SCAM! Company will take your money and will not send product. Currently waiting after several responses on Instagram from their ‘customer service’ claiming product is on its way. In reality there is no proof of it leaving their facility. Very disappointed. This company will be reported to BBB.

Wish I could give 0 stars, took a ridiculous amount of time for the foundation to arrive. Was understanding at first as due to Covid expected a delay, when tracking the foundation there was no record of it, emailed so many times and messaged there Instagram page to be continuously ignored. When I commented on their Instagram posts they would delete my comments. Find it strange how there are 0 comments on all their Insta posts? I kept dm’ing on Instagram and said I wouldn’t let it go as spent a lot of money and was convinced it was a fake site they actually replied and sent me the product. Which turned out to be rubbish! Don’t waste your money

i placed my ordered and it was received within 25 days.

the only issue is that they mentioned 7 days delivery but took longer probably due to covid 19

I have ordered a set and they have collected the money and tehn received notifcation advising that they do not ship to my country. Emailed them and received no reply. This means that they take people's money without giving them anything. I am really disappointed. I have never such situation while shopping online

So lovely foundation shame when I brought from them before the ignored my severel emails I sent to them and denied but definitely worth getting the foundation 1 star for the communication

Ordered the foundation in April and it’s now November and received nothing. Emailed them countless times and they either don’t respond to my emails or send the same generic emails they always send out. Absolute joke of a company. I posted a review before and they flagged it saying I’d been contacted when I haven’t been waste of £50 I’ll never get back absolute scam

For those rating this 5 stars ⭐️ I do not understand! My product took nearly 2 months to come & when emailed their customer service was appalling!
Anyways, when I received the product I was very excited after seeing many celebs using this product on IG & SC. Tried it out and the foundation was gritty & made me look orange 😂
So much for it adapting to your skin colour! would give this a -1 stars if I could!!!

This is a SCAM company. I ordered the product since 7 months and did not receive it till now!!!!! I've sent more than 30 emails, I get is an automated reply stating I will receive the product within a week!!!!!
They hide their contact numbers so they could stay unreachable!!!!!! SCAM SCAM SCAM

I cant beleive this company are still being able 2 sell items when its a complete scam and they have been getting away with it for the past year taking people's money. It took 6 months for my item and it was shocking would not recommended at all.

foundation is so dry and doesn't match with your skin tone at all.
would not spend your money on it

I've wrote 3 reviews and they keep taking them done. Scam. No products arrived after waiting months

I ordered their rebelle foundation on 09-04-20 and it said it was dispatched 29-04-20 had no further emails or any tracking information emailed a few times and no response asked for my money back and they replied it will be with me in two weeks! IT WASNT! Finally arrived today 29-07-20 over 3 months wait for a shabby foundation!! Do not recommend do not listen to these “celebrities”! Not worth the money or the wait! Wish I had read reviews on here first!

I would leave less that one star if I could!! Had to leave yet another negative review as it’s now been almost 4 months since I ordered and haven’t received anything. Order date was (10.04.2020). Hailey beauty keep ignoring my messages or sending a generic response which I assume from these reviews is the same one others are receiving. So angry with this company. £50+ pounds down and nothing is being done about it! AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

IM FURIOUS! I reviewed this product before and have today got an email to say my prior review has been removed by the company because of ‘defamatory’ comments. Wow. So here I am again hoping that others won’t bother wasting their money. How is this even legal?!
