We have been loyal users of the Rising Stars book for the past 10 years, and it has been an invaluable resource for us. However, we are disheartened to learn that the recent changes to the online platform have resulted in the book being viewable only until 2030. This expiration date seems unfair to us, considering the significant investment we made in purchasing the material. We kindly request that you reconsider this decision or provide alternate solutions, such as extending access or offering discounted updates. We greatly value the content of the book and hope to continue benefiting from it for years to come.

The conference was accurately advertised and well organised throughout the day. We had a couple of queries and our emails were quickly answered. The inclusion of the telephone number was useful, so we could let the venue know that we might be late

it was an interesting and unique conference. I was able to listen to two personal stories ( criminology ) which allowed me to see cases from different perspectives.

Attended the Psychology Student Conference and the students had a great experience! The atmosphere was lively, featuring insightful talks—particularly enjoyed the discussions on Revision and Accent Bias. Comfortable seating, though some projector adjustments and managing outside noise could enhance the overall experience. Looking forward to future events!

Late change of high profile speakers (which was the major reason for selecting the conference) and only once tickets had been confirmed and were no longer refundable. EWT did not go much beyond A Level specification, Social Media talk interesting, but not much Psychology in it and much was more ‘common sense’ than anything else and rather repetitive. Revision techniques contained some Psychology, but at a pretty basic level, again, nothing new here for our students. 'Accent' talk was excellent and the best of the 4 and the only real ‘enrichment’ session. Shorter sessions with a larger range of topics covered and with more Psychology would have been better. Venue really excellent.

Breakfast was more than just pastries and refreshments throughout the day were good.
Most importantly Jan knew what she was talking about and her knowledge and advice were readily applicable to the classroom. Also she did not let the IT technical failings knock her off course.

Students enjoy the stories and I find they are engaged. The testing material and half-term tracking in Rocket Phonics is excellent. Some older students working on Supernova and Astros, though mark their books as a completed task and I know they haven't finished.

I still wish the i-pad experience would be easier for the little ones!!
