We had a great experience with Guscott Heating Services. Josh came out to us at less than 24 hours’ notice to help us remove our old back boiler and restructure the gas pipework so we could continue with our renovation.

Josh was professional, friendly and incredibly knowledgeable. He carried out the work to a very high standard, was clean and tidy throughout, and his workmanship was exceptionally neat. He also took the time to explain everything he was doing, which was really appreciated.

We’d also like to thank Harland for arranging everything so quickly and making sure we could keep our project moving. Excellent customer service and fantastic workmanship from start to finish.

We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Guscott Heating Services and will definitely use them again in the future.

I was looking for a heat pump install and got a number of quotes. I decided to go with Guscott because they were local, knew what they were talking about and went out of their way to provide me the information I asked for. My house was not a "plug & go" type of house and the hurdles the installers encountered they discussed and overcame. Lots of documentation and very detailed (can't say I ready all of it !!). Nonetheless, I'd recommend them insofar as I'll be taking out a maintenance contract with them. James (Ops Director) knows his stuff as did the installer. Good work guys !!!

I cannot recommend Harland Guscott of Guscott Heating Services Ltd highly enough. Just before Christmas my boiler stopped working in my tenanted property. It was condemned by British Gas, leaving me in a very stressful situation. Harland was incredibly responsive and, after (understandably!) gasping at the age of my boiler, he was able to provide two clear quotes simply from photos of the boiler and its fittings.

As soon as I accepted the quote, everything moved at an impressive pace. Within just three days of my initial call, engineers were on site fitting a brand-new boiler. What really stood out to me, however, was the exceptional level of organisation and communication throughout the process. His office management system kept me constantly updated with the installation date, engineer details, payments made, and automatic invoicing, which made everything completely stress-free.

The aftercare was outstanding, with warranty information sent through almost instantly after installation. From start to finish, the whole experience was seamless, professional, and reassuring. I am genuinely super impressed and would not hesitate to recommend Harland and the team at Guscott Heating to anyone in need of reliable, high-quality service — especially when time is critical.

Dan did an excellent job with the annual service of my gas boiler. He was punctual, professional, and very knowledgeable. Great company, had two companies out previous to Guscott Heating to diagnose and repair my underfloor heating system.

After spending over £600 on them, I was no better off, as they didn’t know what to do.
When Guscott Heating came, they diagnosed the issues immediately, carried out the works and now I have a fully functioning Airsource heatpump and underfloor heating.

The problem was resolved efficiently and promptly by the engineer, who did an excellent job overall.

Guscott are professional and knowledgeable; they helped us get through the many options to some well-made decisions. They are experienced with both traditional fossil fuel based solutions as well as modern ecological based solutions, and provide a holistic solution rather than just a point fix. When engaged to do fittings, pipework, etc their workmanship has been exemplary and to extremely high quality.

He did the service and installed Fernox into my central heating system for me at my request. Lewis turned up when he said he would and he worked solidly until the job was complete. He knew what he was doing and I didn’t feel the need to watch over him at all. The work was neat and tidy and the finish was excellent
