant at Hair Palace about ten months ago (June 24th 2022).

I purposely left leaving a review until I could see some actual results from the transplant (which, as they will tell you, can take a while).

I’m very happy to say I can and that the results are excellent.

I will leave a longer review here when I have time to write it, but for the moment I need to say: if you are thinking of getting a hair transplant, do not go anywhere else; this is the place. Seriously.

You are talking Harley Street quality in terms of professionalism and honesty. I am so happy I chose here.

I was met at the airport by their cheery driver, put up in a lovely apartment in a nice part of Budapest and a ten minute walk from the surgery. Dropped back to the airport by him. The surgery itself is more professional than I could have imagined. You essentially have your own ‘wing’ with a team of people looking after your every whim for the day. Again, I don’t think I would have gotten this treatment even in Harley Street.

I obviously looked up my surgeon before I went —she seems literally to be the most qualified in her field in all of Central/Eastern Europe.

Aftercare is excellent. I have a WhatsApp number that I can contact them with whatever daft question I might have (eg. ‘It’s been six weeks since the transplant, can I go swimming?) and they respond within a few hours.

As I said above, I’ll write a full review recounting my full (pleasant) experience with Hair Palace when I have the time, but for the moment I thought it would be useful to give a review from someone who went there and has had good results from the surgery.

From start to finish I cannot rate the team at Hair Palace highly enough.
From the initial contact, consultation and my endless questions they explained everything perfectly.
I attended the clinic this week and had 4000 follicles transplanted from the back to the front due to receding hair line.
I have to say everything about this company is amazing, they pick you up from the airport, take you to the accommodation ( I used their apartment which is amazing) explain everything, give clear details in emails about when to come to the clinic, step you through every part of the process and also give you a nice menu to choose lunch, I am vegetarian and the goat cheese burger was great.
Then after all of this amazing service they take you back to the airport when you need to be there.
The procedure itself was incredible and I felt safe and listened too the entire time, I can now see how my hair line will look like when it grows in some time and I cannot be happier.
They even called me to let me know I left my book there :)

If you're looking for a hair transplant clinic in Budapest, I highly recommend HairPalace. The experience from start to finish was excellent, and I couldn't be happier with their service.
Firstly, Janos, the coordinator, was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout the whole process. They provided detailed information about the procedure, answered all of my questions, and helped me to arrange everything from airport transfers, to accommodation and blood test. I felt well-informed and supported throughout the whole experience.
On the day of the surgery, the team at Hairpalace were amazing. They were professional, friendly, and made me feel comfortable and at ease. Dr Ljuba Zsolnai and her team in particular were outstanding. Dr Ljuba Zsolnai is a true expert in her field, and she took the time to explain every step of the process to me. She was patient, kind, and clearly passionate about her work. Her team were also excellent - they were skilled and efficient, and they made the whole process as smooth as possible.
The accommodation provided by Hairpalace was also great. My family stayed in a comfortable and clean hotel just 5 minutes walk from the clinic, which made it easy to get to and from the appointments. The airport transfer was also smooth and hassle-free, which was a great relief after getting into a new city.
I am writing this review on the 7th post operative day. I am very happy with the result so far. Overall, I would highly recommend HairPalace to anyone looking for a hair transplant clinic in Budapest. The coordinator, airport transfer, accommodation, and surgery day were all excellent, and Dr Ljuba Zsolnai and her team were truly outstanding. I would definitely go back to HairPalace if I ever needed any further treatments.
