My school is paying for the service and the majority of students can't even login to it! Apparently the support team was meant to add each student email individually and they won't do it because it's time consuming so we are paying for nothing. Very disappointing.

Over priced ebooks and poor app.
Over priced ebooks and the login system didn't work. And the iPad app doesn't even allow split screen. For £7.50 per year per book, I would expect a lot more.

I have tried using this reader on all my devices - desktop, MacBook, iPhone, iPad and it hasn't worked on any of them. I did email and Marta Filipowicz replied with instructions to try and work the app. Nothing worked. I would really like a refund.

It was great services especially in terms of responses and updating me on my purchase. However, I would have loved if there could be an indication of expected day of delivery- I was hoping i would be able to see that during checkout. Minus that, I have been updated on where the product is and tracking has been so easy.

The textbook helps the learning process
The textbook is attractively produced and well written and the Hodder website has answers to the reinforcing questions. The package of booklets is valuable for self-study at home and for reinforcing classroom lessons. Ordering is easy, quick and efficient.

I had some issues in downloading my books, but I got a quick and efficient support from the help desk. However it is a pity that the new purchased books are not automatically available on the app.

Your customer service is awful.
We purchased a book by mistake, I have sent an email to you explaining the situation, and never got an answer. I know the email was received and read.
Update: they finally reimbursed it, so I will increase my rating of their service.

The IGCSE Maths practice book is very helpful and gave excellent practice for exam style questions topic wise.
