Ils se sont fait un malin plaisir de supprimer mon avis (comme sur Facebook, instagram... quoi que non excusez moi, ils m’en ont carrément bloquée !) alors je vais recommencer ;).
N’ACHETEZ JAMAIS !!! C’est de l’arnaque. Commande passée en avril dernier. Jamais rien reçu, j’ai été obligée de les HARCELER à base de 15/20 emails par jours pendant 1 mois (merci le chômage partiel du covid). Ils ont fini par me rembourser après leur avoir envoyé environ 6 fois de suite les textes de LOI : plus le choix de me rembourser. J’ai également déposer une plainte contre eux et leur ai transféré la preuve

Un bras de fer sans nom, et un service client robotique inexistant et qui plus est, totalement inutile. Passez votre chemin

Don’t order!!!!!! They don’t ship anything! When i ask about my order they tell me that its already shiped!!!! Its not true. I askef for a track and trace number. Guess what the number is still in ordering process!!! Dont order from this company. If they excist!!!!

By far the worst customer service I've ever received. Do not order through them.
No products or refund, and totally ignore emails or reply super late with an automated response that is a lie. Terrible.

WORST COMPANY EVER! they never reply any message. I tried to cancel the order and they said it was shipped that I can do a return once I received the product.... Now they said I can't and I was lucky to have two replies in over 3 months that I've been sending emails every single week. Can anyone help me?? I only need my money back!

Huge SCAM ! You never receive your products and they don’t refund you + NO CUSTOMER SERVICE

The worst! Don't buy from them! I wanted it as a gift and put the product in my basket as I was about to buy another product popped on the screen after putting my card informations and there was no way but to click on the product , they added it to my cart and whitdrawn money for 2 products, I said its okay and i will try it but I made the purchase in november 2020 , its jan 2021 and still haven't received it! After trying to contact them by email they asked about my details and that was the last time i heard of them, i contacted the influencer that was promoting this product and she told me her team will contact theirs, they contacted me and I replied but i still haven't heard from them ...scam!

1ere commande passé via un code promo , le délais de livraison était assez long surtout quand ton reçois l'emballage craqué ainsi que le bouchon cassé.. sinon le produit est topissime je ne men lasse pas ça change des fonds de teint trop clair ou trop foncé... le rebelle imprègne bien la teinte de la peau... je recommande et en ce qui concerne le service après vente rien à dire très rapide très conciliant et surtout beau geste commercial suite à ma première commande.. donc je n'hésite surtout plus à passer commande pour les prochaines fois je testerais la poudre libre...

This company is a scam up I ordered from them in July and I have yet to receive the product, no contact for a phone only Email that’s all, all I do is email them back and forth and they always tell me they will me the product. Do yourself a favor and don’t buy from them

If you are debating on purchasing from Hailey Beauty, please do not. I was going to order their foundation, and had entered it in my cart. A pop-up for another product they sell came on screen and I clicked it to see what was inside of the kit. I did not realize that by clicking it, it would add it to my cart, AND charge me for it. Around 5-10 minutes after I had made the accidental purchase, I emailed the support team that they provided at the bottom of each email. I had let them know I wanted to cancel my entire order. It is about 2 weeks later, and I have still not got a response. I have had to contact my bank to get my money back because their support team did not respond. I got refunded, however, today I received an email from HaileyBeauty that my order (that I cancelled) was shipping. After trying to figure out where this order was located, I found out that HaileyBeauty uses a shipping method called Yun Track — which also has negative reviews, and ships internationally from China. I hope that this review helps you make your decision about purchasing from this website.

I wish I could give no stars. Ordered a beauty kit in October. Did not receive products till mid November. They didn't even send me everything that was to come with my kit. Been trying for almost two months sending emails Instagram messages and Facebook message. No one responds. Kept sending messages till someone replied with we can refund you $30.00 No I want all my money back the kit i ordered was almost $72.00. All I wanted was the products I paid for or a full refund. Can't call the company no number to call. All these people do is take your money. Bunch of scam artists. When someone does contact you back if you threaten them they get snippy with you. Horrible horrible customer service. The foundation makes me look orange does not adapt to skin tone as advertised. Never recommend this company to anyone. Scam scam scam. Do not buy from them. Filed a complaint with the better business Bureau.

I ordered Beauty foundation and loose powder, they are perfect ,the foundation is so natural and amazing ,best foundation ever. Although I received my order in 26 days ! Thats too much , so I give 1 star for delivery, and 5 stars for the product (foundation).
Please manage your delivery time.

I didn't receive my products and no one is replying my emails!!!!! It's been a month now!!!! I need my money back!!!

Don’t buy from the company, zero star

I ordered on November 11, 2020 and until now I didn't get any updates about my order. Worst is they charged me twice with different amount. It says clearly in my total or orde summary that I spent $96.45(FX) for my single order but when I checked my credit history they first charged me with $107.11(FX) and then charged me again with the original amount. It's weird because they I don't have any idea why they charged me with this big amount. SO THAT WAS CLEARLY A SCAM! It's very disappointing because I tried to email them several times but didn't get any reply or update about my order. It's funny that Anastasia Karanikolaou who endorsed this product didn't know that this product is a mess and SCAM! I hope she's smart enough to know what is happening!

I ordered in April and have still not received my order! I have emailed on several occasions with no response. I would not recommend ordering from this site.

Ordered on 10th April and to this day 14th December STILL NO PRODUCT!!! When emailed to ask where it was told on its way and allow for COVID, what, 7 months, that’s a stretch for anyone to wait. Have requested my money back on numerous occasions and still waiting for my £50 to be refunded, this company have stole my money, ignored my emails and tried to take every negative review I’ve left down!! My advice to anyone thinking about buying from this company, DON’T!!!

Biggest mistake to buy this product .. zero star doesn’t even deserve 1 star , dont waste ur money on this useless product ... simply useless .. still white when u apply it and doesn't match to ur skin color as they claim .. and it makes ur skin very oily and looks dirty

I ordered the Hailey Beauty foundation,loose powder and setting spray. Although it was said clearly that shipping from 3-4 business days by Aramex... it was not.
I recieved my package 15 days after I placed my order and by a government courrier.
Follow up and customer service is below standards, not replying and when they reply you can feel the carelessness.
The product (foundation) is vey bad not suiting dark skin on the opposite of what they said. Plz save ur money and time and do not buy their products.

SCAM SCAM SCAM !!! They didn’t send all of my order !! And said they didn’t receive the money while I actually have debit proof and had sent them my bank statement showing that they did charge my credit card. I will not let this go
