Our engineer was very polite and courteous and went the extra mile - after servicing our boiler he went and bought a valve to replace our old one which had stopped working. This meant our system was up and running immediately. Thank you so much.

I cannot recommend this company highly enough. They were proactive in contacting and quoting for the job of replacing a shower and shower cubicle. I had delayed getting this job done for fear of the hassle and disruption but the engineers ensured that the work carried out was stress free and to a very high standard.
The contractors used for the plastering and tiling were also highly skilled as well as friendly.
James kept in regular contact throughout the work being carried out and the administrative staff were always extremely helpful and informative when I phoned. Jack, Luke and Rylan were professional, polite and friendly, happy to explain the work and to go that bit extra when required. They are an asset to the company.
And the job did not go over budget! An all round excellent experience.

Friendly, helpful and efficient

Very friendly and extremely professional. Henry and Elliot were our fitters and made sure that everything was installed smoothly, so many thanks for that. They showed us the ins and outs of the system and made sure we understood the new Hive system.

They were very prompt in replying ASAP in case of future issues, which we had with previously installed pipework that couldn't handle the new pressurised system well. James and Lewis identified the issues with the pipes and fixed them, and showed us exactly what was wrong and why, and gave us extra tips for the future. All around great experience.

From start to finish everything went smoothly, with minimum disruption. I can’t praise the engineers enough, from Mike who did the initial survey, to Lewis, Jack and Brian, who installed my new boiler, with which I am very pleased. I would have no hesitation in recommending Guscott Heating Services.
