The e scooter we got my son two years ago, is still going strong. He puts a ton of daily miles on that thing and we haven't had any issues.the battery lasts long, the scooter goes pretty fast and even has a carrying basket! I highly recommend this brand for the prices and the quality. I will definitely buy from them again in the future.

Gotten a flat inner tube on my electric scooter and I emailed support about where to get a replacement. Same day response to links on their website to both outer tire and inner tube for me. Great customer support, arrived fast, no slow long wait.

The scooter arrived well ahead of schedule. The accessories I ordered are great for added safety (blinkers, rearview mirrors, lock). I do love the door on the pet basket and while the photos look like most dogs fit well for my 47 pound Corgi, maybe because he is low, hehehe, its a bit tight. He however LOVES going for rides and walks right into the basket without even an ask. I am in hopes they do come out with a bit bigger basket with the door as that is the most amazing part of the pet basket. So many of my friends who have seen it want one.

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE. DO NOT BUY THIS SCOOTER.
I honestly regret buying this electric scooter. Less than a year after purchase, it developed a serious electrical issue that made me question the safety and quality of this product.
What is even more unacceptable than the faulty scooter itself is the terrible customer service. Instead of taking responsibility and resolving the issue properly, the company made the process unnecessarily long, frustrating, and exhausting. The endless delays and lack of urgency felt like they were hoping I would simply give up.
The whole experience left me feeling like the company was trying to avoid dealing with the problem rather than genuinely helping a customer with a defective product.

Save yourself the frustration, wasted time, and disappointment. I would never buy this brand again and I strongly recommend looking elsewhere!!!

The e-scooter arrived quickly. Quality packaging and easy to assemble. So much fun to operate. Perfect accessory when staying at RV parks and campgrounds. Easy to transport in the bed of my truck. Great product for the price!

Won’t lie, was a little intimidated when the shipment was received. Once I opened the box, I was grateful at how little there was to actually assemble and pretty easy. This is coming from someone who doesn’t have a lot of mechanical skills.

I got the pet carrier and my Shih Tzu Bruno loves going for his rides!

Overall, the price, quality and ease of assembly makes this scooter one you shouldn’t think twice about purchasing.

Thank you for taking the time to make this situation right. I appreciated the follow up. I was able to replace the unit that was defective with one that is working great right now. Though there was a delay in customer service the event result was what I’d hoped for. Thank you.

I'm very happy with my Gyroor C1 Pro. It could have a little more power for inclines but for most of what I will be using it for it does what I need. Shipping was quick, approximately 1 week after ordering I received my scooter. It took about an hour to fully assemble with the help of my husband. So far I would recommend it. I only use it primarily around my property and will be taking it to horse shows. My dogs enjoy riding in it also.

Prompt delivery, we'll packaged, easy to put together, great ride!

I purchased an electric scooter from the Gyroor website. Later in the day I get an email saying that they can not honor the price they had advertised on the website, and they wanted $100 more. Bait and Switch.

Thank you Gyroor after a small problem to start with this was quickly resolved and im very thankful for your response ,we now have 2 C1plus scooters for which serve our needs perfectly to carry our small dogs around in the basket , very pleased with the quality of the scooters and how they perform .Well done Gyroor I hope my good experience with them continue . i will try and do a youtube video on this European model as most that are out there are for the American version and they do vary a little . You guys suck, false advertising and Amazon fake reviews

Thus far the C1 Pro has been a very good electric scooter and my dog loves it! I have Parkinson's and used to have a standup scooter but I needed one that I could sit down on for longer rides. With the adjustable seat and handlebars, it is very easy to assemble and I was up and running in about 20 minutes so considering that I am not that handy, great job on making it easy to put together. The suspension helps make it ride and handle very well. It is powerful and gets up to speed quickly. My only regret is that I did not buy the C1 Plus which is a little bigger.

Simple emailing has a human quality that this currently lacks. I will make one last offer for help, but on email one-to-one, no websites! MORE Proof I can upgrade your Manual: You show "bicycle pedals" but there is NO bicycle or pedals! Those are FOOT PEGS. Mislabeled parts don't help! And how can the foot pegs be adjusted snugly when the surface is curved?
I bought the rear view mirrors, so only the padded center basket insert is of interest to me.
Please help me get the foot pegs to tighten, and offer the insert for more manual . Please email me.

This company needs to:
1. be more honest in advertising. For example, they advertise the G13 as all terrain. It is not. The G2 is advertised as off-road, at best it is all terrain.
2. customer service is horrible. Missing parts? Good luck getting them sent. I have had no response regarding missing bolts for the k2.
3. buy a warranty. Hard to believe you get one. No details, no documentation. Nothing.

Spent ages on the Gyroor site reading up on specs. Finally picked the hoverboard that fit my needs perfectly. Helpful info made the choice easy.

My husband purchased our daughter a gyroor hoverboard back in 2023 for Christmas. She hasn't been able to ride it once. I have a year worth of email correspondence with customer service and they never corrected the problem. I requested a new one, they wanted to diagnosis the problem. So after submitting the videos they requested they identified it was a battery malfunction and wanted to mail the new part and for me to replace it. First off, I don't know anything about that kind of stuff. And second off, they didn't wanna guarantee any kind of warranty. On the piece I was going to be, to be putting together. So I was not comfortable with that resolution. Keep in mind, this was a brand new three hundred dollar hoverboard that had never been ridden on. To this day, this company has not corrected their mistake.And it's ridiculous.I will never buy from this company again!!!!

This company can improve by not lying, and actually helping their customers out.
I brought a hover board for my son for his birthday in June and he was over the moon only to realise it was a faulty and I contacted them time and time again and I got ignored for weeks then when someone replied they told me we would receive an email multiple times which we didn't. The board is under warranty but they just care about taking money and not fixing there products under warranty

We purchased an electric bike from Gyroorboard. Less than a month after the purchase, the bike stopped working. The company initially assisted with a providing a replacement part after waiting weeks for a shipment from China. When that replacement part didnt solve the problem, Gyroorboard no longer offered a solution. Our emails have gone unanswered and their phone number does not work. Stay away from this fraudulent company. We have an $1800 bike that does not work.
