Fantastic all round service from start to finish

Ich war mehr als zufrieden. Mit dem gesamten Ablauf, der Kommunikation im Vorfeld, der Wohnung die man während des Aufenthaltes nutzen kann, der Behandlung selbst und letztlich auch mit den handelnden Personen. Speziell möchte ich da die Chirurgin Erika sowie aus dem Backoffice Team Maya und Ditta erwähnen. Ihr habt das großartig gemacht. Ich kann Hairpalace in Budapest nur wärmstens empfehlen! TOP TOP TOP! PS: Über das Ergebnis kann ich noch nichts sagen, da der Eingriff erst gestern stattgefunden hat.

Meine Erfahrung mit Hairpalace war wunderbar. Ich kann es nur jedem der den Wunsch hat solch eine Operation durchführen will nur wärmstens empfehlen. Von der Beratung über den Transit und Aufenthalt bis zur Dolmetscherin, den Assitentinnen und der Ärztin hatte ich eine wunderebare Atmosphäre verspürt. Die Behandlung war sehr professionell und der Op-Saal sehr sauber. Kurzum, ich hatte eine tolle Erfahrung mit sehr lieben Menschen! :)

My first impression is the fact that all my questions were answered before I even asked them. Absolute thoroughness, essential when potential patients would be apprehensive.
The apartment was perfect and drivers on time.
The clinic was modern, immaculate and staffed with competent professionals. Even the lunch was outstanding.
Aftercare continues long after the treatment.
They have worked out that their working standards fuel their reputation.
How successful was the transplant? Too recent but they have done their part, now it is up to me to follow instructions. I'll let you know!

Very good experience. Long and at times mildly uncomfortable process but the friendliness and professionalism of the Doctor, Translator and the rest of the team were excellent to the point it was almost an enjoyable day.
Obviously the long term results are yet to be revealed but all the early signs are good.

Ich habe gerade meine Transplantation von 6000 Haaren hinter mich gebracht und zuvor lange überlegt, ob ich es in Budapest oder Istanbul machen soll.

Der freundliche Kontakt im Vorfeld gab schließlich den Ausschlag für Budapest.

Es lief alles hervorragend, vom ersten Kontakt bis jetzt.

Natürlich kann ich noch nichts über das endgültige Resultat sagen, aber mein bisheriger Eindruck ist hervorragend!

Very professional experience this is the only place you should consider for your hair transplant, I would advise paying in cash however rest assured it is completely safe and legitimate plus you get a discount. As I was going to pay with a bank transfer but I was advised when I spoke to my bank on the phone that if you pay this way they are likely to hold your funds upon request (for fraud prevention etc) before sending so the clinic will not be paid before your surgery which must be done on the day otherwise your surgery will be cancelled word of warning!

Had a very pleasant experience and was taken through the process by the lovely Orsi. She made sure everything was flawless and that I was always comfortable.
The doctor Erika and her assistants were total professionals.

Hair Palace offered a very efficient and well drilled service. I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone considering undergoing a hair transplant. I had my procedure yesterday and everything went really smoothly and they got the job done. I can certainly see all of the implanted hairs - amazing! I’ll look forward to my hair growing back and seeing how the new hairs grow out.

I was very apprehensive about the procedure, however I was generally made to feel really comfortable by the surgeon and patient liaison/interpreter.

Just for information: there was a lot more local anaesthetic required than I expected. Perhaps naively, I expected one or two injections to numb the total donor area for extracting the necessary hairs, however there were certainly more than 15. I don’t mean to put anybody off by this.

During the implanting section of the procedure I watched a couple of films of my choice on Netflix - it was great to be able to take my mind off of the procedure. This part of the procedure was largely pain free and even the anaesthetic administered was not painful in the way that it was first thing in the morning in the back of my head.

The only slight issue I had with the implanting part of the procedure there seemed to be a lot of banter/joking between the surgeon and assistants/colleagues. In a way it was reassuring that everything was going according to plan and there was clearly nothing of concern, however not understanding the language it did make me feel slightly uncomfortable. This was just detailing my personal experience and not to take away from the work still being done efficiently and effectively.

The aftercare seems to be great - a very clear and detailed aftercare plan and great to have some follow up remote consultations scheduled.

All in all I’m extremely happy with the procedure and the service offered by Hair Palace. The surgeon was friendly and effective, and my patient liaison/interpreter was excellent and reassuring to have available.

A professional, clean, comfortable experience. Communication was great from the outset and the staff were very friendly and accessible via email and what's app. The transplant price was inclusive of good accommodation and transfers too - so very reasonably priced. Prior to the transplant all necessary information was shared in a succinct way so it wasn't overwhelming. On arrival, I noticed the operation suite had a warm inviting feel and the staff made the whole process as comfortable as possible. The surgeon and the translator were particularly kind and they were able to provide clear explanations and answer final questions.

From the first skype meeting until the very end of the procedure, the team has been extremely helpful. I was driven from the airport to a very comfortable apartment, and the following day I was instructed about the overall procedure. The operation then followed, and it was very smooth and professional. I highly recommend! Looking forward to the next update!

Throughout, my HairPalace experience has been exceptional - clear, timely, warm, expert, incredibly professional.

Even though I’m writing this at only Day Four post-operation and there’s still a long post-op journey to go, the quality of the hair implanting work strikes me as fantastic - full of precision and, you might say, artistry.

I decided to make a five-day experience of it and explored Budapest in the days leading up to the procedure - what a fabulous city.
