Always an excellent customer service. With not being that plant savvy I always have to ask for help, and they will always go above and beyond to do that. Also your plants are the equivalent to Olympic athletes! Even the postage has always been quicker than my washing machine cycle!
And never been 1 damaged leaf.
Don't know what yous do but keep doing it!

Only because of late delivery. Paid for next day delivery. Send emails I received 2£ refund. I’m paid extra for a gift I should give on Friday morning and now left with anything. DPD is saying Monday?!

When I was watching a YouTube channel about plants the influencer pointed to a gift he received from GrowTropicals. The plant was beautiful. Me being a magnet to all things plant, I looked them up and have always received good strong beautiful plants. They are very well protected and in the winter they pack the plants with a warm pad and insulated sheeting. I have always had a very good response from them and I still rate their customer service as The Best. They will always give a reply even when someone keeps sending emails. I’ve got brilliant advice from them. The best part is they care. I would recommend GrowTropicals to everybody.

Great selection of plants, and arrived many days earlier than the estimated delivery date. The plants were packaged quite well, and didn't suffer damage during the delivery. My order was missing a plant, which I reported and got immediately resolved by Jess - they shipped out a replacement which arrived the next day! Will definitely recommend for their packaging and customer service. Can't guarantee pest-free plants though.

Great service and plants - my order has just arrived and we were very impressed with the packaging and care of the plants in transit. The plants have arrived in excellent condition (even the one labelled as imperfect looks great!).
The information by email about the order and the care tips is also excellent - clear and easy to understand.
