need more grade 9 exemplars we need to be able to see what a complete answer looks like as support booklet was useful but could have gone a step forward

Very interesting topics covered they enabled my student to see how psychology can be used in practice. But having back to back lectures with only one break meant students didn't receive all the gems available to them.

Rep very knowledgeable and very helpful. Just started trial but if books are a good reflection then the resources should be good.

My parcel with 4 books, the lot just under £100 arrived in a package that was so little, one side wasn't covered at all, it couldn't be closed, just holding with tape.
It had rained, you can imagine the state of the cardboard and the books.
Two of the work books had their covers completely torn due to whoever decided that it was the right recipient.... Very odd.
All arrived late despite me paying extra for fast delivery.
In all fairness a terrible experience.

After more than two weeks of order, I have not received my books and don't even know when I am going to receive it. I sent email to ask but it was forwarded to another mailbox and have not received any responses after several follow up. It is very bad service.

I ordered a electronic book (Reference #710430) on August 23, 2023 and we have not received the code for the book. I have sent emails and was assured that it would be forthcoming. It is now November 17, 2023 and we still have not received the book.

There are consistently problems with invoices. I just realised that something we have paid for since August has not been accessible.

Excellent course (Aiming for A/A* in A Level RS). Very relevant with some excellent ideas. Very calmly and patiently delivered too.

It took way too long to just order an eBook and it made me redo the payment multiple times, so I'm worried I've accidently bought multiple copies.

The service was great and the programme itself was really useful. Plenty of breaks which was nice and the group size was great as it allowed us to ask all our questions. Excellent overall.

I am not pleased at all that companies such as Hodder force customers to wade through lengthy terms and conditions, or else lie, before they will allow one to purchase. I would much prefer just being asked to tick a box saying I accept the conditions.

No additional resources. No knowledge tests, editable lessons or course planner as suggested as a feature when you follow the link on the website. Basically just an online version of the textbook that you can annotate.

Time to reply to problems and fixes of software which should have been quality assured.
