You guys should be ashame of yourself. I really hope someone take down your website. They are the biggest thieves on Granada.

El viaje a Isla mágica, todo muy bien organizado, información en todo momento. Gracias por todo a nuestra guía Judith, volvería a repetir sin duda.

Mala experiencia, cometieron un error y reservaron mal la hora para la visita a la Alhambra lo que hizo que no pudieramos visitarla. La "solución" fue devolvernos parte del dinero del tour que no alcanza para ir en otra oportunidad
Sabiendo que fue un error, no me parece que fue una buena solución

Habíamos contratado un tour completo a la Alhambra en grupo para un viernes a las 9:30h. Contratamos con semanas de antelación y nos confirmaron la compra. Habíamos llamado en diversas ocasiones para confirmar que todo estaba correcto (dado algunos comentarios que habíamos visto) siendo siempre afirmativa la respuesta. El día anterior a la visita nos llamaron a las 19:30h de la tarde para proponernos cambio de hora porque no habían llegado al mínimo. Nos ofrecían visitar en otra hora que era imposible para nosotros ya que debíamos marcharnos por finalizar nuestras vacaciones.

La mala nota es 1/ por el poco margen de reacción, nos avisan apenas 14h antes de la visita con todo ya organizado, 2/ la atención telefónica durante la gestión para informarnos ha sido poco amable y sin ofrecer alternativas y 3/ a pesar de ser ellos quienes cancelan, veremos que importe me devuelven! Ya que la perdona al teléfono indica que no devuelven impuestos y gastos de gestión (27€)!!!!

VISITA GUIADA COMPLETA A LA ALHAMBRA es PUBLICIDAD ENGAÑOSA. Pagamos 133€ para visitar la Alhambra completa 3 personas y cuando llegamos allí nos dice que no podremos ver los palacios nazaries y nos reembolsan apenas 6€ cuando lo que queríamos era verlo. Resulta UN ENGAÑO: ofrecen algo que no pueden cumplir.

Nos vimos obligadas a cancelar las entradas de la Alhambra 3 días antes de la visita
Nos devolvieron y cancelaron la operación, tal y como solicitamos y de una manera muy comprensiva

No atienden al teléfono, contestan DiAS después el e-mail y mensaje de whatsApp !!!
Ha sido estresante conseguir la confirmación de las entradas al tour guiado en la Alhambra :/
Espero tomen en cuenta esta queja para mejorar su servicio y entrenar al personal de atención al cliente, para ser amables y tener mas disposición en ayudar a los clientes!!!!!!!

Please do not buy entry tickets via this agency to enter Alhambra, they are charging 10 Euros más per. ticket than the entry from the official Alhmabra Web site. They are cheating the tourists that are not aware that in order to buy the entry tickets they need to access the official patrimonio website. I bought the audioguide tour that I paid additionally. They are overcharging the tourists. Please avoid this agency. There many people that had the same experience. Please read the reviews .

Hicimos una reserva para el tour de la Alhambra y a las 2 de la mañana nos enviaron un correo cancelando la visita.

Según ellos por una incidencia en el servidor. Lo cierto es que a pesar de pagarles en el momento de la reserva, no efectúan la compra de las entradas hasta el ultimo momento y no había suficientes. Nos paso a un grupo de unas 30 personas

No dieron ningún tipo de solución o compensación.

No lo recomendaría a nadie. No os fiéis.

DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES TRUST THE COMPANY. My wife and I had an agreed location and time for a pick-up for a guided tour, with transport, of Alhambra. The transport arrived 1 hour and 40 minutes late with the consequence that we arrived an hour and a half late for our tour. We had 30 minutes of what should have been a 2 hour tour, and the company consider that we have had our tour and are satisfied. They will not respond to any correspondence from England, so we are now corresponding with the Consumer Dept of the Regional Government.
If I could give less than one star and still give a review, then I would do so.
YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

I have bought 2 tickets for a guided tour to Alhambra (including Nasrid palace) on 13th March 2018 (today) at 15:30 pm. When arrived to Alhambra entrance, our guide realised that they gave us tickets for a wrong day (15th of March). After waiting 40 minutes our guide managed to get us inside with new tickets which didn’t include Nazarles palace.
I have paid 90£ for this tour and i am trying to get a refund, but after several emails both in Spanish and English nobody still replying to my e-mails. When calling they pretend that dont understand English, they are scummers avoid them !!!!!

The checkpoint was almost impossible to find and no sign no bus and no guide in described clothing.
Booked English guide but guide was very poor in english. She spoke abort hoses which must have ben horses etc etc
Although the guide Tour was supposed to be English there were fem spanish tourists so 65% og the touring was in Spanish
You are asked to be there 15 minutes before but a Tour at 17.00 was delayed to 17.40 it was said guide was NOT there but on tickets we could see that access was purchased from 18.30 and you are only allowed in 60 minutes before ticket time.
The attraction closes at 20.00 so we had to rush through With little English guiding in a very very poor english. Bad experience.
