Never received the product, it's now been over 2 months. KIWI Designs support has also not replied to any of my email inquiries.

I have not recieved the item. I think it's lost. Tracking still says it's in China. Haven't moved in a week.

I ordered the H4 Halo and facial interface.

Once they arrived, I tried them and soon discovered they were unsuitable for glasses wearers.

The facial interface is too narrow, and when using the H4 with the Headset, it's really hard to angle the headset properly to get focus. I have the original Kiwi Comfort, and that is fine.

When I went to return, KIWIdesign wanted me to pay for postage to Hong Kong, even though they were sent from a distribution hub in Sydney.

Why can't I just ship it to Sydney for a refund?

Not a good experience. Buyer beware. (especially those of us that wear glasses!)

I haven't had a chance to use this effectively yet, as I've only just received it today, but as for comfort, it is brilliant, I look forward to the expanded battery life, be instead of running low so seemingly quickly without it!

I ordered the Facial Interface V4 for the Meta Quest 3s from KiwiDesign, but unfortunately, it did not live up to expectations. The fit is poor, especially around the nose area, making it unstable and prone to falling off the headset after use.

I attempted to contact KiwiDesign for support, but I received no response, which was very disappointing. The only option now is to return the item at my own expense—to China, no less—making the process inconvenient and costly.

I had high hopes for this product based on their reputation, but both the product quality and customer service fell short. I can’t recommend this experience to others.

it's my fault to order the over size control grips to large for my hands I got normal battery grips i do what happen kiwi Design Quality it was good in my opinion it taken a nose dive

I've only had good experiences with Kiwidesign, personally love their products and prices. All I can comment on is the shipping times but it is what it is.

Don’t purchase from their site if you aren’t 100% sure about the product! They claim they offer returns, but that’s completely misleading. The returns need to be shipped at the customer’s expense to China. It would have cost us more than double the price of the product itself to return. Terrible customer service, terrible experience. If you want their product buy it off Amazon. If you buy it here, buyer beware.

did not get my correct stuff, only 2 of the things, contacted customer support but that email didnt work, contacted them on tiktok thru comments, they told me to message them on tiktok, so i did that, now its been well over a month, with no reply, i dont even know if they care about theyre customers, theyre customer support is the worst thing ive ever experienced.

I decided I wanted to customise my Quest 2 but I didn't want to apply any permanent designs to it, instead hoping to build a library of skins that I could swap around to suit my mood. I looked at some silicon skins, but soon realised they would stretch and dislodge any applied pigmentation. So I went with the hard polycarbonate shells from KIWI design. They arrived in about a week, which was good speed from China at the moment, and they were exactly as promised, exactly as ordered. Very happy with them, and got them on special so was able to order twice as many as I originally thought, giving me plenty to practice with and still build a good library of skins.
