Endorsed by celebs, Chloe Ferry is to name 1, sucking the public in making you think their items are legit to line their pockets, absolutely disgusting and shameful! Bought two bottles of foundation for myself and my sister back in March, never received! Sent them numerous emails asking where my items where and then finally asking for a refund, automated response telling me to wait longer, its been 4 months and nothing and still won't refund me. Last time I buy celeb endorsed products!!!!

Ordered over 2 months ago still not received my order costing nearly £50 I have sent e mails that have been ignored and when trying to track it says order not found

Would give 0 stairs if I could. Ordered 14th April, still no sign, I had a tracking number (a Chinese depot) and when I search it the tracking number doesn’t exist. I’ve emailed them and they sent me a generated email about COVID. Really disappointed to hear that myself and many others have bought these products after social media celebs have raved on about how amazing they are, really shows that they’ll lie about anything just for a bit of extra cash. Would never recommend to a friend and after looking at the reviews, the foundation probably isn’t going to work anyway. Poor disgusting scammers

Finally got my products through the door After a six week wait when being told and paid for 3-5 day delivery! I’ve seen this product advertised quite a lot by celebrity’s on my instagram such a Chloe ferry and Sophie Kasaei from Geordie shore! So I thought yeah great these girls are doing videos advertising the products they are well respected women so why would you think any different? They even both had discount codes affiliated with themselves! So I used Sophie’s and I bought three bottles costing me a total of £51 I paid extra for tracked delivery and insurance, everything was fine until around twenty mins after placing my first order for £50 they are already sending me emails and text messages asking me to purchase some more and have it placed into my existing order which was annoying but fine so a few days pass and still I have no update on my order so I message them via Instagram and they told me that they had personally checked my order and it was under maintenance with the post(as I paid for tracking ROYAL MAIL i assumed this meant it was with them) and basically told don’t worry be patient it’s because the pandemic which is understandable so I left it.. few more days pass no parcel still and it still processing my order on my account! So I email them again and ask for my tracking number as I paid for tracking with Royal Mail and I’ve been informed by ‘chloe’ that my parcel is with Royal Mail, for them to reply you will get a email with a tracking number when it’s on it’s way so now I’m confused beginning of the week I was informed it was already with the postal service so I ask them and they reply ‘sorry I mean it’s processing to be dispatched it is not on its way!’ So I ask them what the process is of claiming back the delivery and tracking charge as this was a gift I’ve completely missed the birthday and I paid insurance so surly I’m covered? They then reply! Well we are actually a American based company so if you want your money back you’ll have to contact your bank and ask them the process of it! THEN THE WORST PART IF THAT WASN’T BAD ENOUGH THEY THEN DELETE THE MESSAGE!! I have never been so disgusting in my life and never ever been spoken to like that by a company I have bought products off! I then receive a email stating my parcel has been delayed due to the pandemic which is frustrating but it’s understandable as I’m aware everything is taking a bit longer than usual at the moment this email was send on 18th of May... it’s now the 7th of June and I have received a email stating I can track my parcel as my order is on its way! Finally right?! Well the tracking number I’ve been given definitely is not Royal Mail! The link they have attached onto the email for a company called 17track when entering the tracking number they have linked onto it it’s again stating the tracking number isn’t recognised! I’m so angry and upset that celebrity’s are sat back earning morning promoting company’s they clearly haven’t done their homework on! I put my hands up I should have checked on trust pilot and if I did before making the purchase I 100% wouldn’t have handed my money over to these people but I went with the reviews off influencers that I follow and trusted in their recommendations! I have emailed the company this morning asking them for correct tracking information as I have paid for tracking as the information they have gave me states no such parcel or tracking number exists! I have now been able to track down the parcel to yodel after spending all weekend trying to put the tracking number into any delivery company I could think of in the U.K. ! So not Royal Mail as stated also the most important part!That doesn’t make sense to me is they state on their website it’s manufactured in Paris but the tracking information for it is coming in from a warehouse in China!! So Basically what they are saying is they are a America company based and manufacturing in Paris but shipping their products from China I’m so Confused!!

