Unfortunately I was really disappointed with the service from Guscott . Firstly I was given a window of between 1 pm and 5 pm for the arrival of the engineer but 2 out of 3 occasions he was late ! 5:45 pm and 5:25 pm , and one of those occasions was to come back because he hadn’t completed it properly the first time . I was given completely different information from the engineer about times and prices to what I got from the lady in the office therefore the bill being a lot more than what I budgeted for from the engineers information. I felt it necessary to e mail the company and give my honest feedback of how things had gone to which I received a phone call off the owner telling me I need to be more understanding!! I’m all I was very disappointed and found it all pretty unprofessional.

We understand your frustration with the late arrival of our engineer and the discrepancy in information provided by our office staff and the engineer himself. We take full responsibility for these lapses in communication and service, and we are committed to making changes in the future.

Gas boiler service
We had our boiler service done by Grant A few days ago and found him most helpful and carried out the service with no bother at all

Excellent service
Excellent service! The engineer Henry was efficient, on time (early!) neat and tidy, quick, friendly and courteous, what more can I say? Did a great job rewiring and updating our outdated control panel and thermostat for the Tado system. All working perfectly. Would definitely recommend Guscott Heating Services, they are a step above your average "plumber"!

First class service!
I called Guscott Heating on Wednesday regards a leaking downstairs wc and they sent out a Plumber that afternoon and it was a first time fix, and at a very fair price. The Plumber (Michael) was very friendly and helpful too. Would highly recommend!! In fact I am getting them back to service my underfloor heating before the winter.