I ordered from this company 4th April and still waiting for products. I have contacted them on several occasions to which they responded once. There is no telephone number either. I would not recommend purchasing from this company as there are quite a lot of people out of pocket due to this company.
Update: 23.06.20 and still waiting for products for which I have been told to 'trust them and that the products are on their way'!! I have continually asked for a refund for which they say I can have if I return the products ... which I havent got!? which I keep telling them!
Update: 02.07.20 I received an instagim message from this company to tell me I have been refunded as they dont deliver to my region. It states on website worldwide, not bothered though as I have been asking for a refund for a long time. This apparently will take a couple of days. Why all of a sudden am I offered a refund? It could be that I told them I am going to use every social platform to warn people about the situation with this company.

I brought this after seeing marnie Simpson say how amazing it was on IG...she’s selling lies and should be ashamed..DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT IT IS A SCAM!

I'm so upset I got myself and my sister a bottle as a gift to her and a treat for myself after chloe Ferry described this product as being 'amazing' and full coverage. I loved the idea that it changed to your skin tone. Waited patiently weeks and weeks for it to be delivered, IT DOES NOT WORK, its not fully coverage, the pump didn't work, its slimy and oily slides off your face. Absolutely gutted and I wish I just stuck with my original Estee lauder foundation, but I feel embarrassed that I trusted chloe ferry's opinion on this. :( DON'T BUY

1 star is too generous for this place. Ordered 11th April and still not received , tracking info doesn’t work, emails are rude, states goods made In Paris on website yet shipping from China?! Not holding out much hope for the product actually being good since learning it is coming from China. Bit embarrassed that I have been scammed to be honest - just hope others read the reviews before ordering

If there was an option for no stars they would get it! I wish I had read these comments before placing an order. My story is the same as the rest, only made an order after seeing countless post’s on Snapchat from Chloe Ferry. And like the rest the money was taken from my account and I was given a tracking number that doesn’t exist and the customer services don’t reply to emails! I am also waiting a month for my order. All these influencers and tv personalities should be ashamed for promoting scams!!

I ordered foundation on the 17th April after seeing it advertised by chloe ferry on snapchat.it was dispatched a week later and it's now may 12th and still no delivery. Iv emailed the company twice now and no reply. If the order ever arrives and the product is the best thing ever,I certainly wont order again.
Bad customer service and shame on so called celebrities endorsing this scam.

Horrendous customer services. I emailed and they responded with a tracking number that does not work!

It’s been a month since I ordered, 3 weeks since they sent me a tracking number, 2 weeks since I emailed them.

I’ve raised a dispute with my bank to try and receive a refund, fingers crossed 🤞🏼

Never received. Dont answer emails when asking for a refund. Placed 2 orders neither have been dispatched and that was a month ago... tracking numbers do not work.

Ordered over a month ago still hasn't arrived.
Nobody has emailed me back after emailing several times.

I'll be honest I haven't emailed them yet . Giving them time for my product to come due to covid19 . Not thinking it would be from china but ok.
I ordered it on the 14th of april. Still hasn't arrived, spent 50 on foundation 😑.
I will email them but looking at the reviews doesnt seem like I'll get any response back. I'm so annoyed.

I think all of these reviews speak for themselves - I am unsure if I am able to add anything new, but it still felt important to share. Looking back I feel incredible naive that I didn't do my research but I also felt trusting enough in the person that was advertising this product on Instagram. I placed my order on 16/04/2020 and after researching outside of their website via Trustpilot and their Facebook page (which has now disappeared) I quickly realised this product and company were too good to be true. I emailed them via submission on their website which was ignored - this was to request a refund following reading the reviews. I sent them a second email on 29/04/2020 following receipt of a tracking number and explained every point very clearly and to my surprise I received a response, however they did not address the many negative points I made or my enquiries and simply explained why the order was delayed, ending the email with "wishing you a fabulous evening." I am now left more angry with their response that the whole debacle itself. They explained that my order should be with my within 10 days so we will see. There is no explanation on their website (or at least there wasn't when I ordered) that the product is sent from China - this makes their promised 3-5 day delivery somewhat questionable!

This whole company seems to be fraudulent as well as there product (I may be back once I have tested this if it ever arrives as it seems I have no chance of challenging sending this back or getting a refund) and their customer service is obnoxious. I hope collectively us customers find a way to stop these people.
